8月29日星期四晚買了肉蟹,海蝦,扇貝和英倉魚來這裏加工,另外加點了冬瓜盅和一客燒鴨。薑蔥炒肉蟹超正味道頂呱呱,白灼海蝦冇難度夠鮮味,之前試過買竹節蝦兩食,蒜蓉蒸和咸蛋黃金蝦,超好味。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝蒸得恰到好處,煎封英倉魚夠香口,冬瓜盅好夠料。以前試過買海鮮往市政大樓熟食中心加工,味道不及這裏兼加工費比較貴,下次一定會再幫襯這間酒樓,職員招呼好又親切。 continue reading

今日去鴨脷洲大街,海東軒酒樓食晚飯,這是一間比較舊式的酒樓。我們叫了12人套餐,條龍躉真係好大條和新鮮。瑤柱蛋白炒飯很大碟,米飯炒得粒粒分明,米飯口感嫩滑唔會過於油膩,平時晚飯比較少食澱粉質的,我也忍不住食了一大碗。炸子雞和乳豬炸得很脆和肉質嫩滑。侍應的服務態度很好,雖然很忙碌但很樂意幫我們拍照,她特意除下她的手套去幫我們影相。 continue reading

因今日10個家庭成員食飯,諗住食海鮮加工,搵一間酒樓坐得舒服啲。乳豬不過不失,剛剛合格水平。正常急涷蝦水平,芡汁開得太稀。條黃皮老虎斑4斤係街市買千一蚊,拎黎加工,最後廚房師傅連洗都洗得唔乾淨,魚鱗都冇再幫我清乾淨啲,搞到蒸頭腩有啲腥腥地🫠另外炒球做得都唔好,魚肉散散地,落味又重手左。蒸得過熟😓呢個做得幾好,酒味夠,好香,剛好熟。呢個雞又反而整得幾好食,夠味剛好熟,食落肉質口感好!整體而言,雖然加工費算便,餐廳服務又幾好,但外來海鮮煮功唔得,諗住近海鮮街市,加上大酒樓,應該都穩陣,結果有啲失望。 continue reading

臨近做冬的日子,和同事去了鴨脷洲一間街坊酒樓飲茶。店面比起很多酒樓都較為細間,不過就有不少懷舊的點心。星期一至五的茶芥為每位$8,想吐嘈一下有些茶杯和碗有污漬,需要換過另外一隻 ... 但食物質素和價錢算CP值高,而且我吃完回去沒有肚痛 (笑)雄哥叉燒皇 ($138/份) - 都幾大份,叉燒亦切得很厚身。每一塊叉燒都肥瘦適中,口感鬆軟、甘香美味喔!相較之下 蜜汁叉燒腸粉 ($32.8) 就一般,可能是沒有預想的蜜汁。椒鹽魷魚鬚 ($55) - 平時吃開的那些都是炸粉厚,所以很大條。但這裡的是魷魚鬚本身就很厚,口感還很彈牙。潮州粉果 ($24.8) & 招牌蝦餃皇 ($32.8) - 粉果和蝦餃都好大粒,幾飽滿。黑椒金錢肚 ($27.8) - 金錢肚好軟腍,黑椒味都夠,很惹味。蟹籽蒸燒賣 ($30.8) - 賣相一般,但味道還是不錯的喇。港式炸雲吞 ($26.8) - 炸得很脆身,不過沒什麼特別驚喜。山竹牛肉球 ($16.8) - 下邊墊著的是菜,不是腐竹 ... 雖然牛肉球味道不錯,但總感覺差點什麼 > < !!北菇棉花雞 ($27.8) - 雞肉超嫩滑,魚肚也十分入味。 continue reading

D翅多! 雞係成隻比返你! 堅好食!辣酒煮花螺螺有螺味,湯有辣味咁🤣 如果可以既,加辣D會好D,佢係慢辣出黎,慢慢食呀!大大海……..鮮……..登場!!! 登登登登!首先,黎返碟大大隻賴尿蝦! ( 唔係巨大個D,係大大隻個D ),好好味..好好味..D肉好彈牙,又夠肉地,一食就知係新鮮,死左既係會化水,所以新鮮既肉好大分別。跟住就係特別出場既油! 鹽! 焗! 奄! 仔! 蟹!無得輸,講完。爆黃,入味,食落一D都唔漏,仲要好濃郁既味,堅係好好好好食!扇貝指定動作,唔係十分出色,但我中意,因為唔係落重豉油重蒜個D款,淨係死咸個D我就唔食。豉汁炒蜆SO FAR SO GOOD方脷係野生方脷! 識既就明,但呢D係可遇不可求,各位中意食咩魚其實自已拎去加工係唔錯,佢地都蒸得幾好架!埋尾加返個菜同主食,我好飽啦…我想休息陣..飲得又多食得又多,影相都影到迷迷幻幻,多謝! 🧐 continue reading
