To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期去了粉嶺搵嘢食，午餐時間看到這間庭軒一敍，價錢也合理😄最後我叫了一份焗萄汁牛肉飯😋味道也幾好，味道不太濃清清地，食完也沒有口喝，應該沒有太多味精，職員的服務態度也很好♥️💕

粉嶺越開越多餐廳.訓醒同屋企人食晏泊好車隨便就行左入呢間餐廳試下！呢間小店位置有點迫！不過睇返餐牌都幾多野食選擇！今日我地就叫左特餐及廚師推介套餐！蕃茄湯豬潤意配粟米奄列及香草多士 多士上有牛油但冇咩香草味好足料既蕃茄羅宋湯底！有椰菜、牛肉粒、蕃茄等等…豬潤有點煮到過熟！反而意粉軟硬度控制得幾好！湯底真係一流！粟米奄列正正常常！份量足夠！多士只有牛油唔覺有香草味！烘得幾脆！椒鹽豬扒飯兜到好香口！豬扒食落好軟淋唔會鞋口！伴菜有青椒及楊蔥！

在聯和墟隨便找家餐廳吃午飯,見店內人頭湧湧便決定一試。午市有多款套餐選擇, 一定有吃你口味的。兩個人分別點了一個京葱爆肥牛飯跟一個葡汁雞球飯,上菜非常快。京葱肥牛上桌時已經聞到爆香京葱洋葱的味道,可惜調味太鹹,不然會是一個香口有鑊氣的好菜式。葡汁雞球飯有芝士鋪面稍為焗香,葡汁香草味濃,個人不太喜歡,但點餐的人覺得ok,只是汁太多,令飯變得太濕,口感不好。總活而言,菜式都尚可,如果可以從上述方向再改善,應該會更出色~

一段時間沒有來聯和墟了，有點想食庭軒的米通，所以特意搭車來找庭軒再敘。店內依舊客似雲來，我們等了幾分鍾終於可以食早餐了。🍴鮮牛肉米通 $36新鮮牛肉牛味香濃腍滑，湯底清鮮好味配上米通妙不可言。☕️熱檸茶今日竟然放棄我的至愛黑咖啡轉飲熱檸茶🤣，因為這店的即磨咖啡要另加錢$6 有點貴。😁🍴五香肉丁米通蕃茄湯底 $37幸尼的早餐，湯底另加$3 不過都值得嘅，酸甜鮮香茄味清甜開胃。🍴西煎雙蛋好靚的西煎雙蛋。早餐餐牌

This is a very typical HK café serving typical average food.EnvironmentNothing special to comment on. However, the inside is quite packed with tables and chairs. Okay to have some quick food inside.ServiceOnly came here for a takeaway so can't really comment much on this. FoodI had ordered one of their set meals. A pork chop pasta in soup with omelette and bread. The pork chop was soft and tasty but their pasta was quite special. The pasta is like a long macaroni, which is bouncy on the teeth. Very tasty. However the soup was very average. The bread was soft and the omelette was well cooked. Overall a very average restaurant but would definitely come here to taste its pasta again.
