今日一大班朋友去食雞煲丫,呢間有朋友話好食,話用料好新鮮所以去坐車一齊去食。可能我地早到,去到冇乜人,嗌左小食邊食邊等埋其他朋友,嗌左另選店員推介嘅,墨釀油炸鬼,好脆,好特別,熱辣辣上碟,好香,好多件,好食。食完就開始打雞煲,我地嗌左小辣,其他都冇點辣,岩我,但好香,仲有麻香,好惹味,雞都好滑,吾錯。食完就打邊爐啦,嗌左好多海鮮丫,有我喜歡嘅蠔,都吾錯好大隻,有蠔味,仲有蝦同聖子,蝦驚喜地新鮮,好彈牙,蝦頭仲有膏,吾錯,聖子不過不失。嗌左肉,有丸,牛拼盤,好大份,仲有第一次食嘅牛胸爽,食落好像好像彈牙得嚟又有少少肥咁,吾識形容。丸好食,有咬牙,彈牙。整體吾錯,服務都好好,會幫我地換碟同加水,食料果然新鮮,可惜地點更吾方便,應該做街坊生意為主,不過吾錯,可以再去,值得推介。

趁未踏入炎夏仲可以打邊爐,今日就約埋好朋友一齊去試吓花甲蟹鍋!花甲蟹鍋先到,滾返熱就可以先飲湯同埋食咗海鮮先,花甲又大隻又鮮甜份量都唔少至於隻蟹我哋初時以為會係花蟹點知係一隻超多膏既膏蟹黎,啲蟹膏浮晒上個湯嘅面度,真係非常之吸引!食完海鮮就飲埋佢個湯,個湯胡椒味強勁,飲完成個人都熱晒~每人飲咗兩碗我之後就正式開始打邊爐啦!識得食緊係食手切本地肥牛拼牛頸脊,呢度啲牛肉向來有質素保證,肥瘦適中,自命係牛魔王既你不容錯過!即制脆炸響鈴,放落湯到一秒拎返上黎,已經吸滿晒湯汁,正!手打四寶丸,墨魚丸同埋蝦丸甚為出色!仲叫咗其他打邊爐嘅食物,但係已經食到唔記得咗影相了~

冬天我鍾意打邊爐,呢幾排天氣逐漸回暖,大熱天時再食火煱就無氣氛啦,所以我即刻call齊朋友,出發到我地既最愛既路邊煱打邊邊。平時打邊爐好多傳統湯底,而我地今次就揀款特別d,呢個雜菌花甲蟹鍋入面有大肉蟹、花甲、雜菌,湯底非常鮮甜,未食都已經被賣相吸引左。大大隻聖子,新鮮爽甜。打邊爐點可以無肥牛,肥牛片片均勻,雪花紋理分明,一睇就知係好野,正!

非常生猛,上台時仲識郁。材料夠新鮮,淥熟就食得,雖不算特別大隻,但蝦肉爽口彈牙。

今晚想食雞煲又想打邊爐,諗起上次去路邊煱食過唔錯,加上咁突然⋯為安全起見決定去土瓜灣既路邊煱,因為暫時土瓜灣還未有港鐵,所以人流相對較少,容易D有位 ! 例牌動作,侍應好快速咁捧上。 未齊人所以叫住個小食頂住先⋯麻辣牛月展 ~ 醬汁麻而少辣,牛𦟌切得夠薄,唔怕食到牙軟,正! 密制惹味雞煲(半隻) ~ 雞件好入味但又唔會鞋 好豐富睇見都開心 食晒D雞就再加湯就可以打邊爐啦! 手切美國牛頸脊( ~ 油花好均勻,切得夠薄,焯幾焯好快食得! 海中蝦 ~ 夠新鮮夠大隻,肉質爽口彈牙啖啖肉 蟶子皇 ~ 清洗得幾乾淨,大大隻又鮮甜這店既海鮮的確新鮮 !!! 即炸響鈴 ~ 熱辣辣可以即食,不過怕太熱氣所以都係放入湯616才吃,大約3秒取出,內裡仍是熱烘烘的但仍保留些微脆口。 打邊爐也要食下蔬菜,唔係間間火鍋店都有皇帝菜,依樹有梗係要食啦!  新鮮嫰綠 ! 冬瓜片 ~ 好好利用雞湯底,令冬瓜片更入味唔會淡茂茂自製手打四寶丸 ~ 彈牙 !

說老實話,這是小弟近年嚐過最好吃的金磚豆腐 ---- 光睇那金黃奪目的賣相就知對版了。夾起一件放入口試試,外皮極為香脆而內裡的豆腐是滑溜得咕嚕一下便順滑到喉嚨當中,實是超軟得不得了;依附在豆腐外層的椒鹽鹹度控制得剛啱好,入口不會咯喉之餘又惹味非常....到了最後豆腐被攤涼後再嘗試一件,竟發現那金黃外皮是脆口依舊,委實難得....

好了,回到那重點花甲鍋。一大煲湯裡頭滿佈了蕃茄、粟米、各類菇菌、芹菜、西芹、蔥以及莞蒏,再加上數量多得舖天蓋地,隻隻SIZE有差不多四分之一手掌般大的厚肉肥美又沒沙的花甲....試問這鍋東西又怎會有可能不甜 ? 未下火煱料時邊食鍋底的東西邊呷湯,湯此時是可以用"清甜"二字來形容....接著在一輪配料攻勢急攻後,湯在嗦盡食物精華後最後押尾時再喝一口,湯味登時變成極濃甜了....

自己一向都不是響鈴的粉絲,特別是在打邊邊時更不愛點它,總覺要將原本炸得脆卜卜極香口的東西要夾硬將之弄淰好像是一種暴殄天物的行為。不過今趟在此吃到這一大條的響鈴,特色在於中間夾進了一大片的紫菜,入口香脆之餘又多了一份的鹹香味,而且在徹底奉行三秒將之弄熟的原則之下,響鈴仍在脆與淰之間找到了一點的平衡,所以論味道也是相當不俗的....

排列得相當工整的白鱔片,不用放在湯弄得全熟,只略浸在熱湯中肉見卷曲就可放入口。質地極其爽脆之外又鮮甜沒刺。這可算是小弟打邊爐必備的配料之一....

不是每一個地方都能遇到的牛胸爽呈白雪雪的同樣只適宜置於湯內一陣子便可,若然灼得太久的話便變得硬不可耐了....但若處理得啱啱好呢,入口既充滿油花香脂味極重之餘又不失爽脆的口感,確實有點像食零食feel....

過往我也很少會談及一間店子的服務及環境的,個人總覺得食物okay就可以了....但今天在這裡小弟也不禁要說一句,這兒侍者的service確極有禮態度殷勤;而洗手間又是屬火煱店中少見的乾淨企理,因而亦加了不少印象分....
