Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日12點去到,完全唔洗等位,簡直係完全冇人。因為餐廳喺黃金海岸酒店入面,環境好好,非常舒適。食物質素都唔錯,好滿意。招牌海南雞飯 $168雞肉非常序滑,雞皮同雞肉中間有一層薄薄透明啫喱,好好味!油飯好香,但個湯有少少鹹,美中不足。棷香咖喱牛腩 $130個咖喱真係非常之「棷」味。我揀咗最少辣,結果真係完全唔辣。如果食得少少辣嘅朋友,建議揀普通或以上嘅辣度。牛肉肉質稱唔上好淋,但都唔韌,整體嚟講不過不失。

用上新鮮雞,雞味比冰貨好多了,雞肉嫩滑,尤其是有三色醬提供,相當對辦。

雞油飯粒顆分明,而油份又足,食得人心花怒放,配上一小碗雞湯當然是加分點,因為坊間好多食肆求其加碗不知名例湯就胡混過關,但如果是雞雜湯我會更欣賞。

吃得太多肉類,想食點菜蔬清清腸胃,朋友二話不說,就來個蒜蓉咸魚炒芥蘭,菜炒得嫩綠,每條都有咸魚的香味,食落亦翠嫩,但略嫌油份偏多。

未知他日會否在附近上班,整個Lunch Time 就在說說笑笑中度過!

母親節去過中港城上面的沙嗲軒,兩個人第一次試,因為係午餐,食得少,很多菜式都冇食到。於是今日約埋朋友去黃金海岸酒店呢間沙嗲軒一齊食,食咗好多款出名嘅新加坡特色菜,海南雞飯、雞肉豬肉串燒、印度薄餅、鹹魚炒芽菜、新加坡肉骨茶等等。大家都覺得好有驚喜。
