星期五晚梗係要happy friday飲下酒,今日特別揀咗呢間蘭桂坊樓上店嘅sake Bar 🤭🤭一進去店內環境十分寧靜,格局很有日本小店的感覺,出面亦有露天卡座。我們選了一set sake tasting set試下 Dassai set, serve sake時會畀埋 tasting note及嗰樽酒給我們看一看,很喜歡Dassai 23 甜度及 釀米味道很純正 😋😋😋佐酒小食叫了脆炸雞翼配沙律醬十分惹味,而明太子魷魚十分鹹香,令我們不禁要再點了兩杯酒 😂 很鹹但又吸引我們不斷的吃下去 ,明太子的味道很濃郁而魷魚語亦很彈牙。牛脷配上鮮檸檬汁及柚子醬,很好味值得推介。雞軟骨材料不是普通貨,我的至愛。最後叫了一個熱的soba 有京蔥及煙燻鴨, 他們很熱情地幫我們分了兩碗才上枱,超鍾意呢個熱食,佐酒一流,好正。另外叫了兩杯酒一杯是柚子甜酒很好味哦。絕對值得再嚟!

佐酒小食叫了脆炸雞翼配沙律醬十分惹味,而明太子魷魚十分鹹香,令我們不禁要再點了兩杯酒 😂 很鹹但又吸引我們不斷的吃下去 ,明太子的味道很濃郁而魷魚語亦很彈牙。

牛脷配上鮮檸檬汁及柚子醬,很好味值得推介。雞軟骨材料不是普通貨,我的至愛。

最後叫了一個熱的soba 有京蔥及煙燻鴨, 他們很熱情地幫我們分了兩碗才上枱,超鍾意呢個熱食,佐酒一流,好正。

另外叫了兩杯酒一杯是柚子甜酒很好味哦。

絕對值得再嚟!

Sake Bar sake 選擇多,好正!sake 當然要配上小食不但sake正,連佐酒食物也很有水準,尤其配上的醬汁與食物配合得剛剛好,亦很合我口味。soba煮到恰度好處,配上的醬汁好味,味道卻不會過濃或過咸。炸物亦煮得剛剛好,十分脆,炸粉亦不會過量。炸雞軟骨本來便好難出事炸得不錯,亦不會油膩。chicken wing 比想像中好,不但夠脆,而且配上沙律醬超正!亦能夠中和肥膩的感覺。牛肉軟稔,而且牛味重,配上醬汁一流!

不但sake正,連佐酒食物也很有水準,尤其配上的醬汁與食物配合得剛剛好,亦很合我口味。

對於飲酒,小的實在是識條鐵呀,面對琳琅滿目,各式各樣的選擇是無從入手,幸好這裡有Testing Sets,可讓入門者解困。

先點了其中兩套Tasting Sets,
首先喝的是獺祭系列,聽說是較為順滑易入口的,數字23,39,50是代表該枝酒在釀造時,用米精碾至23%。好,扮代表完畢,開始飲啦,全部由左至右開始品嚐。

獺祭23甜度稍高,不喜歡酒咪太強的女性應該會喜歡。

獺祭39甜度驟減,滑入喉頭後帶少許灼熱感。

獺祭50甫入口已帶點嚡,進入喉頭後,灼熱感更強烈,再多呷幾口後,適應了會好一點,不過太醇了。

邊吃邊談天不亦樂乎,喝光後也完全沒啥酒意,感覺還可再來,於是再點另外兩款Tasting Sets.

鳴門鯛純米吟醸剛入口已令舌頭嚡嚡的,濃烈的酒味在口腔已爆發,是這夜最強烈的款式。
Ginjo Nama Genshu,由於沒加水的關係,所以酒精度為18.5%,是這晚喝過的清酒之中最濃酒精度的一款(其他款式酒精度為15-16%),雖則如此,不過入口也頗清爽。鳴門鯛純米非常清新,酒味渾然不覺,淡口得有點像水,感覺有趣。

Come here often for their monthly events. Fixed price for free flow sake and food. Miss momose is really an encyclopedia of sake, you can ask about anything regarding sake she will have a great answer for you. The sake offered are fresh and the food is great for pairing. They have a small balcony, you can see LKF from above. If you are into sake life, you gotta check this place out.

Fried Cheese Mochi with Garlic -This is one of the foods we ordered and it was just amazeballs... the pillowy soft mochi cake was filled with just the right amount of cheese, and doesn't spoil the Sake tasting balance. Topped with seaweed flakes.This shop is definitely going to become a regular spot for me, and that's even though I am not a dedicated Sake fan!

I believe this establishment lives up to the name.We chose a bottle of the Kubota (久保田), jyuyondai (14th generation) which was not a cheap bottle: $1100. But it was worth every penny. We chose a bottle of the Kubota (久保田), jyuyondai (14th generation) which was not a cheap bottle: $1100. But it was worth every penny. My favorite comment was that "this is so smooth, it's like I'm drinking water. I could drink this all day. Can't imagine drinking vodka after this" (he probably did anyway though because this place is in LKF, so c'mon). I couldn't agree with him more though -- I was hugging the bottle by the end of the day because I loved it so much. It's difficult to describe the subtle flavor because...well...it was subtle. To approximate, I would say it tasted like drinking VERY PURE water with the clean alcoholic essence of rice hitting your palate as it goes down your throat. Smells great too: if they made a cologne like that, I would wear it.

The food here is also quite good. We ordered cold udon noodles, chicken wings, beef tongue, steak, ikura, and vegetable appetizers. Each dish was well composed and tasty -- as good or better than at a Japanese restaurant. Only thing is, the portions are very small so come prepared by eating beforehand or getting something afterward. You will be hungry, or your wallet will leave empty, your choice.

The staff here are polite and friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable about sake. They even know Japanese. Sugoi! I'm coming back to try all the other sakes.
