入黎本身諗著食佢主打既梳乎厘,點知停左,入座之前又唔講聲,淨返d班戟可以叫。其實疏乎厘主要材料就係蛋,唔明點解停,可能班戟易整或者整定可以慳人手掛出菜快掛。咬完佢件所謂班戟完全冇懸念,可以判定呢一間店係賣係緊垃圾。唔講以為自己食緊光酥餅。我好懷疑佢哋唔單止係唔識煮野食,根本就冇心做食物。


叫完埋單轉過頭又唔記得,最後我自己走去收銀機等佢黎收錢。其實你做到錦跟本同自我放棄無異,不如早啲摺埋佢。出面宣傳寫自己咩咩日本過江龍,跟本又係一間掛羊頭賣狗屎既餐廳,呢啲侮辱匠人精神既餐廳係香港一間都嫌多。

原本打算試下佢最出名既梳乎厘,可惜店員告知餐廳唔做梳乎厘,改用鬆餅代替,暫時都冇收到公司通知會幾時有返梳乎厘,一場黎到就試下佢既鬆餅,可以話係麥當勞仲好食過佢,而且份量好少,塊鬆餅好細件賣過百蚊真係好唔抵食,其他主食亦唔出色,原本佢送錯餐送左吉烈豬排,我清潔完餐具用筷子夾起件豬扒嗰時,個職員話上錯餐問我食左未,我話未咁佢就話換過俾我,收走出錯嗰份拎左入廚房唔夠一分鐘,再捧住碟吉烈吉排出返黎送餐俾另一枱,我唔知係咪我嗰碟,大家自己諗下啦!

面層配咗幾片水果及紅豆蓉,令冰沙感覺唔會太悶🌸 但相比抹茶煉乳奶昔,白熊冰沙就較為遜色,冰沙味道偏甜少少,幸好唔會太甜,甜度可以接受嘅👌🏻

🔍整體感覺:鬆餅伴碟嘅配搭整體唔錯。但係蜜瓜鬆餅配料較少,啫喱味道及口感都扣咗啲分,另外亦冇配任何醬料,主要得忌廉,比起另外兩款鬆餅較單調。而最失望嘅係鬆餅質感同埋等候時間,我地叫咗3個鬆餅,整整等咗半個鐘先上齊,每隔10分鐘左右上一碟,如果人更多的話可能需時更長,所以想試嘅朋友都要早啲去食喔🕓

總結呢度啲食物嘅質量一般,與我期待相差有一段距離,而且門口大餐牌入面嘅食物賣相比起上枱嘅食物賣相好得多。最後,我覺得除咗個餐廳牌匾之外,唔覺得有京都日本餐廳嘅感覺, 京都係要配合好日式嘅裝修,如果佢呢度嘅裝修係用傳統嘅日式裝修,或者唔係半開放式,我會加佢好多分。

另外喺門口放咗一個餅櫃,但係入邊啲餅勁貴😱,一件什麼拿破崙都要$62-$72(帝苑餅店出名好食嘅拿破崙都係賣$54一件),還有戚風蛋糕(小)$118(大)$268 (大size同La Famille 賣緊嘅差不多一樣大,人哋賣最貴都係由$5x-$7x一個仲有好多味道選擇),點解呢度可以賣到咁貴?  香港真係多有錢人。

早餐又未食,午餐又未食,竟然第一餐就食班cake!之前一早已經想來呢間餐廳食班cake 㗎喇,便今日放假,第一餐就pancake 老公就正常午餐!▫️定食$98叫完5分鐘左右就現,全部都應該係預先預備好,係烏冬先係即煮!所以其他食品好似雞同埋牛都比較凍,一啲都唔熱嘅感覺,連暖都無😩😩😩感覺扣晒分!一叫完就同我地講話要等20分鐘,OK冇問題20分鐘都唔係太久。點知當我老公食晒野我Hea咗好耐,加埋都等咗成30分鐘之後,就問侍應有未,佢就話仲要多6分鐘,打緊個野莓醬!咁食好嘢都係要等下嘅,所以我哋好耐心咁樣喺度Hea多陣!足足等咗40分鐘,千呼萬喚始出來嘅pancake終於出現!▫️野莓pancake $92有空氣感,唔會實的的,而且都算綿密,而且蛋香唔錯!野莓醬都恰到好處,酸甜酸甜咁唔會令食pancake 感到好heavy !唯一美中不足的是,個cream唔夠多!不過單論pancake來講,呢間唔貴!下次可以再食,不過真係只可甜點!

一叫完就同我地講話要等20分鐘,OK冇問題20分鐘都唔係太久。點知當我老公食晒野我Hea咗好耐,加埋都等咗成30分鐘之後,就問侍應有未,佢就話仲要多6分鐘,打緊個野莓醬!咁食好嘢都係要等下嘅,所以我哋好耐心咁樣喺度Hea多陣!足足等咗40分鐘,千呼萬喚始出來嘅pancake終於出現!

有空氣感,唔會實的的,而且都算綿密,而且蛋香唔錯!野莓醬都恰到好處,酸甜酸甜咁唔會令食pancake 感到好heavy !唯一美中不足的是,個cream唔夠多!

今晚又到左海之戀商場搵食,本身想去Don Don Donki既food court食大阪燒,不過見多人排改咗去呢間[茶寮 京都仁王門]食晚飯。平日夜晚唔駛等位,我哋叫左一個晚餐set及一個甜品share食。先來新仁王門御膳配烏冬,再另加溫泉蛋,每樣都食到啲啲,好開心~隨餐附送既麵豉湯夠濃,烏冬湯底亦不錯:到甜品-宇治抹茶班㦸,唔記得叫店員後上,和咸食一齊上左,好彩天氣冷雪糕冇咁快溶,班㦸質感軟棉棉,有蛋味,加上綠茶雪糕同紅豆,好味:食飽飽,滿足😋
