這是聖誕前的一頓晚餐,趁還未忘記晚上出街食飯的感覺,是時候回憶一下了。七點正到達,已經坐無虛席,熱鬧的氣氛彷彿一刻穿越去了日本的居酒屋。去居酒屋一定要叫串燒,燒鳥拼盤有五款不同部份的雞串,我最喜歡白蔥雞肉串的juicy口感,配上燒出甜味的大蔥提升香氣,另外脆脆的雞軟骨也是送酒之選。說到酒,當然要試這裏的名物鮮檸檬燒酎梳打。一大串的冰檸檬片實在搶眼,雖然要等冰片溶化才飲到檸檬味,但一杯飲品可以嚐到兩種味道,也好。這裏的石板燒也是必點,我們要了150g澳洲M6和牛。侍應會端出石板堂煎,牛肉一放上去已經爆發肉和油的香氣,再淋上惹味的醬汁 ,煎出來剛好是要求的五成,面層微微焦香襯托肉味更濃。而份量也足有五大件,只是有些位置還需用點力咬開,始終澳洲和牛未能做到入口即化。如果切半才上碟可能效果更好。叫了石板燒,一定要加$25追加蟹羔飯/沙律/味噌湯。蟹羔飯本來已經鮮味,配上燒肉就是把海陸滋味二合一。海洋的滋味,蠔當然是首選。古法罐仔蒸蠔,金屬罐裏放了六隻掌心般大的蠔,和一塊昆布一起蒸,看上去十分簡單,但剛好全熟的口感極滑溜多汁,味道超鮮甜而且完全不腥。重點是只要like/ follow 店家的社交

今次終於黎到食晚餐啦,難得慶祝生日,就緊係要黎食好d啦!我地1行4人book夜晚7點鍾食,但有限時,大約個半鍾左右,不過都好夠做啦,同上次一樣都有叫到蒸蠔同生蠔,今次叫左個2人餐,入面有燒m6和牛、鮑魚,蟹膏飯,炸物盤,燒蠔同麵豉湯。另外,仲叫左個玉子燒,關東煮同串燒盤,當然仲唔少得支清酒啦,d野樣樣都好好食,服務又周到,老細又行過黎打下牙較,成件事真係好正!之後都會再返黎食,試埋其他酒同野食,4個人埋單一千四百幾,抵到爛呀!

最近黎到旺角食DINNER, 揀左令和食日本野~先黎個關東煮,係日本既大眾料理,包括雞蛋、蘿蔔、蒟蒻、海帶結、蒟蒻絲等,每款都好好食!再黎個清酒煮蜆,好香酒味,食落蜆肉啖啖肉,又鮮美~再黎個魷魚軟骨,脆卜卜,好有咬口感,唔錯!之後點左個燒魷魚一夜干,經炭火烤過,食落軟硬適中,風味濃郁。再SHARE 個令和魚生丼, 入面有好多材料, eg. 三文魚、吞拿魚、帶子、海膽、蝦 等, 每樣都好新鮮,食完已經好有飽肚感~最後點左2梳打,菠蘿同荔枝乳酸,味道都唔錯~整體來講, 價錢都唔貴, 下次可以食其他野!

最近黎到旺角食DINNER, 揀左令和食日本野~

難得放一個長假,所以要staycation 下,訓醒左冇野做搵左個朋友下午茶,我朋友好鍾意去居酒屋食,所以我就是旦係mk搵左1間黎食,估唔到咁正!入到去好有日本居酒屋氣氛,因為下午茶所以叫左個小食盤包左一壺清酒,但我依d人對酒冇抵抗力,所以又叫左買1送1嘅清酒,然後仲叫左個盒仔蒸蠔,係社交平台 like完有平,好正d蠔好肥美都啖啖肉,之後見到有清酒生蠔,忍唔住叫左半打,一隻蠔一杯清酒,浸一浸然後連酒倒入口,好正呀!如果唔係約左人食晚餐我應該會瘋狂咁食蠔埋單都係400幾!抵,下次有機會要食晚餐
