今天同朋友逛街經過這店,朋友說不如入去試試,那就入了去,燈光昏暗都不是問題,但枱與枱之間很密集,不喜歡的。有4款是日午餐,價格便宜,隨餐奉送湯及飲品。還有其他不同類別的選擇。我們點選了兩個美國西冷扒意粉和飯,大大塊牛扒且多汁,不會過韌,可以接受,醬汁味道都不錯,惹味。餐湯點羅宋湯,酸酸的幾醒胃,好喝。飲料是凍檸茶及凍檸水,檸檬鮮味口感清新。

之前見雜誌介紹過,話係舊式扒房格局,呢日經過就來試下!假日午餐$42,有牛豬雞揀,揀左一個牛一個豬,紅湯白湯都有飲,唔錯,白湯唔會話好咸好結。牛扒來到,唔係厚既牛扒,但味道好,通常呢d都唔會話食牛味,係食個醃味,唔會過咸,有d食完勁口渴,呢個完全唔會。之後個豬排反而有驚喜!雖然簿,但都幾香口,汁都幾好味。有點美中不足就係個薯菜太淋,檸檬茶好淡同另一個配飯個飯好淋而且份量不多,男仔應該唔太飽。總括來講,下次經過會再食,午餐抵食!兩個人加埋$96,滿足!

呢度係我哋第一次食飯嘅西餐廳,所以一年後我哋再嚟。呢度集蠔吧,酒吧,扒房於一身,係比較懷舊嘅西餐廳。當日客人比較多,我哋被安排坐喺側邊窄嘅枱,餐廳光線好暗,但並唔係浪漫嗰種。我哋叫咗兩份晚餐,晚餐包括小食以及餐湯,一份大嘅海鮮拼盤,有6隻翡翠螺,8隻蠔,4隻赤貝。晚餐嘅蒜茸包以及忌廉湯。蒜茸包香脆,餐湯唔夠Creamy。小食多春魚,春卷。兩樣都新鮮炸起脆卜卜,送酒一流。蠔同赤貝係即開。蠔充滿海水味,赤貝好新鮮,好好味。翡翠螺大大隻,肉質爽。晚餐揀咗羊架,牛扒。大大份,但汁太多而且有啲過鹹,但係薯菜好好味。

行過見d晚餐不貴入去試一試,叫左布袋牛扒加龍脷魚扒餐。送春卷,熱加脆,應該即炸。個囉送湯好濃,夠味,只是菜小。牛扒冧加jucy,有2厚件,份量ok,個黑椒汁好香,百四元ok la.魚扒也厚肉大片,可是太多炸粉,白汁麻麻。健意order 牛排好d.炒西蘭花50多元其實麻麻低。蝦沙拉得幾只蝦仔,生果只有Apple,份量小,真是不低吃。只order set meal is good, a place for simple dinner.

我個人點了一美式什扒餐($128)隨餐附送是日頭盤、餐湯、及咖啡或茶。美式什扒餐當中有煙肉、腸仔︴牛扒、炸雞翼及一塊豬扒,真是非常豐富的什扒餐,汁醬可以選擇黑椒或蒜蓉汁,而我就選擇了後者,熱辣辣吱吱的聲已經知道我份鐵板已經來到我枱上,香嘖嘖可見汁醬正在滾動,煙霧瀰漫,那點才是食鐵板前最佳的視覺效果,真是非常吸引,未食先來視覺、聲音及嗅覺的享受,好罷!隨煙霧已經逐漸四散,開始打開肚子的引擎,揮動刀叉鋸扒了,最後當然來個舌尖上的味覺享受!

各類的扒類都不過不失,起碼晤會太乾或太實而鋸晤開,可是來的不是薯條而是薯角,有少少失望!不過可讚的薯角都是即炸好香惹美味!
最後餐飲點了杯凍檸茶,檸檬片都新鮮,茶味濃郁透徹,飲下去已經涼透又解渴!
服務就晤算特別殷勤,不過都好有效率!食物質素不過不失,都還可以!
不過鋸扒的餐刀可能用太耐,把餐刀較鈍!

鵝肝牛柳餐,套餐有餐湯,連太座入口都感覺是一般茶記的水準,只有師傅味,飲不到其他味,尚算順滑沒有起粉;而所謂頭盤,就是炸素春卷,不覺太油,還算脆口,但就沒有什麼味道,調味較差;主菜中的鵝肝可能被汁液浸得變淋,入口全是一團漿糊物體,味道也略腥,像鴨肝多一點;而牛柳肉質尚算淋軟,入口感覺不是用梳打粉做成,也算有牛味,算是不錯,另外薯菜的薯角也炸得不錯,入口香脆兼備。
泰式咖喱龍脷跟意粉,意粉是一早做好,臨上檯返熱,變得又淋又黏,咖喱完全不是泰式,似是印度多些但又全無辣味,幸好尚算幾香,龍脷魚肉不散,夠入味,算可接受。
酒水方面,由於這裏給我的印象始終是一家港式豉油餐廳,所以對他們的紅、白酒都不應該有什麼要求,故就不作評論。

今天和同事到此午餐, 但大家一定唔會點牛扒那個餐.因為大家都覺得, 其他肉類比較好味.先看看今天餐牌.向店員查詢, 香檸龍脷是煎的, 並非熱氣的炸魚,當然即刻ORDER香檸龍脷配沙律 + 白湯 + 餐包白湯 + 餐包淡淡的白湯, 有紅蘿蔔絲,味道跟茶餐廳差不多,餐包已烘熱, 牛油早已溶化其中了比較喜款這龍脷的質感.切開後, 魚肉的紋理清晰可見入口肉質實淨及有魚肉的香味上次試過, 這次番尋味(如果係平价的魚柳, 肉的紋理不清, 咬落滑潺潺, 軟淋淋)而沙律是人手切的, 比較健康.餐飲是熱檸水,不加糖都是為了健康聽講熱檸水能改善身體偏酸情況, 這次仍然相信吧這餐館座位比較緊張,甫吃完主菜,職員已急不及待收回餐具。有時候是催客人快付款呢。但經常光顧後,就會慢慢習慣和理解,職員都係為工作啫今餐埋單每位44元,對比餐廳迫狹的環境和地段, 价格合理

上一次吃這種港式西餐,已經是童年時的事。那時候在家裡吃中菜吃得膩,每次去到「花園餐廳」、「金鳳」、「美而廉」等平民化西餐館,都非常雀躍,總要點份黑椒牛扒、大蝦牛柳或龍脷柳,餐前的羅宋湯和牛油餐包都吃得很滋味。俱往矣。小食是紅燒牛脷粒、炸鵪鶉、法式焗田螺、大蝦沙津等,新鮮出爐的肉厚味濃,黑椒豬扒意粉油份適度炒得乾身,不愧是老字號。威靈頓牛柳是招牌菜,鵝肝味道極為有限,牛柳沒有用鬆肉粉醃過,倒也原汁原味。然而大家卻被伴碟薯條「曲條」深深吸引,難得的是剛炸好熱呼呼,浸在洋蔥汁裡外軟內脆,是小時候吃過的味道。當有人提出「不如叫多個淨薯條」時,大家齊聲叫好!老實說,這幾年跟著飲食界的丈夫嚐盡美食,平日再也不會光顧牛屋這類港式西餐。可是當一班朋友聚在一起,緬懷舊日味道,不知怎地特別快樂,連薯條蘸洋蔥汁也可以吃得津津有味。意想不到的是有大量新鮮生蠔,南非、美國、法國、澳洲出產都有,還有飽滿鮮甜的蚌蜊,品質一流。好友是蠔痴加酒徒,先後點了七款生蠔,蚌蜊打孖上,六個人開了十瓶紅、白、清酒、香檳,大快耳頤。

蒜茸羊扒拼牛柳唔係用鐵板上實在係有d失色... 望落主菜份量亦唔算多. 羊扒用上羊架, 唔算大件但都幾厚肉, 應該都落咗唔少鬆肉粉所以肉質好軟, 喺濃濃嘅蒜茸汁下都仍然食到些少羊味, 但臊味就無晒. 牛柳好細塊, 同羊扒一樣肉質偏軟, 但軟淋得嚟都不失牛味~ 配菜薯條就爭d, d青瓜蘿蔔條淨係淥熟無味, 薯條就有d淋唔夠鮮炸, 只屬僅僅合格.
跟餐要了凍檸茶少甜少冰. 餐飲隻杯都幾細隻, 加上我呢個少甜少冰可能要求略高, 搞到水吧沖得麻麻地...

呢類充滿懷舊氣息嘅港式西餐廳已經買少見少, 唔少人都係慕名而來, 不過呢度除咗裝修特別, 其實座位比較狹窄, 枱與枱之間可以話無乜距離, 侍應服務亦一般... 個人認為, 只有懷舊環境比食物同服務更吸引.
