To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有日早左放工, 於是就去左呢間新店下午茶~由3號搬左去5號, 地下舖搬左上樓上, 壓迫感就大左,但呢間新店環境都唔錯, d 椅換曬做軟林林, 又有梳化卡位~d 台大張左, 唔似得以前咁放多少少野都幾乎要跌~坐多陣都 ok 0既~適逢仲係下午茶時段, 就會抵食 d ,叫左我認為係呢度最好食0既 -- 大塊雞配珍珠奶茶 ($35)大塊雞夠大塊, 夠熱皮脆內軟, 加埋 d 鹽酥粉真係好正~雖然都知道係 d 唔健康又人造0既味道, 但偶然食下真係好好味 珍珠奶茶就係一貫水準~ 都係好味的~35 蚊會員卡有 9 折, 折合 31.5, 論環境,食物質素同份量都算抵食0既~
