🌟𝓛𝓮 𝓒𝓸𝓷𝓯𝓲𝓽 𝓭𝓮 𝓒𝓪𝓷𝓪𝓻𝓭 - duck leg confit. Probably the best dish of the night! I like how tender the meat were, and the sauce pairs with it well!

今個星期都幾有口福,又同商業友好一齊吃午飯。餐廳在尖沙咀近理工方向小巷之中,如果坐港鐵都真係佐敦同尖沙咀兩個站中間要行10分鐘。餐廳格調裝修和港島區的SOHO西餐廳差唔多,當日的外國人服務員其實服務態度唔錯,上菜的節奏也非常relax。同行嘅同事點左商務午餐以$180來講頭盤主菜甜品性價比絕對係冇得輸,材料賣相新鮮程度不是上上佳,但是一分錢一分貨可接受啦。三文魚煮得剛剛好,肉色粉嫩,滑,配大量蔬菜很健康。另外a la carte點了龍蝦湯和海鮮意粉,湯味道很濃,如果蒙着眼喝我可能以為係罐頭湯。意粉就普普通通啦當然冇Pici 彈牙啦。 整體來講沒有投訢,比一啲overrated 的有星米知蓮餐廳有得比。如果平日放假set lunch都可以一試。

先介紹一下依桶麵包,麵包夠晒鬆軟,但主角並非麵包,而是身邊的那塊牛油,舖滿一粒粒嘅粗鹽,每粒鹽又唔算太鹹,將它和牛油塗在麵包上,夾雜在口腔中,粗鹽帶出活潑的表現。

這裡的田螺已經預先脱殼 並跟parley butter和車厘茄一同擺在多士上面~ 田螺雖然不是特別厚肉 但尚算軟嫩彈牙 反倒稍嫌parsley butter下得不夠 所以整體不夠香口 中中挺挺吧~

之前去Lyon旅遊曾吃過這當地名物Quenelle 當時一吃難忘!真沒想到能再次在這裡吃到呢!
簡單來說 Quenelle是個用魚肉蓉、忌廉、麵粉等材料混合而成的”dumpling” 一般用焗爐弄熟後 便伴以醬汁一同食用~
這家的quenelle 質感雖然稱不上最幼滑 但仍不失軟綿綿的感覺😚 而且帶淡淡的pike fish味道
不過呢 這道菜亮點絕對在於底下的蘑菇chardonnay cream sauce!菇菌香氣四溢 加上忌廉口感豐腴 配上一杯chardonnay真的沒得輸!🤤

餐廳近期推出四款以dover sole作為主題的菜式 其中一款就是這Dover sole 49~
一般來說 dover sole的口感偏紮實 但廚師這次用上49度慢煮的方式烹調 所以魚肉更顯嫩滑~而龍蝦湯汁 雖然本身味道上不算特別濃郁有層次 但就更能帶出魚肉的鮮甜 有些化學作用呢!😍 伴碟的蘆筍則清甜無渣 (雖然私心覺得如果能配白蘆筍就完美了 但不會是這個價錢能吃到啦🤣🤣🤣)

We booked days ago for the Saturday brunch and our seat was somehow arranged upstairs with a view of a old ragged building and the back kitchen. The waitress there was not friendly nor professional and I’m pretty sure she was throwing her attitude towards us. The food was below our expectation. The cold cut was a disaster and the lobster soup was bland. Nothing pop out or surprisingly good and the price of our meal was top notch! 羊架 (medium) 配以牛油炒蘑菇 這道菜比起steak更出色 羊肉香濃而不騷 juicy又粉嫩 完全不會攝牙罅!好好吃 令人難以忘懷🍖😛 炒蘑菇份量很大 很香牛油味 🧈 蘑菇新鮮爽口又多汁 配上羊架吃又是另一個層次!必吃!

心太軟一流🍫 朱古力溶漿很澎湃 很濃稠 朱古力味濃 蛋糕高身、厚、濕潤 我和友人很滿意🥰 雪糕是雲尼拿雪糕 很香牛奶和雲尼拿味道 🍦 不會過甜 與心太軟平衡得很好 🍨 配以大量的crumbs 香又脆口 為這道甜品增添多一層口感 有趣有趣💗

店內環境走高雅格調 都是高枱和稍暗的燈光🎻 餐牌、餐桌、餐具乾淨 🍽 可是枱與枱之間空間不足 跟友人聊天時也能清楚聽到左右兩邊客人的對話 高枱亦不宜久坐 很累😆😆 桌子面積小 無法安放我們該晚點的食物 〰️店員一直很用心幫我們安排如何放置食物😂其實加多一張枱/ 安排好一點出餐時間便不用那麼費心了😆😆😆😆

店員服務態度很好 很熱情和有活力 👩🏻‍🍳 還會逐枱查問食物質素是否合乎客人所預期 在我們加點羊架🍖時 他們還再三確認是否真有需要(皆因我們只是兩位女孩子),怕我們忘了後面還有菜吧 😆😆😆端上甜品時 全場店員還為我朋友獻唱生日歌🎼很有愛和誠意!💗 埋單不用2k, 我一定會再光顧的!

Very rude waitress!! When I entered the restaurant asking whether there were any table available, the waitress said in a very rude and bad manner “Can’t you see?”. WHAT? Well, there were ppl in the restaurant but isn’t asking the staff about the table availability the most common thing? Very disappointed! Read many bad reviews about the rude waitress, waiter and even the manager. Don’t understand why the team is giving the guests such attitude.
