池魚盛產於東京灣至九州一帶,每年六至八月當造,肉質爽口帶脂香!

可以看到池魚魚內上有多達十幾刀切割, 這可以令到食客有多重味覺上享受!

星期六朝頭早,陪阿仔剪完頭髮,一心拉佢去世貿食韓國嘢,衰仔經過千兩壽司,壽司病又發作,11點半開舖就入咗去食。孖仔揀咗啲午餐定食A,有沙律,牛肉烏冬,柞樹餅,同埋幾件炙燒壽司,仲有餐飲,百幾蚊一個餐,喺銅鑼灣來講真係唔算貴,當然媽媽梗係覺得去日本餐廳食壽司更加好啦,要平嘅就返去食元氣,不過千兩嘅水準又真係唔錯嘅。至於平少好少去千兩嘅媽媽,即係我,就決定散叫壽司,睇咗佢直送築地嘅選擇,選擇咗白身魚三件,仲有平時我喜愛嘅灸燒選擇加軍艦卷,當然唔少得佢嘅甜煮蛋。整體上菜速度好快,店員亦都殷勤有禮,海膽壽司好味,辣味三文魚,特大赤海蝦,呢啲都係穩陣之選,始終係連鎖壽司店,有啲食物質素係麻麻哋,不過我明白嘅,一分錢一分貨,呢個午餐食咗$470,唔平㗎,阿仔高興冇計啦!

整體上菜速度好快,店員亦都殷勤有禮,海膽壽司好味,辣味三文魚,特大赤海蝦,呢啲都係穩陣之選,始終係連鎖壽司店,有啲食物質素係麻麻哋,不過我明白嘅,一分錢一分貨,呢個午餐食咗$470,唔平㗎,阿仔高興冇計啦!

今午再次和同事幫襯千両!午市set確實係非常抵食壽司拼盤9件!呢個set有一個濃蝦湯,沙律和9件壽司,牡丹蝦,油甘魚,鱆紅魚都好新鮮!仲有一杯凍果菜!108價錢算ok!呢set真係超值!壽司拼盤5件!有沙津,壽司5件,天婦羅蝦2隻,仲有一個熱烏冬,一杯熱咖啡!都只係78元!勁抵!最重要係天婦羅蝦係即炸,不是番炸,壽司上的刺身算新鮮,當然晚間的刺身一定更勝一籌!不過以78元的價錢,在銅鑼灣一定找不到這樣的質素!咖啡也很不錯!

今天和3個同事去千両食lunch! 其實這裏早已成為我的飯堂!在銅鑼灣區幾間千両之中,我偏愛Fashion Walk這一間。因為環境清静,店員友善,服務態度又好!食物質素當然有番咁上下先可以成為我的飯堂。Set lunch價錢由75元至百多元!今天我揀選了魚生飯定食128元,有蝦湯,沙津,荔枝果茶,魚生飯內有2隻好大的牡丹蝦,好彈牙又鮮甜,三文魚子好大粒,還有吞拿魚,油甘魚,玉子,蟹肉,帶子粒等,全部都好新鮮!每次我都叫店員換走三文魚,因為我喜愛吃,她們都好樂意換其他魚生給我!每一次去完千両,都令我好開心,好滿足!其他同事都讚不绝口!

另外又叫咗個炸鰻魚卷 都OK 口感幾特別因為紫菜會炸到有啲脆😮 壽司其實係熱 但係撈埋啲蟹子又中和返啲 只不過如果鍾意壽司飯係粒粒分明嘅朋友就要留意啦❗️ 炸過會熱 所以啲飯就可能同你平時食嗰啲有少少唔一樣

最後埋單好似250幾 總結嚟講都係一貫千両水準啦😂 唔會唔推介👌🏻
