位於金鐘廊的小店 Sakura Street,專賣日本食品銅鑼燒,主攻一眾白領 OL 市場,這一招的確眼光獨到,我這個男生也來湊湊熱鬧買兩個試試。Sakura Street 比其他同類型對手標價略貴,這次就揀選了香蕉朱古力 ($15) 及 Maccha Tiramisu ($16)。前者是我喜歡的口味,銅鑼燒內真的有數小片香蕉,味道偏甜,略嫌與朱古力味道不太搭檔,兩者各自發揮而已;後者也出現『各施其職』的問題,但啫喱狀的 maccha 口感特別,值得一試。 Sakura Street 銅鑼燒的外層頗為軟熟,是個不錯的下午茶選擇,偶一為之也無妨。

兩種Tiramisu, 是一向在日式西餐廳食到的甜Tiramisu. 非常的Creamy, 綠茶味道不太重, 可惜了點. 食落同原味Tiramisu 相差不大, 是綠茶香同顏色令其不同而已. 三個人滿足的吃下三個又Creamy, 又甜的燒餅. 甜妹兒始終是甜妹兒, 幾cream, 幾甜都要食下去.

齋妹老是抗拒食甜野, 但每次到甜品屋總嫌東西不夠甜.....點氹佢去Vero呢.............唔..........要想想計仔....

I love ding dong cake very much. the filling of this little shop is very special. therefore, i bought one chocolate with strawberry, one strawberry and one sesame to share with friends.the strawvberry is sweet. the chocoalte is rich and the sesame is also tasty. the cake on the top and bottom is very soft. delicious.!

上次食過Maccha, Atsuki同custard strawberry,不能自拔又去試新味今次買左:Tiramisu:雖然好多人話唔好味,但係我又覺得幾好喎Tiramisu好滑,酒味又濃,真係好似食緊tiramisu蛋糕咁!又食到銅鑼燒又食到蛋糕,都係一種幾新奇的體驗,啱晒我呢D嗜甜怪!不過個人都係對加涼粉(jelly?)有所保留,因為無乜味,如果全部係tiramisu就完美喇我諗加涼粉係想有D咬口唔想全部係cream吧,應該係同maccha cream加紅豆粒同樣道理吧!小倉紅豆牛油:紅豆好味,加牛油超香,令我諗起銅鑼燒菠蘿油,同紅豆都幾夾,不過個人都係鐘意用cream的料多D~會滑D清新Dchocolate strawberry:呢個俾媽咪食左,佢話好味,不過貴~我已經決定左要將sakura street的所有口味試晒!因為真係好好味呢

餡料方面,三色白玉是既有點傳統又創新好吃的口味,餡料相當豐富.
紅豆蓉起沙軟綿,又夾雜著小粒的紅豆,增加了口感,而且香甜但不會過甜,明顯對傳統經過改良,適合我們的口味.

今天午餐吃不飽, 所以要找些小吃, 讓我在三點三或四點四時可以好過些, 應該吃甚麼好? 一份下午茶又太多, 這間果子店的叮噹餅最好, 份量不太大, 但味道好, 今天選的是牛油紅豆餅, 那個餅不太乾, 不太硬, 紅豆是一粒粒的, 不是一pat pat, 而牛油就真的是日本牛油, 用料十足, 所以, 一個要賣14-16元的... 不過真的是值得的~

(18/7/08)叮噹餅真係要新鮮先至好食,「美x」、「香港終於有手信」買過,就算叮番熱,都係唔好食。所以愛吃叮噹餅的朋友,黎到呢度,簡直兩眼發亮!因為佢既皮,真係好鬆軟……~仲有基本餡料,custard做得好fresh好滑。這天我賣了綠茶Tiramisu,綠茶芝士custard清清淡淡,中間一粒濃得苦澀的綠茶四方啫喱,mix埋真係幾似tiramisu既綠茶味架!(30/10/08)就黎「過期」既哈佬喂限定─南瓜吉士紅豆,今日突然有人請食,真係好開心!!南瓜喎!很驚喜是清甜的custard混了南瓜絲之餘,也有車瓜粒粒,估唔到佢同豆沙都幾match!
