To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去維園行花市之前，當然要食飽先入去行啦。食飽先有力氣同人逼 😋突然好想食壽司，係維園附近見到有千両。就入去喇！唔洗等，就可以入去食！lunch 都見有lunch set食價錢中規中矩。但都係想叫自己鐘意既壽司。所以最後都無叫到luch set 食。😁😁先來三客 火炙三文魚 🍣佢上面仲有d白蘿白蓉同飛魚子 調下味。一齊食都幾襯。但就要點多少少豉油落啲蘿白蓉，先有味。叫左個特大帶子 $22件。真係幾大。食落好鮮味！😉幾正！三文魚望落就唔夠靚喇，好瘦咁。好彩食落都夠鮮 。一件都要$9，佢三文魚腩都只係$11,就試下先！哇！三文魚腩好夠肥美，好靚！食落果然鮮甜😍夠哂正！好味到要叫多一輪 😂第二碟都keep到水準！又係好肥美！😍咁叫三文魚腩好似抵食d喇！🙂
