If everytime I complain about bad food I can get a positive meal back, I would do it. In reality, when I have a bad meal, most likely I just let it slide. Sedap Malaysian Delights was not a particularly bad one, at least the environment was ambient and the servers weren't too rude. The food though... They served the palest 肉骨茶 and the cocnut water fish filet was more than disappointing. Tasteless dinner in Central, and out of all cusine but the most flavorful one. Still ending up paying $150 per

⤧ 1.馬來沙嗲雞串燒, $32
東南亞的沙嗲絕對是最頂級,各國有各種不同的風味。馬來西亞的,我個人認為沙嗲醬料會較濃郁,鹹香味較強。這裡都不例外,雖然只有兩串,但餐廳仍會配上一些伴菜,不會只有兩條串燒太單寡。串燒有時候會烤得不好,但Sedap 的火爐就燒得剛剛好,雞肉非常稔軟。美中不足的是,隨伴的沙嗲醬不足,因為沙嗲太好吃的關係,令人不禁想一口肉一口沙嗲醬,如果餐廳能夠添加多點沙嗲醬,那絕對會更加 Sedap !

愛他愛她,看到這個名字,我和另一半都不禁笑起上來。我們實在是個大鄉里,又要上網查一下愛他愛她是個什麼東西。原來,愛他愛她正寫是 Otak-otak,這道小食是以魚肉與各種香料混合,放進香蕉葉或亞答葉包裹拿去炊蒸或烘烤的食品,在馬來西亞一帶非常常見,亦是柔佛州(Muar)的代表性美食。我吃了一口,真的是充滿馬來西亞娘惹風情,可以吃得出有咖哩粉、辣椒、椰漿的味道,絕對是個特色小食。

想又食又飲? 最好的當然是整個馬來西亞肉骨茶。這裡有許多種類,見到有個細滲,是適合二人份量的,英文是 Small Combo,那就肯定是個什麼都有的肉骨茶。結果,雞腳、豬肚、豬腩肉、豬骨以及藥材應有盡有,浸滿了整個肉骨茶,餡料非常豐富。原本還擔心因為材料太多的關係,肉骨茶湯會因而減少,誰不知原來餐廳是會免費任添茶湯,店員會常常問須不須要續添,非常貼心,值得一讚!

很多人都分不清楚粿條和河粉的分別,我就比較喜歡粿條的口感,會比河粉少了一點韌性,吃起來比較細膩。其實,在香港亦有點難會食到粿條,真的要在馬來西亞/ 新加坡的餐廳才會遇到,所以來到 Sedap 都要一試。這裡的鮮蝦炒粿條,非常大碟,材料充足。這碟粿條用的醬油非常惹味,配上大量雞蛋以及蝦仁來炒,粿條細膩得來又富有鑊氣。

咖哩叻沙,重點依然是湯底。馬來西亞餐廳,一向湯底都是非常濃郁,Sedap 都不例如。咖哩叻沙,味道較為濃郁,內裡充滿椰子和咖哩香味,有著淡淡的甜味,亦帶點香辣感覺,令人愈飲愈多。其次,海鮮叻沙的餡料亦非常豐富,不得不讚的就是其大蝦,充分吸納了湯底的鮮味,差點連殼都不放過。

拉茶,起源地就是馬來西亞。另一半對這個豐有期待,因為她看過一些飲食節目,拉茶都是用兩個子遠距离倒來倒去,而且“拉”得越長,泡沫越多,味道就會好。雖然我們看不到師傅 "拉" 的過程,但確實拉茶的泡沫非常多,另一半都說非常甜滑。

我相信,很多人都會問珍多冰上面綠色一條條的是什麼。其實這些叫做 "煎蕊",是用糯米粉所製成,并以斑蘭葉等食用色素染色,甜甜的很有咬感。紅豆珍多冰是以沙冰的形式,在大熱天時加上馬來西亞的香辣食品之下,一飲確實會非常爽朗,而且紅豆的甜味非常適中,不會像其他飲品有太多的椰糖。

v gd experience..其實一般好少食馬來西亞餐廳。因為以前去過浮羅交怡潛水所以返到香港之後好少再去。餐廳裝修雅致,由牆上malay裝飾點綴,到天花垂落嘅燈,都富有濃厚藝術色彩,新年後開市,當然唔少得揮春炮仗等等嘅飾物,到達餐廳時,已經有唔少人光顧,現場有大圓枱又有卡位,無論三五知己,抑或一家老少,都適合光顧餐廳主打malay菜,午餐時段更有不同午餐,點餐紙上有嘅食物,都可以任點任食,茹素還是喜歡吃肉人士絕對可以盡情大快朵頤值得一提海南雞飯非常到位,白切雞雞肉非常鮮嫩。加上他們獨有的凍檸茶簡直就係perfect match肉骨茶可謂去到色香味俱全。

其實一般好少食馬來西亞餐廳。

今次來到中環吃飯,吃晚餐o(^▽^)o,其實很久以前已經來過了,今天 因為我對他的海南雞飯念念不忘,決定晚餐在這裏解決!這裏的環境10分舒服,而且環境寧靜,感覺很放鬆!(。・ω・。)ノ從下單到上菜只需要10分鐘的時間,對於都市人來說真的很好,省時間(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)!在中環相對於其他餐廳,這裏的價錢其實十分高性價比,價錢也比較貼地!我選擇了海南雞飯,油飯,選擇海南雞飯就是因為沒有骨,進食方便(●°u°●)​ 」飯的份量和雞的份量剛剛好,也沒有太油膩的感覺。雞也感覺很新鮮!我很滿意他附送一碗熱的白蘿蔔湯,這個湯能為整頓晚飯昇華!

飯的份量和雞的份量剛剛好,也沒有太油膩的感覺。雞也感覺很新鮮!我很滿意他附送一碗熱的白蘿蔔湯,這個湯能為整頓晚飯昇華!

餐廳係中環,都算幾近地鐵站,行大約5分鐘就到,裝修好似去左馬來西亞咁,由其係個地板整得好靚。今次夜晚去唔算多人,對比同區餐廳,呢度餐牌野食又唔算貴。首先叫左怡保海鮮鮮啦沙,海鮮方面有蝦,蜆,魷魚,用茄子腐皮做配料,湯底就當然係咖哩,因為有海鮮加持之下,湯底好濃郁先甜。菜方面都係馬拉盞通菜啦,通菜鮮嫩,馬搵盞味道足夠,口。馬來沙嗲甜甜地幾開胃最後少不了肉骨茶,而且加配左豬肚同埋生菜。肉骨茶用料十足,好有藥材味,排骨又大舊,豬肚都好清爽。

大部分前缐員工都表現懶散,已經好少客, 但都好唔願做咁。落單的女侍應態度差到離晒譜,真係好差,就好似我哋騷擾緊佢咁🤬真係想起身走!😡我冇習慣寫食評,但都激到要寫,因為實在太差!!!食物一般,鋪租貴,重要俾呢啲趕客員工倒米,個老闆真係可憐😏再唔改善,唔知捱得幾耐😏唔想激氣,唔好嚟😤
