韓牛始終較為罕有,而且較少出產外地,所以價錢會相對昂貴少少,但真係一分錢一分貨👍🏻
肉眼牛扒原塊呈上,非常有份量,而且肉質軟腍、多汁,仲好重牛香。
牛后胸肉就更加肥美,有種入口爆油脂嘅感覺,有點兒像和牛。
另外餐廳仲有推出韓牛套餐,可以以更抵價嘗試多款不同嘅部位,不過因為當日我哋出嚟食午飯,未能食到咁多牛肉,所以就冇order到,有機會一定要返嚟試吓😆

很喜歡喝人蔘雞湯,去到不同的韓國餐廳必定要點人蔘雞湯來試試有沒有韓國風味。進入餐廳內,有韓國大嬸的熱情招呼,十分可愛及搞笑,其他店員主要都是韓國人,都能用廣東話及普通話溝通,餐廳很有韓風的感覺。這個人蔘雞湯應該是自家製的,不是真空包裝的即食產品,雞是曾炸過的,金黃色的雞皮,雞肉沒那麼鬆散比較結實,雞肚內藏有米飯及藥材,米飯比較綿,口感似清甜的人蔘雞粥,很容易入口,味道都算是地道的韓國食品;六小碟的醃菜,看得出也是自家製造的,很不錯!

去完西環辦年貨,夜晚約咗鄰居去尖沙咀食晚飯。尖沙咀有咩好食,就真係好難諗。不過較早前已經book咗呢間韓國燒烤,就不妨試吓。其實韓國街有好多材料可以自己煮韓菜之後,都好少出街食韓式食物。不過平時好少喺屋企韓燒,打開餐牌有啲豬肉嘅種類係用綠茶飼養嘅,唔知會唔會好似西班牙栗子豬,咁樣食落去唔會有豬嘅豬腥味。所以嗌咗一客嚟試,另外嗌咗個韓牛拼盤,價錢唔算平,但係韓國餐廳食,冇理由嗌美國牛嗰啲嚟燒,所以都係嗌咗韓牛食。另外再嗌咗一盒牛肋骨。講返個韓牛拼盤先,冇我平時食開嗰啲咁濃郁嘅牛味,但係都不過不失。我覺得當中嚟講最好食應該係嗰塊西冷扒,肉味最濃。另外嗰個用綠茶嚟飼養㗎豬,鄰居一致認為係牛肉,因為色澤上真係好似牛肉,但係經過我烹煮之後再試係豬肉嚟嘅,但係我覺得濟洲嘅黑毛豬應該會好味好多。因為呢幾款嘅肉都冇醃過所以先燒,最後先燒醃過嘅牛肋肉⋯⋯唔係有醬汁嘅話好容易燒焦啲食物,輕輕煎一煎嘅話已經可以食,都幾嫩滑。其實想嗌個海鮮鍋,但係食完上面啲嘢已經好飽連石頭鍋飯都叫唔到,有機會下次再試。

自從亞士厘道的阿里朗關閉後,很多年也找不到可以取代、不用過海方便長輩們一起去的韓國餐廳,真的很頭痛,家中女王老是想念那碗時節限定濟州海膽海帶湯。去過不少韓國人開餐廳吃過海鮮煎餅,這家的就特別多蔥,也有很多海鮮,有中蝦、細蜆肉、魷魚等等,而且是鐵板上,慢慢吃也不怕很快冷卻3人單吃煎餅當然就不夠。中豬天天吃真的很膩,所以便點了個2人韓豬套餐,果然油膩感不重,加配菜盤及泡們,就更是好吃。不過那1款特別部位,真的吃不出是什麼部位,我忘記了問侍應。
