無挑剔之下,反而在咖啡身上出現了少許
分別叫了兩杯熱咖啡latte ,但可能由於餐廳較為繁忙,所以職員在呈遞之中送遞延遲,來到餐枱上明顯已經看到兩個拉花放置了時間較長,但幸好無損它的味道,只是在影相之中就較為失色了⭐️⭐️⭐️

來了(兩次)兩次都給我整體上差不多滿分,由環境/服務/食物出品每樣都很好, 雖然口罩令已經刪除,但看見自己是有戴口罩之人士,所以職員亦都隨口提及要否口罩套,這一點貼身為確實令人窩心

對於一個九龍人士,一條港鐵可以四通八達,三個月一遊,相信今年應該可以有第三次重返。

甜點真係麻麻地,我同有人都基本上每樣試下都食唔曬🥲 分別有山核桃批、甘筍蛋糕、牛油撻、粒粒朱古力曲奇、檸檬裂紋曲奇,全部嘢都超級甜🥴 初初對佢嘅曲奇期望好高,但係佢夾埋d 餡料同cream 我覺得仲冇咁好食… 另外佢嘅合桃撻同甘筍蛋糕香料味道超濃,我同友人都唔係好接受到佢地嘅味道🥲 另外順帶一提,因為今次係慶祝友人生日,訂位嘅時候有同餐廳講左聲,佢都好好有係甜品碟到寫message 同埋有蠟燭👌🏻

都算是最近吃過其中一個很出色的𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐤了🥩切開外層焦香的牛扒依舊可以看到粉嫩的肉質,血水隨隨流下,肉質極其嫩滑,入口即融。不得不讚賞𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐟高超的烹調技巧,把肉汁牢牢鎖緊。

Having said, I was blown away by the overall experience. First of all, they reserved the best window seat for me. Service was exceptional and prompt. All of their staff are attentive and very friendly. You can easily find them around and yet you don’t feel like they are constantly watching over your shoulder or trying to get you to hurry up.

If you book using CX voucher, it will come with the X butter cookies set plus a glass of cocktail/mocktail. We picked the mocktail on this visit and it was a refreshing drink with pineapple/lemon/passion fruit juice. In terms of taste, I especially liked the savoury items which are richer in flavour than the typical sandwiches you will have at say peninsula or MO.

PS: I knocked over my mocktail while taking photo and instantly a team of staff came over offering assistance - from napkins to floor mop and surprise surprise a new glass of mocktail! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

So overall, I highly recommend this place for dates and/or a chill afternoon with your loved ones. You won’t be disappointed! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️

牛扒部位是用上牛空腹,從前牛空腹位置,其實不是太多廚師會用,大膽講一句其實這個位置不立於牛的靚部位,所以其實好考廚師功夫,職員問道要三成熟還是五成,其實較生的牛肉自己是接受不來,所以我只換來(七成熟)可以了~

牛肉熟成其實是自己要求,切開還輕輕帶一點血絲,不過這一件牛就略為瘦一啲纖維多一啲,所以入口較有咀嚼,上枱時還輕輕看到已經加入了鹽在面頭上 ,廚師功勞其實都好依靠買手,這一件可算不過不失,如果再好一點就更加好了⭐️⭐️⭐️

食物整體味道不過不失,只是食材方面,以酒店來說,略嫌普通。


鹹點來說,蝦吐司特別好,加入番茄的酸味增加食慾。
