最後端來一碟風沙雞,半隻不過$90,全隻$180,非常抵吃。它其實是炸子雞的變奏,表面鋪滿密密麻麻的脆香蒜粒,令內層的雞肉也滲透了蒜香。雖然是油炸,低因為蒜粒已經瀝乾油份,所以不會很肥膩,最愛當然是雞皮,又脆又有雞油香,就算明知不健康也停不了口。

waiters spoke English, which is always appreciated, and they were VERY keen to introduce us to the expensive seafood. We ended up ordering what seemed reasonable on the menu. A steamed fish, $280. I swear I got the same kind of fish from a fish stall near my place for $35, guess the markup was for labor and service. The fried squid with salt and pepper was mediocre. The veggie dish was quite disappointing, mainly due to hygienic concerns. There were leaves turned black and a dead worm. A proper wash would have done the job.

The bill came to a little under $500 for the 3 dishes. Not really worth the quality if I'm being honest.

一直很感谢通过openrice这个平台上的评论寻找吃饭的地方,但是真的不明白如此差的饭店,竟然有10个好评。今天原本是庆祝生日,结果碰到这样的一家店饭店,真是一肚子火,不得不站出来给大家讲一讲经历。第一道菜濑尿虾:因为生日所以打算吃豪一些,当店员介绍他们的濑尿虾很好很大的时候,虽然价格不便宜,也同意了就来两只,结果菜上来一看,我傻眼了,跟普通的濑尿虾一下,就那么几段,要300元,而且吃的时候也不太新鲜。第二道菜炒蚬:虽然个头大一些,但是味道一般,远没有店员介绍的好吃,非常不划算,分量很少,相信没有人觉得它值150元接着蒜蓉元贝,40元一只,4只160元,味道一般,没有别人之前说的好吃。粉丝杂菜煲,60元一个,价格还行,但味道非常一般。来一张合照买单,一共750元,两个人,平均每人375元!如果好吃,我也愿意,但是真的是有不好吃,被人搵笨,服务态度很差,真是一肚子火,希望之后大家不要像我这样被宰,被人揾笨。

蜜汁燒排骨。這是店員推介的,結果沒令我們失望。蜜汁應該是叉燒用到的那種麥芽糖,排骨啖啖肉,裡面的都是軟骨,肉質鬆化,好好吃。

蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝。扇貝很大隻,肉質厚實鮮甜,始終海鮮新鮮的話,很難會不好吃的。店家很細心的把粉絲切細,吃的時候就不會太狼狽,另外蒜蓉醬也沒有加過多,否則就會因為太濃而蓋過扇貝的鮮味,現在份量就剛剛好。

(忘了拍照)腐乳椒絲炒通菜。本來以為吃夏天當造的通菜就不會有錯,可是這天的通菜質素麻麻,有點渣。

六個人埋單好像每人百多元,價錢不算貴,而且海鮮的質素算新鮮,店員雖然也有sell其他海鮮,不過你堅持或者拒絕他們都不會黑面的,不用擔心,所以難怪有不少客人。

一年前的清明節,來過這裡,記得吃後印象還不錯; 今年來吃,質素差很遠。- 煎蠔餅($68) - 不夠乾身,使到拿起來的時候會「散晒」,可是味道也不錯,「蠔仔」夠鮮。- 椒鹽蝦($95) - 最貴又是最不化算的一道菜; 一上檯已不到「十隻」(我們五個人,每人兩隻小蝦),size也未到「中蝦」水平; 椒鹽又不夠入味,蝦本身好像也不太新鮮。- 芝士汁西蘭花($65) - 真的是用些芝士汁,就這樣淋在「灼過」的西蘭花上(絕無取巧,因為他寫明是「芝士汁西蘭花」沒有說會「焗」的),碟低有積水。西蘭花好生,好硬。- 薑荵生蠔煲($90) - 這個生蠔煲,味道是鮮,但那蠔真的是小了很多吧。那是做「蠔仔餅」的蠔「仔」吧?- 豉椒炒蟶子($88) - 這是最正常的一道菜。「量」尚算可以,「size」叫例牌,不大不小。味道野味,肉質爽口彈牙,吃完有種不捨得的感覺。計埋茶費、飯錢(每人一碗)、加一,埋單盛惠$501。順帶一提,那些玻璃杯有漬,用前請看清楚和洗乾淨。
