To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 習慣了每日早上一杯咖啡的我們，老公放假，便想出外嘆杯咖啡，食午餐，順便可以嘆住冷氣享受下室外明媚的陽光 ，選擇了仙跡岩﹣炭燒點子咖啡 ，呢間原本係轉角位地舖的，現在已被Stxxbucks取替了，佢就搬左上格離樓上，通過條窄窄長長的樓梯上去，地方細左，反而無咁冷清，落地玻璃，陽光由外射入，感覺更加溫暖，可以由上向下望街景，反而多左一分悠閒 炭燒軟骨湯米線＋炭燒咖啡HK$46豬頸肉手工拉麵 ＋ 炭燒咖啡HK$44整餐盛惠HK$90,無加一

Other Info. : 食物的味道只是一般，無乜特別，但又唔難食，不過賣相就麻麻，應該是缺少了心思，不過叫麵食，飲品係可以半價的，咁你明啦。。。另外麵的份量不大，但配上飲品就剛剛好。

有日早左放工, 於是就去左呢間新店下午茶~由3號搬左去5號, 地下舖搬左上樓上, 壓迫感就大左,但呢間新店環境都唔錯, d 椅換曬做軟林林, 又有梳化卡位~d 台大張左, 唔似得以前咁放多少少野都幾乎要跌~坐多陣都 ok 0既~適逢仲係下午茶時段, 就會抵食 d ,叫左我認為係呢度最好食0既 -- 大塊雞配珍珠奶茶 ($35)大塊雞夠大塊, 夠熱皮脆內軟, 加埋 d 鹽酥粉真係好正~雖然都知道係 d 唔健康又人造0既味道, 但偶然食下真係好好味 珍珠奶茶就係一貫水準~ 都係好味的~35 蚊會員卡有 9 折, 折合 31.5, 論環境,食物質素同份量都算抵食0既~

以前真係幾鍾意仙跡岩，不過而家水準真係差晒。奶茶如水般清淡，麵就完全林晒，就好似之前嗰日已經整好，放左入雪櫃之後第二日拎返出唻整熱咁既質地。環境都OK，絕對可以坐一段時間傾野。
