我係入門新手~ 第一次寫食評~絕對不是資深食評家, 只係想我手寫我心~ 講下食後感~叫到為食豬mi~ 一聽就知我好為食啦~ 最中意同朋友周圍試新食店~今次係朋友帶我黎食既~ 唔知三木o係韓文係咩意思呢~位於尖沙咀既三木, 係一間上樓既韓國食店. 先經過一個好窄既lift 先上到去~一入去, 巳經聞到濃烈既天拿水味道~ 因為樓下有店舖裝修中~冇辦法啦....原來間鋪都好大~ 入到去, 馬上就有位. 一人三人巳經坐左張6人枱. 坐得十分舒適~由於只得三人, 只好叫一個辣海鮮鍋~ 原隻大八爪魚, 活生生在我眼前~ 冇花冇假~!!!!!煮左一陣, 終於食得~!!!!!!!!!海鮮鍋除左有八爪魚之外, 仲有蜆,蝦~自問自己唔識食, 唔知佢係咪新鮮海鮮喇~ 不過食落都幾鮮甜~加上有辣辣泡菜的既湯底, 海鮮加上辣泡菜真的一流~豆腐不是太滑~ 如果可以配上滑豆腐就更好喇~海鮮方面, 大大隻八爪魚, 煮完後煙煙un un~ 同生食有不一樣的口感~蜆同蝦應該都係雪凍而唔係新鮮的~ 冇新鮮的味道, 不過都冇雪凍味. 因為辣泡菜湯底巳經蓋過左佢地本身既味道~總括黎講都唔錯~可以有下一次~

先經過一個好窄既lift 先上到去~一入去, 巳經聞到濃烈既天拿水味道~ 因為樓下有店舖裝修中~冇辦法啦....

原來間鋪都好大~ 入到去, 馬上就有位. 一人三人巳經坐左張6人枱. 坐得十分舒適~

由於只得三人, 只好叫一個辣海鮮鍋~

海鮮鍋除左有八爪魚之外, 仲有蜆,蝦~

自問自己唔識食, 唔知佢係咪新鮮海鮮喇~ 不過食落都幾鮮甜~加上有辣辣泡菜的既湯底, 海鮮加上辣泡菜真的一流~

豆腐不是太滑~ 如果可以配上滑豆腐就更好喇~

海鮮方面, 大大隻八爪魚, 煮完後煙煙un un~ 同生食有不一樣的口感~

蜆同蝦應該都係雪凍而唔係新鮮的~

冇新鮮的味道, 不過都冇雪凍味. 因為辣泡菜湯底巳經蓋過左佢地本身既味道~

總括黎講都唔錯~

可以有下一次~

八小碟前菜已經到左﹕我最鍾意西蘭花,朋友飛佛是魚仔。八小碟陣容頗鼎盛,但其實味道只是普普通通,尤其是泡菜不香不夠辣,有點失望。

叫了豬腩片同八爪魚燒烤用,加配生菜及麵醬。另外還叫了一個泡菜煎餅。朋友想飲酒,所以叫了一瓶真露。

豬腩片同八爪魚先來,豬腩片切得工整,片片粉嫩,看上去非常對板﹗八爪魚則浸在醬汁中,只可以說分量都幾多。開動了﹗燒好的豬腩片,閃著油光 … 加上麵醬同生菜同吃,爽身不油膩,好味道﹗比較少於韓燒點八爪魚,其實醬料幾香幾惹味,肉質新鮮不靱,不錯呢﹗

泡菜煎餅很快亦已到 (不好意思忘記拍照)。煎得剛好,而且不太油膩。可惜泡菜味道不突出 (又是泡菜出問題﹗),有點淡口。不過熱辣辣,我們一人四件好快KO了整個煎餅﹗

吃著燒肉,喝口真露﹔聊聊這、笑笑那,好幸福的感覺。三木,食物可以但不算突出,服務只是聊勝於無 (比較錦城那種家庭式的親切,絕對有被放逐荒島的感覺 … 但又反而樂得清靜)。不過,可能是燒肉+酒精的魔法吧,我倆過了愉快的一個晚上。

其實,選對了人,吃甚麼食物,也真的不重要。
Other Info. : 沒有受到不禮貌的對待,但服務真的非常麻麻。吃到一半我們已差不多把前菜吃光,便請服務員「追加」。服務員只是冷冷的問要加哪一種,還頗重語氣的說本身是不可再添的 (突然優待我們﹖哈哈,謝謝)。我們要了波菜 …. 結果,那波菜到我們走都沒有出現。話說回來,韓式餐廳一般在飯後都會送上水果、熱薏米糖水又或是紅棗水,一來是為了清清口腔,二來也是親切服務的一部分。三本就沒有做這些「小動作」喇。其實可以考慮多走一步、多做一點吧,這些都不是甚麼貴價東西嘛。 結論是,此cool 不同彼cool,這個korean 真 冷 淡 ﹗

個鍋入面有好多材料, 除咗八爪魚, 仲有蝦、帶子、魷魚、魚、蟹、豆腐、金菇、蔥、黃芽白, 好豐富!!! 蟹肉好霉, 蟹身黑忟忟... 豆腐唔滑... 帶子縮水後好細粒... 魷魚鮮味彈牙...

後面張枱全程超嘈, 嘈到卡位塊木板都震埋, 全場至嘈, 我地好大聲咁講o野都聽唔到, 喉嚨都痛埋, 根本傾唔到計!!!

食完冇糖水/茶送, 冇生果送, 冇香口膠/香口珠送, 百無!!! 唯有轉場去The One食乳酪, 先可以真真正正傾一陣計...

5個人埋單唔使千五蚊, 比想像中抵食, 味道中上, 服務係入席前差d, 之後都幾OK, 座位都相當舒適, 係嘈d囉... 韓國菜o黎講, 都係一個唔錯嘅選擇...

正宗地道韓國菜,非常美味!小碟泡菜份量很多,真的非常好味! 這是我最喜歡的~!!燒烤的肉非常入味, 燒起來也不黏。生菜和芝麻葉份量充足新鮮。我們還叫了牛骨湯, 牛肉味香濃, 牛骨吃起來很鬆化, 份量也足另外再叫了一個冷麵, 味道不錯, 只是冷麵感覺不夠凍。整體價錢略貴, 兩個人吃要 $600, 但尚可以接受。

正宗地道韓國菜,非常美味!

小碟泡菜份量很多,真的非常好味! 這是我最喜歡的~!!

Sangyeopsal was good. Good size portions and the meat was quite a good cut of bacon.

The dweojicalbi was also not bad - slightly small portions but the children devoured it happily and without any form of complaint.

The haemul pajon was nice but not my style personally - it tasted too synthetic and I do like my pajon to be freshly made.

Two bowls of yookgayjang - both good and both eaten in full. The soup base itself was nice although I am not a fan this particular soup - my wife is though.

Countless beers kept coming.

8 portions of meat in all, probably six or seven bowls of rice and nine very well fed at the end of the meal.

While the food was good, I won't be rushing back as the interior was very outdated and the staff didn't seem to be the most switched on I have ever experienced.

A good dining experience but I probably won't go back as there are still plenty more Korean restaurants to try, especially in that area.

後加MINIMUM CHARGE都算,後加交枱時間真係有D欺人太甚。「我地人都未齊,再講,你地唔係應該一早講低有交枱時間架咩?」

「我知,不過今晚真係好FULL,你地8:30可唔可以交返出來?」講到係我地欠左佢張枱咁。

平時好文靜既M終於忍唔著,好禮貌咁話:「對唔著,我諗係冇可能。而家已經8點,得半個鐘點食呀?」

呢個時候個侍應已經轉左TONE,唔係「請」我地交枱,而係「通知」我地8:30要交枱,「BOOKING太FULL,唔該你地8:30交枱啦。」

我冇見過一間咁厚顏既餐廳。BOOKING好FULL?我地都有做BOOKING個喎。點解來食生日飯要食到俾人欺壓俾人趕?佢地既手段好暴力而且唔講理,彈弓手,想盡辦法逼你叫多D,如果唔得就逼你走。好似同緊我地講,「我地呢度真係唔歡迎叫得少既客人囉」。

講到出哂面,食落去都冇癮,我地就同個侍應講,咁我地唔食啦。我出到門口,同個睇場既阿姐投訴,佢又係講到一舊舊,我諗個意思係,呢度係咁架,如果你地只係點夠MINIMUM CHARGE,就會連帶有交枱時間。真係古惑,我想問,到底叫多過MINIMUM CHARGE幾多先至冇交枱時間呢?200蚊?300蚊? (個MINIMUM CHARGE仲要係海鮮價喎)

呢個時候,阿姐黑面話,「啱啱個侍應咁真係唔好意思,不過我而家好忙。」意思係唔該你唔好再阻著我做生意。

遇到咁既待遇,實在不吐不快。我有次同個朋友黎,佢係呢間餐廳既VIP。個老闆娘仲拎左D私伙泡菜請我地食。我只慨嘆世界都係好現實既,如果你唔係VIP,就真係諗清楚至好啦。

Just a friendly reminder to the restaurant owner: If you really want your customers to return table to you in specific time limit, say 2 hours, then please told customer before they got in the restaurant; and if you want your customers to have minimum charge per head, please told them before they got in the restaurant. Just a friendly reminder to the restaurant owner:

If you really want your customers to return table to you in specific time limit, say 2 hours, then please told customer before they got in the restaurant; and if you want your customers to have minimum charge per head, please told them before they got in the restaurant. Many restaurants have such requirements but they will tell their customers before they get in the restaurant and let the customer to decide whether to stay or not. It is very impolite and very rude to the customers if you told them such requirements that after they sat down and ordered the food. Viewing other comments in the website, it is known that it is not the first time you/ your employees do so impolite to the customers. Maybe you have lots of other new/ old customers who like your food, the basic concept/ attitude to customer is poor.

General speaking, some of the waitress are polite when they present the food and the food is acceptable. It is so sad to see that a potential Korean restaurant will have such poor basic concept in mind.

It is not recommended unless there is some changes in the services.
