朋友住樓上話呢間野唔錯,遇著一班好友去探完佢就walkin 入去,6點半得2 3 枱客唔使等位。等雞煲之前試左2款小食,金磚豆腐真係炸得好靚,外脆內滑,有d椒鹽既調味,配喼汁點,好快比我地秒殺左,推介! 墨魚滑釀油炸鬼都好脆 ,不過硬左少少,都係金磚好味d。叫左小辣雞煲上枱了,d雞好香醬油味,d肉肉質雖然唔厚但1d都唔鞋,4 5 個人食1隻份量夠,夠哂滋味。最後梗係食大蒜啦,大蒜係雞煲的最佳配角,呢度既大蒜好大粒,同韓國大蒜有得比,煲到淋哂入哂味,質感有d似薯仔就最正,朋友話我重口味喎,唔好玩啦,食雞煲唔重口味咩,一於人棄我取,比我清哂,yeah。食完雞到加湯食火鍋,叫左個$398 牛肉拼盤,最正是牛舌同牛胸腹,肉質鮮甜有彈性,朋友獨愛圖中白色既牛胸爽,第1次食覺得好重牛脂味有頭,可以一試既,不過其他都係留比朋友食喇,廣島蠔好大隻肉質夠厚,雖然是冷藏貨是常識,但煮完依然爽滑,海蝦好新鮮有膏,不過火喉先係最重要一環,煮大約3分鐘就ok ,咁先保留到蝦肉鮮味彈牙。響鈴同手打丸是自家制,響鈴上枱時仲係熱的,浸1浸湯上水,吸收湯味之外入面仲係好脆,正。手打丸好彈牙,推介蝦丸。叫左支鴻福堂竹
