香港食素的地方不少,但要有酒店級數,精緻,好味,價錢又實惠,香港不太多。最近沙田麗豪酒店的富豪軒推出了如來素菜譜,每位$238,另收茶芥及加一服務費。如來素菜譜共有七道菜,食得出每款都是廚師的精心研製,食落有點似Fusion菜,每道菜都令我驚喜,味道千變萬化,素菜都可以不單調。首先是前菜,佛光三錦碟,有松露素玉帶、茶勳素鵝和鎮江猴頭菇。擺盤精緻,美得像一幅畫。松露素玉帶,應該是杏鮑菇,面層是香氣撲鼻的松露醬。茶勳素鵝,菜燻過的腐皮,包住蘿蔔絲和香菇碎,茶香在口中流竄。鎮江猴頭菇,類似糖醋排骨的做法,外皮保持到香脆,酸甜醬汁包裹著猴頭菇。食完三款開胃前菜,第二道菜是如意甜豆素蝦仁,香炒甜豆,素蝦口感相當彈牙,菇片外形真係好似肉片。下一道菜是窩粑柚子素魚柳,脆炸素魚柳,淋上清新酸甜的柚子醬汁,連埋沙律菜和香脆窩粑食,口感豐富又開胃。第四道菜是一個熱湯,金湯銀耳燴姚膠,一碗香滑的西洋忌廉南瓜湯,湯料了有銀耳和燴姚膠,大膽創新,中西合璧。第五道菜是植物豬肉扒津白,面層有炸姜絲碎,鮮甜白菜面是秘製甜醬汁煮過的素豬肉碎。最後仲有一碗八寶有謍炒飯,炒飯炒得乾身,粒粒鮮明,健康不油膩。食完六道菜,上埋一個中式甜品,是紅棗桂圓萬壽果糖水,清甜潤喉。

午餐時間因為有promotion所以就去咗呢一間酒樓度食午餐因為有apps半價優惠所以就嗌啲平時都唔會嗌嘅菜式燒鵝 熱上嘅時候都還可以但係食到尾就發覺成份鵝肥膏佔咗差唔多一半,首先我係中意食家禽嘅皮連埋肥嘅同埋燒鵝最主要都係食皮肥都係唔可以少嘅部分冇咗肥油既皮就自然唔夠香所以食燒鵝冇理由唔食帶肥既皮但係 佢肥嘅程度真係有啲頂唔順真係40%骨,10%皮,30%肥,20%肉Sorry 半價都係甘講,真係好一般另外仲嗌咗蝦餃同埋三色玫瑰包蝦餃係個好東西 皮厚薄適中亦都好夠彈性 蝦肉爽彈 有豬油香味 加埋辣椒油更加正另外三色包係叫畀小朋友 中規中矩但外表滿分客戶服務就非常好 侍應會主動上兒童餐具 不時加水 對老人家亦都特別照顧 好細心唔會喺佢哋嗰邊上菜

雖然同啲朋友間都唔多興拜年,不過,農曆年始終對香港人而言都喺個大節日,總會相互送吓禮物。最近,就收到「富豪酒店」系嘅「瑤柱臘味蘿蔔糕」,真喺多謝晒朋友嘅厚愛,等小弟有機會試到唔同酒店嘅出品。紅噹噹嘅應節包裝盒,印有簡約梅花圖案,蘿蔔糕以真空包裝,乾淨衛生。而蘿蔔糕做成長條形,非慣常嘅圓形,小學就覺得方便切咗。表面已睇到鋪咗好多瑤柱絲及臘味粒,材料豐富,而切件後,睇到糕身混有原條蘿蔔條,唔會淨喺得啲粉。將瑤柱臘味蘿蔔糕煎香後,外脆內軟,糕身嘅蘿蔔味唔錯,質感又唔會太削身,沖杯熱茶,咁又當咗一餐。最近,受到武漢肺炎嘅疫情影響,全城都要高度戒備,屋企有呢啲糧餉,應急之餘,又可以盡量少晌街食飯。今次所試到嘅蘿蔔糕,都比較喺傳統款式,因為依家唔少商家推出嘅蘿蔔糕口味都做到五花八門,用料高檔,仲要配搭新奇。小弟對食,其實要求唔高,傳統又好,新派又好,好食嘅就喺好。最後,希望疫情嘅陰霾盡快過去,快啲雨過天清,大家可以回復番正常嘅生活!

因為有親戚喺外國返嚟,想試蛇羹, 呢個套餐係全包,仲係任添蛇羹, 所以試一試, 之前都有喺一度食飯都ok, 因為親戚住呢一度,所以有75折, 折咗之後,大約三百一十蚊一個人, 佢一開始有四小碟, 佢啲小碟好多款,都有特色,之前晚飯套餐都有, 跟住蛇羹同埋炒蛇絲都好好,配韭菜花, 佢甜品仲有木瓜雪耳糖水同埋黑糖馬拉糕, 仲有一條魚, 又有燒雞, 侍應雖然少,但係招呼都好周到, 佢仲有糯米飯、羊腩煲同桂花炒米粉,好好味,好香, 唯一係個菠菜有啲老囉,不過都可以接受

平安夜早上真幸運,假期近中午在這酒店仍然有車位。因已留座位,安排'座在湖景旁的大枱。有很温暖的陽光,環境十分好。叫了十多個点心,大蝦腸粉做得 十分精緻,有很脆的外皮,蝦肉很爽脆而蝦很大隻。 可惜臘腸卷的潤腸 不太合水準。 蝦餃及其它点心仍然保持著以往的質數。 另外叫了一個羅漢齋炒麵, 炒麵本身兩面都煎到黃色, 炸得很脆很新鮮。羅漢齋另上, 各款齋菜 亦做得很好。 最後奉上一個甜品。 因假期關係今天會員優惠沒有了。 但都不失為一個很好的午餐。
