This is a relatively new restaurant compared to others in the area. I usually come here at least once per week for lunch (as I work nearby). Surprisingly this is a good place for Vietnamese food and not just for pho. They have Vietnamese sandwiches and other dishes of Vietnamese cuisine. Also surprisingly the value is quite good. For the pho, you also get an extra side dish of lime, basil and freshly chopped chilis, so you can adjust the taste to your own palate

上星期日晨早入走西貢,参加嶂上行山節,由高塘行左一個鐘上嶂上,逗留左一會,見到天色很差,有毛毛雨,於是先行離去,經麥理浩第三段落山。但落山途中,雨勢越落越大,山路濕滑,好不容易落山乘巴士入西貢食飯。順化湯檬 - 餸料包括牛展,札肉,燻蹄及牛丸。基本上净食湯檬就好味,札肉,燻蹄及牛丸尚可,但牛展肉就咬極唔到。火車頭牛肉鍋河 - 這碗粉真係份量十足,一定夠飽。但可惜所有餸料唔得,牛肉,牛肚,牛展全部咬唔入。我祇有食左碗無餸湯河。

順化湯檬 - 餸料包括牛展,札肉,燻蹄及牛丸。基本上净食湯檬就好味,札肉,燻蹄及牛丸尚可,但牛展肉就咬極唔到。

The best value Vietnamese you will get in Hong Kong in my opinion. Portion sizes are large and the price is below market average - especially given the large portion sizes. I always get the soup base Pho but my favourite is the Bun Bo Hue which is not always served in other Vietnamese Restaurants. The beef balls are handmade as well as the Vietnamese Sausages. The best value Vietnamese you will get in Hong Kong in my opinion. Portion sizes are large and the price is below market average - especially given the large portion sizes. 

I always get the soup base Pho but my favourite is the Bun Bo Hue which is not always served in other Vietnamese Restaurants. The beef balls are handmade as well as the Vietnamese Sausages. The meat quality is generally good and plentiful with each bowl of Pho.  You can choose from Ho Fun, Vermicelli and Thai Rice Noodles. 

The Banh Mi is not the best you're going to get but it is filling. There are other more exquisite places in Hong Kong and the real difference is the bread. The bread here can be crunchier with better toasting inside.

One of the best cheap eats in Sai Kung and in Hong Kong. Quality is always consistent having frequented this place on average once every two weeks.

Now that this place has turned into an disappointment, I have no choice but to give it a break before I pay another visit.  Below concluded my  last experience:

Roast pork chop with pho - the turnip was missing  and the pork chop has "shrunken" into bite-size
Vegetable - although it cost only $15, they served you with the most yellowish leaves ever
Cutlery - getting dirty but tissue was no longer put on the table
Service - consistent as the lady there is always a bit grumpy anyway

去完塔門,返到西貢打算搵間好野食下,上openrice 睇到呢間食評唔錯,就試下。-果日紅日下午,入面得一兩位客,我地坐底左一陣,水都無杯,要叫呀姐俾先得,呀姐塊面係由頭黑到落尾,間舖果時無咩人,她又唔係忙,唔知點解塊臉可以禁黑,搞到我地食都食得唔開心,水無曬又唔幫我地加水,仲要收我地加一服務費,真係貼錢買難受😣。-店裏面大大個電視宣傳d食物幾用心製做,幾真材實料,但我地叫左碗真味特別牛肉湯河、雞扒撈檬、豬扒撈檬,料唔多,味道普通,雞扒算好食少少,外面夠脆,d河粉同檬粉好多,但湯底一般般。-野食唔係話好好食,服務態度好差,永世唔會再去食!

一行四人遊完橋嘴島後來到這家餐廳吃午餐。點了半熟牛肉河粉,越南咖啡和香茅豬頸肉。上菜的速度挺快,先來了一碗大大的半熟牛肉河粉,配有香葉、辣椒和青檸,非常有越南的味道,可惜河粉還是沒有越南的細。但在香港吃到這水準,已經不錯。越南咖啡有驚喜的,味道很香,不算太苦,加上煉奶,一試難忘。最後加上香茅豬頸肉,燒得非常好,賣相也很吸引。吃下去肉質鬆化,加上酸辣汁,回味無窮。西貢果然是美食天堂,這裡有很多特色小店,有空要來試喔!

河粉細滑,湯底有很濃郁的牛味道。牛肉清湯加上了牛肉同牛內臟的美味,可以用妙來形容這一碗豐富的越南河粉。食完,除感覺美味之外,極飽肚是這 Phố 給我的另一個感覺。

來到聖誕假期的最後一天,一於去郊外行下,所以便來到西貢市中心,坐車來到已經中午時間,首要先醫肚,周圍逛一逛就發現了這間越南餐廳。中午時間,已經餐廳內好多人,第一次幫襯,睇完餐牌就要碗"半生熟牛肉金邊粉", 通常生熟牛肉河都係越南餐廳的招牌菜,簡單得來好考大廚的功力,等左陣一大碗金邊粉就來到,旁邊還有一小碟金不換和青檸,食牛肉河必備的配料,牛肉果然半生熟,先試湯底,好甜,牛肉好嫩滑,浸住熱辣辣的湯,牛肉已經慢慢熟透,還有金邊粉份量好多,味道真的不錯,食完已經相當飽,好滿足!
