哈哈。。。講既特別唔係指食物,而係指...係九龍城,泰國餐廳就多...星馬餐廳真係寥寥可數,這間餐廳已經幫襯過兩次,他們的喇沙算係好味,湯味濃鮮甜而且有風味的,但怕辣既朋友要小心,有點辣哦~~~~~~~~~今次試左以下三款食物(不過不失的):超甜既龍眼冰 + 無味薏米水海南雞飯~雞肉很滑,個油飯美味肉骨茶~上次試過好好味,肉質很淋,但今次很失望,肉質硬個湯無味,唔知係咪因為套餐同散叫既分別馬拉盞通菜~這個不錯哦,好好味,會食唔停架~~ continue reading

上星期同朋友經過打豉嶺道見到依間馬來西亞餐廳門口裝飾好靚..加上見到百道經典美食佢地榜上入五強..所以就同左d朋友入去試下..結果竟然比我想像中好食到出乎意料之外, 我地點左肉骨茶,雞翼,魔鬼魚,芽菜雞(本身想食海南雞但見個芽菜雞waitress介紹得好好食所以試左),咖哩喇沙等等………… 先講主菜咖哩喇沙同肉骨茶..喇沙雖然有d辣但真係整得好有心機..個湯底好濃喇沙味..同我之前在吉隆坡食既喇沙一樣入面會有c蚶魚片蝦(因為試過在香港其他馬來西亞餐廳食既喇沙係無c蚶的!)。。而肉骨茶都整得好好味..雖然我地叫左份細既肉骨茶..但佢地好有心機照比辣椒豉油同蒜蓉豉油我地.. 至於waitress介紹既芽菜雞真係果然無介紹錯!!佢地將雞同芽菜分開上..芽菜夾住雞一齊食好有口感..芽菜雞好滑好入味..最出奇係佢地d芽菜好爽口..而佢地話芽菜係用泰國芽菜的!最可惜佢地無得淨係叫芽菜因為即使連我平時鍾意食咩都走芽菜都覺得真係好好食, 個燒魔鬼魚係好食到我地完全估唔到!食落去有少少青檬酸味..再夾埋佢地比果個酸酸辣辣既汁真係好香.. 而雞翼雖然係小食..但整得同出面果d好唔同!本身以為佢地都係一樣燒完加d香茅粉..點知佢地好似馬來西亞咁用d豉汁同蜜糖燒..再加上少少辣醬一齊食..出面香口入面滑肉..搞到忍唔住叫多碟! 我同d朋友都話一定會再返黎食..因為香港已經好少搵到咁道地風味既馬來西亞餐廳 continue reading

突然懷念馬來西亞美食,立即搵間有得食福建炒麵的餐廳一解smart bunny 單思之苦,選了九龍城的rossa laksa.打正旗號以laksa 為名,一定要點個laksa 一試啦,另外點了福建炒麵,沙爹牛仔骨,印度薄餅roti 及桔仔水。個laksa 是curry laksa, 很不錯,是馬來西亞口味,有椰奶香,又夠辣,材料則太少,價錢不便宜但只有少少豆卜,兩塊魚片,兩塊豬皮,兩隻螄蚶,及兩隻比蝦米大少少的蝦。福建炒麵有馬來西亞福建炒麵的影子,可能因為豬油渣的關係。味道可以(但當然比不上地道馬來西亞吃到的),但個麵用了太多油了。個roti 味道還好,但不夠鬆化,可幸個咖哩汁味道不錯,幾惹味。個牛仔骨就不行了,沙爹不似沙爹,沒有什麼味道,而牛仔骨個肉質太硬,正常應該用steak hammer 處理下個肉。桔仔水還可以啦,有點馬來西亞風味。整體來說,有地道馬來西亞食物的少少影子,但味道比較真正地道的還有一段距離,除laksa 可以外,其他不算好味道。 continue reading

We wern't expecting much, but we didn't expect it to be THIS BAD. The chicken wings were COMPLETELY burnt when it came, and we asked the waitress to change it for us and all we got was "This is because of soya sauce, it is not burnt." Refusing to give us another dish. Service was so dissapointing and food was either COLD or BURNT.Overall the experience was so bad, we will be sure not to come back again. continue reading
