今日到訪新開的中環店,幸運地不用排隊可以入座。餐廳的裝修和其他分店大同小異,滿有悠閒的街頭風格,加上音樂,幾chill.和牛船麵這和牛船麵真可口!和牛肉質軟身,口感嫩滑,加上彈牙牛丸,爽口通菜和軟滑的麵條,掛湯力一流,正!泰式奶茶味道香甜,口感香滑,既有茶味又有奶滑感覺,不錯。 continue reading

推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻大眾點評必食榜泰國菜第一位🥇之前都有喺灣仔同上環食過Samsen,兩間菜式都有少少唔同,而家喺中環開勁期待,首先入到去個裝修同之前兩間Samsen好相似,好似去咗泰國一樣🏖️,環境好乾淨,啲員工都好多泰國人,好nice☺️大部分用英文落單中環Samsen竟然有灣仔Samsen獨有嘅和牛船麵,超正🤩👍🏻必試😋,船麵嘅湯底好濃好入味,塊和牛勁好味🤤仲有牛腩牛丸同豬皮,真係一定要食👍🏻另外今次中環Samsen仲多咗個新黑橄欖炒飯,味道好濃橄欖味好香,仲要超大碟,仲有柚子虎蝦沙律,勁多柚子,隻虎蝦勁大隻🦐,另一樣新菜係泰式蚵仔煎蠔餅,又係一定要試,蠔仔🦪又多又新鮮,個蠔餅口感唔係脆嗰款,係煙煙韌韌咁,總之好好味😋佢仲有咖哩炒海鮮,炒花甲,不過今次未試到,下次要多啲人一齊去先至試到多啲新菜式😅至於飲品方面Drink menu 有好多cocktails 🍸🍹,見好多人飲完又再叫,我哋無飲酒就叫左泰式奶茶同椰子豆奶沙冰🍧兩杯都好好味😋甜品必食係椰子雪糕🍨,椰子🥥味勁濃👍🏻,仲有椰汁班蘭湯圓又係次次都忍唔住叫,好味過好多湯水店嘅甜品🥳每次去Samsen都食到勁飽,捧住個肚走😆 continue reading

今日收工去開中環有d野搞,醒起最近新開左間Samsen係中環,就諗住去食返轉,因為以前食開上環個間已經覺得好正。 7點鐘去到攞左位話半個鐘就有位,咁就周圍行下街,半個鐘返到去又真係準時有位叫左炒雞肉闊河粉,河粉煙靭勁似泰國先食到個隻河粉,香港真係吾係度度搵到。又叫左招牌和牛船面,湯底十分濃郁又係勁似泰國食過嘅船面味道,湯入面有牛肉牛丸牛腩都好好食應淋嘅淋應爽口嘅爽口。仲叫左個青木瓜沙律,好fresh好清爽,酸酸辣辣。中途仲聽到好多泰文,證明真係一間又高質又地道嘅泰菜。 continue reading

我啲朋友之前試過佢哋另一個地點,由於呢間啱啱喺我哋工作地點附近開張,所以佢哋好想帶我去參觀,我真係好享受呢個地方嘅氣氛,亦都好欣賞呢個簡單嘅餐牌 — 感覺上係一個好聰明嘅策略鑑於現時嘅經濟氣候,緊湊嘅布局,有細枱同小椅子,鼓勵快速用餐體驗,我覺得好清新。其中一個突出嘅特色係每張枱上面嘅銀器容器,個辣醬睇落好吸引,試咗少少之後,我可以確認佢嘅辣又好味,但老實講,炒通菜真係好正但係同其他泰國餐廳搵到嘅餐廳冇乜分別。不過,我對佢哋嘅18元水同任飲感到驚訝,雖然我明白需要支付費用,但係呢個感覺過份花巧,所以我選擇咗48元嘅飲品 — 本質上係一杯冰沙令人失望嘅係,冰太多,令到味道變淡。我個餐嘅亮點絕對係「船麵配豬肉」。佢好味,有脆脆嘅豬皮,令到個湯有濃郁嘅味道,可能係因為食譜入面用咗大量嘅血豬肉本身好嫩滑,煮得好好。總括嚟講,雖然有啲失敗,但係個體驗都好愉快,我期待日後可以探索更多佢哋嘅餐牌。 continue reading
