過哂年仲新春.....無野呀十五都過哂啦咁其實新年大大話話都去左幾次D價錢就一路加街坊生意唔係咁做掛早茶又無啦啦改到淨係去到九點 咁九點就午市真係我好少可應該係話無直頭無預過之前都去到九半架D服務又 不知所謂係咁就叫人又換枱又叠枱 人多我覺得合理既無乜人既情況下就真係好滋擾 一枱半枱有咁既情況都算 我發覺係幾枱都咁樣無可否認食物比其他區內垃圾都仲係好d但係比人明屈就真係感覺唔太好

今日去朋友屋企玩,點知我到佢屋企附近佢都仲未起身,於是我就打電話比佢,打到佢聽為止,打咗5分鐘,終於聽咗。佢話佢好餓好想食叉燒燒腩飯仲乘機叫我送外賣上去,叫我去海東軒買,仲話食過堂食好味所以叫我買呢個外賣比佢。我當然應承咗,因為我地太老友啦而且我好好人(PS 讚下自己) 我就買咗一盒叉燒燒腩飯,我地打算share 因為我食咗早餐唔太餓。叉燒燒腩飯係$45加埋外賣袋同外賣盒嘅錢。咁嘅價錢算係幾便宜,其他店雙併燒味應該要$50起而且我係叫燒腩雙併!一上到去佢屋企,佢打開個飯我哇咗聲,因為竟然都幾多舊叉燒同燒腩而且飯都幾多,仲搭咗條菜!d燒腩肥瘦均勻,但係個皮就冇想像中咁脆,可能因為外賣焗住咗所以就淋咗dd,但係我朋友話之前試過堂食真係超脆,所以建議大家燒腩堂食好d。叉燒真係燒得好靚,因為有d濃濃地,而且有d厚切,望落係半肥瘦嘅叉燒,食落口嘅肥肉唔會覺得好膩,但係食得出有嗰種油香,因為濃濃地,所以食落口都脆脆地,而且佢個蜜汁都好好味,所以要俾個like佢

d燒腩肥瘦均勻,但係個皮就冇想像中咁脆,可能因為外賣焗住咗所以就淋咗dd,但係我朋友話之前試過堂食真係超脆,所以建議大家燒腩堂食好d。

叉燒真係燒得好靚,因為有d濃濃地,而且有d厚切,望落係半肥瘦嘅叉燒,食落口嘅肥肉唔會覺得好膩,但係食得出有嗰種油香,因為濃濃地,所以食落口都脆脆地,而且佢個蜜汁都好好味,所以要俾個like佢

今晚舅父舅母請吃飯,雖然到金鐘再轉利東線,路途比較遙遠,但是今晚的菜式令人眼前一亮,就算遠,也是值得再來的一間粵菜酒樓!堂剪乳豬又脆又香!最特別的是:芥末沙拉牛柳粒,超正!👍石鍋濃湯翅湯才48蚊一位,在這寒冷冬天每人一煲熱辣辣足料濃湯飲,真覺得好窩心!每個餸都好大碟,足料又好味!总之一句話:茶餐厅價格,酒楼水准,性格比超好!就是鴨脷洲远了一些,不然一定是我請客吃飯的好去处!不過,最后上的甜品紅豆沙就失水准了,稀豆+溝粉多,冇陳皮味!

今天13/12,一家三口諗住去海東軒試新嘢。上到酒樓細枱已坐滿。只剩六人枱或大枱,想坐六人枱,但有個傳菜姐走來叫我們找細枱坐。我問她那裡有細枱?她帶我們走了一圈,那有細枱。轉問部長,他最終叫我們坐6人枱。有冇攪錯😓!坐定後5分鐘都冇人理。我又走去問部長,部長很冇禮貌地回答我知,你有三個人坐那裡,但我這裡只有二個人做嘢。你等一下啦。冇人?開酒樓冇人做嘢?這是什麼理由?又是什麼態度?這問酒樓怎麼做生意?
