前一日入大埔因緣際會冇食到本店,就食一食荃灣店頂頭隱。看店內的海報,三多現在己的特許經營品牌,歡迎加盟那種。$30一隻炸肶真的很貴,其他炸脾名店都未去到這個天價。與一般生炸肶不太一樣,它有薄薄一層麵包糠,有點日式吉列feel,更顯香脆,是我個人都喜歡的。雞肉嫩滑保有肉汁。叫少辣但辣度已頗高,要不停飲凍飲,而且辣粉分佈不有平均,一口勁辣一口無辣。味道其實是OKAY的,但負評來於環境和服務。店員包涵廚師極大聲喧嘩聊天,噪音熏天,當中有多少口沫飛落油鑊已不得而知。店內播的老土K歌選曲難聽已不在話下,而且音量直達disco,坐多一會耳膜真的會受損,不知員工能否申請由歐錦棠賣廣告的職業性失聰補償基金(難怪他們要以獅吼的方式吹水)。店內只有四個高枱高櫈的座位,除我在等外賣之外,只有一對情侶堂食到尾聲,之後他們走了就剩我一人。我坐的位置枱面沒有雜物,最多只是有點味粉,店員走過來說他要抹枱,要求的移到另一邊,沒關係。但我移到另一邊,他又說抹完那張要抹這張,要求我移回原位。其實我幫襯那個下午餐後晚市前的時段客量很少,到我拿到雞肶都沒有另一個客,為何我在店內短短幾分鐘要被滋擾多次,等一陣無客才抹枱會死嗎?

本人最喜歡吃雞肶,所以今天我和男友便去這間餐廳吃炸雞肶。其實 $30一隻雞肶真的太昂貴了,所以我們2人share一隻來吃。等了十分鐘,雞肶終於出爐了,雞肶十分大隻,而且雞肶的皮炸至金黃色,看了都想立即試吃。味道方面,雞皮十分香脆,不過真的十分邪惡,雞皮很肥很油啊>_< 雞肶肉十分鮮嫩多汁,十分juicy!雞肶肉雖然都有點油,不過吃下去時完全沒有油膩的感覺,味道不錯。雞肶十分大隻,啖啖肉真的十分滿足!價錢方面,一隻炸雞肶索價$30,其實真的有點昂貴,而且味道又不是太值得這個價錢。總結來說,三多炸肶的雞肶味道不錯,不過真的太昂貴了,試1-2次便可以了。

呢個可能唔係炸,即時自我感覺健康左😂放心繼續大啖大啖咬,同炸脾唔同佢無左外皮脆脆的口味,而家外表都軟軟的連埋雞脾肉一齊啖超正😭(平時食雞會唔食皮嫁,一黎會肥,二黎真係唔好食)

雞脾既質素當然好,另一推介係鼓油皇肉碎炒腸粉($35),天呀,唔知幾時無食過咁正既炒腸粉,呢碟野唔只得腸粉同鼓油,仲有一齊落獲炒既肉碎同芽菜,夾埋一齊食得,分開食又得,得左!好好味!炒出黎既腸粉好香,唔會太咸,夾埋肉碎食真係享受,覺得太膩再食芽菜,連芽菜都炒得好香,無得輸!

仲有最後係爆檸-爆珠檸檬茶,佢裏面有好多芒果味爆珠,上面就係同一般凍檸茶一樣,攪埋一齊飲感覺幾新鮮得意😜 跟餐要炸雞脾,加多($19)🙈

剛新開時日日都多排長龍,而家好d不用排很久,可以買傳說中既炸雞脾來試下啦。

一開袋就見到炸雞脾肥美大隻脹卜卜,顏色金黃均勻,外表就好得la!

食落外皮極酥脆,有d似吉列。
肉很嫩滑而且多肉汁。
味道不會過咸,果然好食!

由於成日行過都見幾多人會來買肶,終於今次鼓起勇氣拿出錢包來買隻$29既炸肶食。即叫即炸,所以要等10分鐘。個肶有支竹籤插住炸,幾穩陣,仲有一隻手套比店內桌上有紅辣粉,嗜辣者可自行灑用。$29一隻雞肶,其實係貴既。不過真係炸得好食,又覺得都值既好唔好食、抵唔抵都係對比出來既。這雞肶絕對是有厚度的,吉列皮只是薄薄的一層,絕對不會像「大大」雞扒。呢個肶味道似「香香」雞,亦都係咁juicy,或者更juicy,因為有埋皮(或者有人會覺得這是油膩但我不覺)。外加多種口感:吉列、雞皮、雞肶頭舊軟骨。非常建議唔怕肥又中意多d口感咬下既人,例如我,一試。

雞肶已經邪惡,仲要炸,最尾再加上辣粉,睇見已經流口水。剛開張時經過門口人山人海,今日經過見無乜人,唔洗排隊仲有位坐低慢慢嘆,所有點了炸肶及炒腸粉。等左10分鐘左右,炸肶一到,非常熱,根本無辦法即時攞起黎食,等左陣再慢慢分開隻肶攞啲肉黎食,肶肉很滑很香,皮夠脆,加上辣粉又係另一個境界,絕對想食完再食。
