所謂的不理想,是因為真味特別牛肉湯粉 HK$75 與火車頭牛肉鍋粉其實是同出一轍,附有牛腩、牛肚、牛丸、牛筋、肥牛、牛栢葉、白蘿蔔、芽菜和洋蔥等多樣的配料,唯一不同之處是在於份量,前者一人份,後者是加大版的二人份,幸好當刻餓腸轆轆的我倆,最終也清掉兩碗湯粉的百分之九十,挑戰極限成功!

好了,回到湯粉的味道上!我們特別注重湯粉的湯底,不管是哪一個國家的特色產物,必先呷一口湯!淺啡帶點半透明的湯底,湯頭清香且十分鮮甜,餘韻流露出自然的牛香,要比許多大店的湯底還要好,大量喝湯後亦沒有出現味精不良的反應,十分欣賞這個湯底!原來這美味的湯底以 30至 40磅牛骨和自家秘方香料熬製十二小時,然後再加入 40磅醉牛腩熬製兩、三小時而成,精華得來不易!

至於多種的配料,老公喜歡半肥瘦的牛腩,而我則喜歡牛肚,整體來說就是不過不失,唯生牛肉有點零碎!

其實我對越南沙律沒什麼印象,但當我嚐到這道鮮蝦芽車快 HK$66 時,下次定會再吃越南沙律!堆得如山丘的芽車快,份量挺多,除了數隻鮮蝦,裡頭混合雞絲、椰菜絲、紅蘿蔔絲,花生、芝麻和少量芫荽等,口感爽軟交雜,味道帶香、酸甜開胃,非常好吃,實在是一份驚喜!

每次提起西貢,會聯想到海鮮和茶座。今次選擇了越南菜。因為假期,非常多人,需要排隊等候。座位安排在店外,天氣不太熱再加外國feel,都ok。点了法式牛肉包,顺化湯粉,棘和棘各一,雞扒捞檬再加越式春卷。牛肉包份量十足,包微脆,牛肉味好。至於湯粉,棘的比不棘的好味。清湯的比較淡。捞檬味道一般。還有越式春卷,正常炸脆加生菜包住食,無特別。再加上配汁味道淡,沒有驚喜。另叫越式咖啡,是不錯的選擇。接近每位一百元。
