To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食壽司，揀左千両炙燒海鮮丼定食$178魚生海鮮都幾鮮味，有沙律有湯松葉蟹蒸飯·牛肉煮烏冬$178蟹肉好食雲呢拿雪糕糯米糍，呢個最喜歡，甜品控明太子炸豆腐仲有一份雪糕甜品，唔太記得個名😂所有食物賣相都唔錯

前兩天的午餐我選擇了位於銅鑼灣希慎廣場的千両，點了他們weekday限定lunchset——「灸燒壽司·牛肉烏冬定食」，整體用餐體驗讓我十分滿意。呢份lunchset的價格為 $122，不僅性價比高，還能品嚐到多種美食^_^Lunchset包含四件灸燒壽司，分別是三文魚、鰻魚、帶子和蝦，新鮮食材又有適度的灸燒香氣，讓人回味無窮☺️。牛肉烏冬也不錯，牛肉不會太老，有合適份量的澱粉，不擔心不夠飽，哈哈，讓人吃得心滿意足。此外，烤南瓜的甜度剛好，增添了整體餐點的層次感，而炸物的外皮酥脆，內裡卻保持了鮮嫩的口感，讓每一口都充滿驚喜。這個lunchset還包括一份清爽的沙律，讓人感覺清新又不油膩。烤南瓜很讚！！！總體來說，千両的lunchset不僅味道出色，還兼顧了營養的平衡，讓我感受到物超所值。無論是weekday lunch 還是與朋友聚餐，都非常推薦這裡，值得再來享受！

🌻星期四小組聚會前吃晚飯，今次揀來朋友推薦《千両》，她叫我去試吃新出芭菲，睇了相片幾吸引，我先就做白老鼠啦！🌻銅鑼灣千両有幾間，我選擇希慎分店，貪它在地鐵上蓋，酷熱天氣下不用行上街。食店以木系為主色，進餐令人感覺舒適，我去的時候尚早，可以揀合心意座位。軟殼蟹手卷$36蟹脆口，份量足活帆立貝壽司$38（忘了影相）鮮味，較細小江戶前日本甜蛋配柚子$26蛋配柚子，清新配搭和風抹茶芭菲$58豐富的組合，大滿足

一晚食兩餐，飲酒吹水，希慎坐得幾舒服。平時有個$295，好抵食，今日賣晒，too bad。吞拿魚壽司盛，都有維持到OK水平。點了刺身，明目張膽的目張，魚名，和赤貝2個。魚肉比較有彈性，食得出係新鮮嘅。比彷彿好，魴鮄. ホウボウ. 魚名。應該係特登入的。牛舌，煙韌到呢，食橡膠咁。可以再次encore的是$88/3杯清酒，味道還可，但平，性格比高。食多個雪糕糯米糍咁就啱啱好，黑白雲尼拿芝麻就雪到石頭咁，皮包抹茶正常好多。
