1. 租賃本餐館專用快船(預約套餐則免費提供快船接送服務)或於西貢碼頭自行租船。快船13至18分鐘街渡50至70分鐘 2. 西貢市中心乘新界的士到東丫村及北丫村路口,下車後沿北丫村指示牌方向前進,當到達北丫村及東丫村分义路口時,再沿東丫村指示牌前進。到達天后廟後,經天后廟左側小樓梯就會到達本餐館,全程輕鬆步行大約30分鐘。

Have you ever tried uni from Hong Kong? If not, then you may wish to travel to this small island and try out this seafood restaurant. They have fried rice with uni, steam egg with uni and other fresh seafood. I especially love their deep fried fresh Threadfin fish 🐟 very crispy and tender inside. ;)You can either hike or take a boat to get there. And recommend to pick a table that close to the sea view (you will know why when you look at the last picture 😆) Make sure you book in advance to get the best table near the sea. 朋友推介有本地海膽,特登問店家包船入去試。快艇船費一個人頭單程120hkd,來回船費就240hkd。提前預訂了海鮮。海膽,新鮮限開,但不夠鮮甜不夠肥,平時食開日本海膽對比差好遠。尼個本地海膽就係食下玩可以,40蚊一隻。再來是比較期待的海膽炒飯。去之前做左功課,尼間海膽炒飯相片比較多海膽,但是味道反而吃不到海膽的鮮甜味。之前在塔門吃的海膽炒飯,雖然睇唔到海膽但是有海膽味。所以這間有些失望。炒飯相片ok但味道麻麻,份量大概2-3人份量。350hkd一份。跟住是海膽蒸蛋白。蛋白下海膽很足,但是依然海膽味道很淡,就當作係個蒸蛋啦,味道ok,蒸蛋唔會唔好食的。400一份。海膽紫菜春捲,30一個,最少要6個。我地要8個,一共240。很細一個,不過有海膽的。味道都ok,就係貴。聖子皇是時價,60一隻,我地要左6隻,360hkd。味道就係如圖。隔日去屯門食海鮮,聖子皇160蚊一斤八隻😂😂。椒鹽大尾魷,新鮮,算好味,魷魚永遠都好味。230hkd。鬼爪螺,之前都見過介紹,第一次食啦,味道很鮮甜,不過很細隻。250hkd。因為不夠飽又加了一個煎封馬友。好味,魚肉很嫩,不過比較細。買單先知480hkd😅😅最後6個人,餐費人均500,船費人均240,total一個人740hkd。返黎之後覺得好似係專登入去比人膛😂😂食一次體驗下夠數啦,性價比非常低,海鮮貴都算了,最重要係海膽除左新鮮之外沒有優點,鮮味甜味都很淡,比較失望,鐘意海膽的人不如自己訂日本海膽啦。店家態度是ok的,不過要買單或者加單比較慢。 continue reading

今次帶大家去西貢半天遊坐快艇🚤去糧船灣海膽養殖場lunch海膽大餐,好似去咗旅行咁,人頭$480,餐廳全開放式不過都有頂遮太陽,無敵海景是日海膽餐餐單海膽刺身海膽炒飯海膽海苔春卷海膽蒸蛋白新鮮焯蝦果皮蒸鮑魚椒鹽鮮油清蒸石斑油菜鍾意食海膽嘅朋友一定要去試吓去咗當旅行海膽海苔炸春卷,有海膽味嘅春卷第一次食好味真係外脆內軟,味道一流海膽蒸蛋白-陣陣海膽味的蛋白蒸得好柔滑推介滿滿的海膽炒飯-炒飯簡直一流,唔似出面日本餐廳炒出好多調味的海膽炒飯,滿滿海膽新鮮炒飯,每一粒飯都好煙韌,好有鮮味新鮮海膽刺身,上枱的時候海膽還在郁動,平時出面食都是處理過的海膽,充滿海水味新鮮海膽真係第一次即食,真是另一番風味😋 continue reading

今日由東壩起步, 無行上路,行下路去破邊洲,七重石灘,路途比想像中難行。行到中途已經超肚餓。 估唔到過左白腊之後有間鋪食野。 就試一試啦。食物味道係有驚喜椒鹽大尾尤好夠味, 好林同彈牙。 應該好過好多酒樓。豉椒炒蜆, 唔會殼還殼肉還肉,好惹味,中上水準,大大碟海膽刺身, 上枱啲刺仲郁緊。。。食落去好重海水味, after taste都幾鮮甜。 問過原來佢地唔會用淡水沖。 咁先食到原汁原味。仲叫左個楊洲炒飯, 可惜十分普通。飯太乾同味道平平。價錢係略貴, 但呢個地點, 算合理水平,可以一試 continue reading

除了海膽刺身是新鮮現開,其他的食物,價格跟飯店一樣貴,食物品質卻差了很多,所有菜都放了很多鹽,白灼蝦180塊只有10個,量非常少,魚蒸了太久味道也很一般。三個人點了一千蚊多,完全吃不飽,反而因為太閒吃得口很渴。尤其是點了海膽炒飯,等了一個半小時也沒有送上來,鄰座遲來的都已經吃完走人,我們問了廚房三次,最後一次問廚房說說還沒做,後台管理真的非常非常非常混亂家庭作坊,服務很亂,要等很久很久才有人理會。 continue reading
