在黃竹坑返工,睇下open rice ,熟食市場有咩食見到食評話呢間茄子通,椒鹽豬扒不錯我去到,發現招牌仍寫生記,大大張海報在招牌下面,寫早餐,常餐款式和價錢。但一睇價錢和殘舊的海報,是估計十年前的價錢。店員叫我睇餐牌 ,我發現餐牌寫住發記。無了茄子通,都有椒鹽豬扒。是日腸胃不適,只叫了火腿通。雖然餐牌無,但照做,加入生菜。田到公司,發現通粉太冧。湯底ok,已好過附近工廠區一間茶餐廳,我已忘記了店名。得幾張枱,12點半唔多人幫襯 continue reading

生記食家嘅早餐同午餐都有一定嘅水準,此店座落喺港島區黃竹坑南朗山道嘅熟食市場入面,其實一行到熟食市場入面就會睇到呢間嘢,熟食市場入面嘅環境比較狹窄,座位嘅數目亦都唔係太多,環境衛生都只係一般,到處都可以睇到地下遺留咗好多嘅煙頭我喺早餐嘅時段去到,叫咗個雞扒腸仔麵+凍奶茶,雞扒炸得香脆,腸1腸仔就唔知係咪廚師腸,公仔麵嘅麵質唔係彈牙嗰種,但又未至於話難食,凍奶茶都只係一般,奶嘅份量唔夠,甜度亦都差咗些少,但夠凍,幸好本店有老干媽辣椒油供應,用嚟拌公仔麵食都幾香口,微辣,唔錯!順便一提:熟食市場入面係冇冷氣,如果天氣太熱就唔太建議去,而且熟食市場內嘅環境真係一般,只適合趕快用餐嘅人士,如果以價錢嚟講,呢度嘅收費都唔算話好貴,一般打工仔都可以接受。 continue reading

今日同同事去左南朗山道熟食市場既生記食家食早餐, 我就叫左沙嗲牛肉米粉加火腿煎蛋同方包,飲品就叫左杯熱檸水, 呢到既沙嗲牛肉都算好食, 個沙嗲汁有沙嗲味同甜甜地既,同牛肉份量都算多, 今時今日$30既早餐, 呢到叫好高CP值啦。係環境同坐得唔舒服。 continue reading

黃竹坑,喺我眼中已經係一個美食沙漠。除咗之前介紹過嘅一間樓上外賣飯盒舖頭之外,真係冇乜邊間係可以用正常價錢食得到一個午餐。嚴格嚟講唔係冇美食,雖然我未食過,但係睇食評同人流,質素應該唔會太差,只係太貴,對於低級員工嚟講,八九十蚊食一個午餐實在太奢侈,所以我係唔會去食。所以今次就去返平民化少少嘅南朗山道熟食中心,上次試過兩間,質素都比較差。今次就試一間比較多人推薦嘅「生記」,試試佢個招牌椒鹽肉排飯。落單唔夠一分鐘,飯已經上枱,心知不妙。點解咁講?因為上菜速度咁快,即係肉排唔係即叫即炒,而係一早整定。果然不出我所料,飯係熱,肉排係暖暖地,肉質唔太韌但係冇肉汁,皮唔夠炸脆,椒鹽味唔重,好彩嘅係啲豉油可以撈到飯食。雖則味道真係好一般,但係價錢就真係抵,如果堂食唔要飲品就$35,另外佢有午市套餐都係$39,性價比嚟講真係贏盡其他區內我試過嘅餐廳。不過,眼見隔離枱嗌嘅乾炒牛河,色水又幾靚,下次都係試返一啲有得即叫即炒嘅食物。 continue reading
