The appetiser ham is very tasty though portion a bit small. The paella is nice. The steak is very delicious and cooked to perfection (medium). Disappointed that there is no churros, they replaced with chocolate walnut brownie which is ok. The drinks (cappuccino, flat white and chocolate) are all very good. Overall the Restaurant Week lunch menu is of high cp rate. We enjoyed a lot.

今日和朋友來到利園一間西班牙餐廳,渡過復活節最後一日的假期。這間餐廳之前已經食過,各方面中上,所以再次前來試試他們的水準。我們先點了一盤ham、西班牙豬漢堡包及兩杯啤酒。說到西班牙火腿他們的店真是首屈一指,質素和水準沒有令人失望,漢堡包真的好大份,要他們切開一半才能進食,此外配上熱辣辣鮮炸的薯條,實在令人大滿足,最後啤酒也不俗,有不同的味道。總括這餐下午茶一共400元正,每人$200 ,真的不錯,坐了一段時間也沒有趕我們走,可以暢所欲言,為這個假期畫上完美的句號。

細細個已經好鍾意食醃製火腿。那時候香港的經濟剛剛開始起飛,大部份香港市民都是勞動階層,高級進口食材唔多、亦沒有太多人認識;筆者唯一認識的醃製火腿只有浙江出產的金華火腿。之後,香港社會開始變得富裕,越來越多高級超市,坊間也有很多販售歐美進口高級食材的小店;意大利巴馬火腿及西班牙風乾火腿越來越流行,後者的價錢更加是金華火腿的五、六倍以上。無論那一款醃製火腿,筆者同樣愛吃。就算唔識西班牙文,只要愛吃風乾火腿,一看見餐廳名字「Reserva Iberica」,再加上大大隻豬仔圖案,已肯定這是一間專吃西班牙風乾火腿的小店。配合餐廳定位,裝修用上了簡單圖案黑白地磚及彩色花紋圖案牆磚,充滿西班牙典型小餐廳風情。餐廳室內面積很細,只有幾張小餐枱;其餘大部份餐枱佈置在商場通道,營造成一間半開放式餐廳,模仿歐洲半露天小餐館的設計。開放式用餐區設有一個外賣小櫃枱,方便客人外賣風乾火腿。旁邊的凍櫃內放置了許多瓶南歐非常普遍的小吃醃製橄欖,但見不到零售標價,可能只是作為餐廳的Tapas 食材。餐廳室內最搶眼的「裝飾」當然是懸掛在高位的一條條原隻西班牙風乾火腿,及放在枱上的四台手切火腿專月火腿架。每個架上已分別固

餐廳室內最搶眼的「裝飾」當然是懸掛在高位的一條條原隻西班牙風乾火腿,及放在枱上的四台手切火腿專月火腿架。每個架上已分別固定了一隻不同價位及不同級數的西班牙風乾火腿,客人可以一眼睇清楚不同級數火腿的賣相及不同程度的油潤光澤 ⋯⋯ 證實了一分錢一分貨,餐廳內級數最高的火腿,顏色的確最靚、火腿肉的油潤光澤度亦最高。

除了lunch set以外,亦有單點餐牌,但只有兩頁。lunch set ($148) 包括頭盤、主菜、甜品及飲品,比起單點餐牌內的Tapas Set ($238) 只包括三款西班牙小食似乎更抵食及飽肚。眾所周知,Tapas 雖然款式多、味道亦多元化,但全部細細碟,食三碟可能唔夠飽。

頭盤可以揀餐湯或者沙律,lunch set ($148) 可以加$48轉白毛豬風乾火腿(Serrano Ham)。太太對風乾火腿的興趣一般而已,揀了蘑菇忌廉湯。菇味濃郁,亦食得出有很多蘑菇蓉;但湯底味道一般,亦唔夠熱,口感唔夠幼滑,蘑菇蓉未夠幼細。

主菜揀自家製薄餅。長方形的 flatbread pizza 採用了最基本的Pizza食材:火箭菜、mozzarella 芝士及西班牙肉腸,出乎意料地味道相當出色。Pizza 批底厚薄適中,批邊又焗至少少燶、咬落非常香口脆身,內層又有麵包的軟身口感,比起不少意式餐廳的Pizza更出色。芝士及番茄醬的份量剛剛好,如果西班牙肉腸的份量可以多一點,這個Pizza會更加好食。

火腿味濃,配以西班牙番茄多士作為佐口小吃相當合適。微酸兼充滿水份的凍番茄蓉,正好調和一下吃完火腿後溢滿口腔的鹹香餘韻。美中不足的是墊底的多士雖然香脆鬆化,但卻一丁點微温也沒有。

先講講西班牙風乾火腿的基本資料。它可以說是全世界最貴、同時也是最好味的風乾火腿,原因在於豬隻品種、飼養方法及飼料。伊比利亞半島(Iberica peninsula)黑毛豬品種本身肉味香濃、有脂肪油花、沒有豬臊味,先天條件已經遠勝其他豬隻品種。農場的飼養方法也無出其右,天然放牧以增加豬隻的運動量是必要條件之一。飼料方面更加講究,黑毛豬斷奶後,基本上只以橡果或栗子餵飼,豬肉因而產生了獨特香氣,甚至滲入在脂肪內。為了保證質素,西班牙對於火腿的名稱及標籤有嚴格限制,只有全橡果餵飼、最頂級的出品才能夠稱之為Jamon Iberico de Bellota;其中黑牌更必定要是100%純種伊比利亞黑毛豬,紅牌則可以是混種豬隻,但伊比利亞黑毛豬的血統百分比也需要清楚刻上。次一級的綠牌則是圈養混種黑毛豬,採用穀物及橡果及栗子混合飼料(Jamon Iberico cebo de campo )。再次一級的白牌則是全穀物飼養(Jamon Iberico de cebo )。

除了在餐廳內享用之外,也有零售。可以選擇預先切片的淨火腿肉(按每克計價),也可以原隻火腿連骨頭購買。表面上原隻火腿的定價較為便宜,但既多了一條骨頭,也有很多下欄火腿肉;所以,除非屋企有火腿架、兼且有地方儲存,又或者會用到火腿骨熬湯,否則還是買較貴的切片淨火腿肉算吧!

味道方面,Jamon Serrano 較為軟身、有少少煙韌肉質纖維口感。Jamon Iberico 肉質較為甘香硬身,油份亦明顯較多,香氣也更濃郁;尤其是最右邊兩款Jamon Iberico de Bellota,果仁(來自橡果)香氣最為濃烈。四款火腿雖然經過了幾年的鹽醃風乾,但並非只有鹹味,同時有一種醇厚肉香,乾身得來並不流失肉味。

西班牙風乾火腿實在太好味,今日有機會同一時間試了四種火腿,證實了不同級數的火腿真的有不同的味道。不過,最高級數的 Jamon Iberico未必一定是所有人的那杯茶,Jamon Serrano 也有獨特的質感及味道吸引客人。只是價錢實在太貴,近幾年更加因為產量遠遠落後於市場需求,售價年年上升 ⋯⋯ 為了荷包着想,雖然非常非常想食多啲,但不可多吃。

從hong kong restaurant week揀選了呢間餐廳,睇過菜單,前菜有我想試的西班牙火腿,於是乎訂位去了。環境一般,坐位比較窄,坐得不舒服。前菜三款,當然楝了最想食的西班牙火腿,上枱後真係覺得同我想像的相差很遠,色澤是暗淡的,沒有油光,入口火腿味欠奉,失望!主莱是牛頰肉,由於是48小時慢煮,肉質非常軟腍鬆軟,入口溶化,調味也不錯,美味。甜品千層蛋糕十分失望。每一層都是又厚又實,甜度過火。伯爵茶味欠奉。整體來說,隨了主菜的牛頰肉滿意外,其他....!

Restaurant week 食佢哋lunch set($148)。坦白講佢哋個鋪唔似人地休閒食嘅地方,似做商業lunch客快食嘅地方,枱和座位很窄。早知是這樣應該唔book呢個location......我個set間番茄凍湯配醃椒,西班牙海鮮飯churro, 同café latte。番茄凍湯不過不失,醃椒原來唔辣幾驚喜。至於西班牙海鮮飯,其實睇lunch set價位,同餐牌上寫明嘅材料(帶子同蜆) 都估到唔會正宗得去邊。上枱用鐵具熱氣騰騰,賣相很好,不過食落就普普通通,除咗帶子蜆肉,無海鮮嘅感覺。假如蜆係有殼嘅蜆,我相信個飯會鮮味d。不過價位如此,都明嘅。甜品churros 沾太多糖,好甜,我地自己“dun”番d糖...最後都係等咖啡嚟先食。我地兩杯cafe latte的拉花都是成功的

我本來想試吓依間咖啡室,見到食評都唔錯,於是訂咗位同女朋友食生日晚餐,訂位時已經註明咗女朋友生日並要求準備生日蛋糕🎂,入到去見到有幾個人喺度大聲傾偈本來以為係職員,點知原來係職員啲friend,之後我諗應該係經理招呼我哋,佢由始至終都冇提過生日同埋生日蛋糕嘅事情,另外,埋單簽咭,經理俾返張單同咭我嘅時候,淨係同我講「依張係你嘅」,連多謝都冇講過,我聽到之後真係無明火起走嘅時候都冇講過多謝,服務態度真係差到冇人有至於食物質素同味道都係一般,但係價錢就超貴,咁嘅服務態度同食物質素根本唔值咁嘅價錢,簡直係垃圾級別嘅咖啡室,以後都唔會再去幫襯呀

Food is not that great, no water serve even if you ask for tap water only pay bottle water @$50 and waiter is very rude! Will not go again and won’t recommend any one. Not cheap either. Quite a difference experience from the first time I was there for happy hour

來利園這邊稍坐一小時,想去的咖啡店並沒有位置,剛好看到Reserva Ibérica有頗多的空位,便坐下來喝一杯咖啡吃個甜點。西班牙炸油條配朱古力醬及雪糕($78)Churros配上Nutella,其實不會難吃,Churros我稍嫌上面沾了太多糖,但除此之外也是不錯。Flat white($40)沒有拉花,平平無奇,多付的幾塊錢大概是為了能坐得比較舒服。不過最令我無言的,是收費並不便宜,卻又算不上高檔的地方,居然連一杯暖水也不會提供,只有still water。點了甜點加咖啡,沒有一杯清水我覺得只是難受。我情願你不要提供口罩袋⋯

有愛吃西班牙菜既朋友試過這間餐廳晚餐不錯,最近有restaurant week推介,所以今次帶我來試試午餐。午市套餐可選前菜、主食、甜品和餐飲。價錢大概是$148,另收加一服務費。作為午餐這個價錢是有點貴,但作為銅鑼灣地段既西餐,最少都要$100以上,而且它是配甜點的。我點了蕃茄凍湯配蛋餅、意大利雲吞、churro和latte。個人覺得凍湯味道有點奇怪外,其他都不錯,能夠在午餐配churro,很滿足,而且是熱辣辣的。👍🏻

一個人的下午茶,貪心地叫了一個牛肉漢堡配薯條,配上黑松露醬,再叫了一杯摩卡咖啡,週末時份嘆一嘆。點知當漢堡包上來時,竟然巨型到不得了,一個人根本吃不完,於是我放棄了一層麵包,吃了中間的牛肉漢堡、蔬菜及最低層的漢堡包。薯條是新鮮炸出來,十分美味,香脆可口。牛肉充滿肉味而且很Juice,摩卡咖啡十分大杯,是一般份量的1.5倍,很抵飲。下次建議如果兩位女士可以兩個人叫一個漢堡包,並配上一些甜品或西班牙火腿。總結是一餐滿意的下午茶!

Christmas 晚餐一家三口去,餐牌上的 Cava 定價過高就算了,總消費二千元以上食物是可以的,但服務員極不專業,有熟客(可能是老闆全家)就無視其它客人的需要,明明聽到叫埋單,過左十分鐘,十五分鐘都無反應,熟客就四五歲大的小朋友想要那些都問埋。忍無可忍,走到出台要求埋單,之前聽見埋單的服務員當然扮吾知,重加多句勿未埋咩!!然后一手拿去信用咭,單都沒有出示就去"轆咭", 轆完重把咭交給家人,不交還咭主!!!說到這想信不用多講了。。。。從此把這餐廳從腦海中抹走。有賬單為証,希望香港餐飲業少一些這種敗類
