吃過之後覺得米芝蓮推薦真是實至名歸,它的菜式選材新鮮,製作有心機,做出傳統粵菜風味,推介泥鯭肉丸粥和乳鴿。而令我難忘的,還有職員殷勤的服務,雖然客人很多忙到團團轉,他們都很有禮和主動,幫我們換碟和盛載粥。另外價錢都很合理,性價比高,是會再想來吃的餐廳。

以前細細個,老豆都有帶我去生記飯店食飯,多年來屹立不倒,最近就搬了去灣仔,味道依舊,多款傳統手工菜式味道一變,今次就到我帶老豆去開飯。是日都非常爆滿,訂了位都要等一陣,到大約9:30走人都還有人入座,建議大家一定要訂位。鮮雜菌乾燒豆腐:豆腐炸至金黃,吸收了醬汁雜菌味,豆腐嫩滑。脆皮燒腩仔:原本想食金錢雞及叉燒,可惜全部沽清,燒腩仔皮脆肉嫩,肥瘦均勻,而且不會太咸。蝦子古法扣柚皮:柚皮完全無苦澀味,柚皮吸收了上湯鮮甜味,加上蝦子的鮮香味,柚皮炆至入口溶化。手拆泥鯭肉丸粥:泥鯭粥是這裏的招牌菜,粥底煲至很綿,每啖都食到泥鯭鮮甜味,肉丸是自家手工製,新鮮肉鮮味滲入粥內。最後送上香甜白糖糕。

這間位於灣仔的【生記飯店】,主打廣東菜,餐廳有四十多年歷史,曾多次榮獲米之蓮推介的餐廳。懷舊蝦多士蝦多士表面舖滿了芝麻,蝦膠脹卜卜,多士炸至金黃香脆,蝦膠彈牙。菠蘿生炒骨 生炒骨每件都剛好掛汁,不會過多或過少,入口十分香脆,肉質爽口,酸甜度適中。順德蜆芥鯪魚球鯪魚球炸至金黃色,新鮮熱辣,十分彈牙,蜆芥汁加了些薑葱,完全無腥味,而且不會過咸。手拆泥鯭肉丸粥粥底綿滑,而且泥鯭鮮甜味完全溶入粥內,肉丸新鮮爽彈,鮮味無比。最後店員送上自家製的白糖糕作甜品,白糖糕鬆軟好味。
