香港近年靜悄悄的,就興起飲清酒嘅熱潮,不論餐廳或酒舖都多咗清酒的選擇,連兒邊朋友聚會也飲多了清酒,而自己亦越飲越喜歡,發現清酒的世界變化萬千,口味多變,可濃可淡,可輕可重,難怪越嚟越多人鍾意飲…. 朋友同我一樣愛上清酒,所以帶我去一間清酒酒吧去chill 吓~ 酒吧位處尖沙咀柯士甸道,地點方便,內裏全部座位都是吧枱位,唎酒師直接在吧枱向客人提供日本酒的專業意見,感覺更親切,更能即時知道你對清酒的喜好。酒吧雖然小小的,但好cozy,而且真正是麻雀雖小,但五臟俱全,好多不同的清酒,而且定期都會舉行不同的清酒活動及優惠,正! 我地對日本酒的認識有限,所以當然由唎酒師介紹啦,唎酒師會按你飲酒的喜好而推介精選的日本酒比你,最鍾意佢除咗介紹好清楚外,還很細心的製作簡單notes, 咁之後睇番都有記憶 🌟清酒: 我本身喜歡米味比較重的清酒,鍾意辛口,及濃度較高的,所以唎酒師就介紹咗幾款高知縣既清酒比我,因為高知縣的酒相對較傳統,濃度較高,適合我,果然,幾款清酒都好啱我口味,讚賞! 🍶豐能梅 純米吟釀 吟之夢 先由比較易入口的開始,這支來自高知縣的高木酒造,用上吟之夢酒米加上高酵母,味道清爽甜美。 🍶久礼 特別純米 花河童(生酒) 來自高知縣西岡酒造,是高知縣最古舊的釀酒廠,屬於廈天的清酒,飲落好香米味,味道濃醇,是我今晚最鍾意嘅酒。 🍶京都 玉川 山廢本釀造 無濾過生原酒 下一杯就轉去京都,,玉川酒造的生原酒,酒體更豐盛,旨味重,味道更濃郁及膨湃。 🍶農口尚彥 無濾過生原酒 本釀造 最後一款,也是當中最strong 的清酒,手法較傳統。由日本釀酒界最老的釀造師—農口尙彥製造,年屆80歲的農口以釀米「五百萬石」為材料,味道及酒味都濃重。而朋友都喜歡米味重的清酒,但偏好淡一點,所以唎酒師按她的喜好介紹以下幾款比佢; 🍶生粹左馬 驅 純米活性 汽泡清酒,這支來自福島縣的有賀釀造,用上「夢之嘉」及「五百萬石」2種釀酒米新鮮壓榨後,再加上酵母發酵,所以帶微微的汽泡,口感順滑細膩,好refreshing 🍶黑龍 吟釀 來自福井縣的黑龍,是日本清酒的龍頭,釀酒的水源是來自白山的雪水,所以味道特別的清澈無雜質,這支再用上自家酵母加入軟水釀造,是屬於新派的酒,通透但有酒勁,味道清甜,不錯! 🍶Happy 太郞 加入blueberry 的果酒,估唔到清酒都有果酒,朋友都話唔錯,好fruity, 啱晒初飲酒嘅朋友 有美酒,當然有佳餚先相得益彰,酒吧有提供日式料理、串燒、酒肴等食物,配酒一流,而且每款都好食,真正有質素!怪不得咁旺場! 🌟枝豆 ($48) 🌟燒明太子配青瓜($108) 自己好鍾意食明太子,見到有當然要點來食,明太子濃郁鹹鮮,配爽口青瓜,送酒一流!🌟熟成阿波尾雞翼(48@) 雞翼是全翼,燒得雞皮香脆,又不油膩,上枱時熱辣辣,好有質素! 🌟厚燒牛舌($68) 牛舌入味又軟淋,滿滿的牛肉味,正!🌟雞皮餃子($58) 漲卜卜的雞皮餃子,調味適中,而且燒得好香,雞皮油脂感大減,但保留油香,食落香脆🌟吉列三元豚豬扒($68) 份量超充足,更用上日本三元豚(由三種豬混種而成的豬),肉質細緻,味道更甘美,用來作吉列,口感更幼嫩,而且炸得一點也不油膩,吉列好脆身,好好食! 🌟明太子茶漬飯 ($58) 朋友話飲咗幾杯,想點點飯氣,所以特別點了這個明太子茶漬飯,飯是燒過的飯團,特別的香,加上明太子,味道配得得剛剛好,朋友食完大滿足🤩 continue reading
