知道呢間千両就快執,於是打算過來最後一遊。這裡環境寛敞,座位舒適,而且位置方便,午餐選擇亦非常多,現在因為整個商場裝修而關門大吉,真係好可惜。我點了個百両定食($82),朋友則點了個千両特上刺身丼定食 ($128)。百両定食: 我見個餐包左好多野,於是點左呢個。個烏冬好彈牙,天婦羅水準亦合格。不過壽司就麻麻地,塊刺身好似未解完凍,仲有點硬,味道亦好淡。千両特上刺身丼定食:  可能呢個餐都貴多幾十蚊,所以刺身水準明顯比百両定食要好,每款都挺好食,尤其係隻蝦。而入面個小帶子,size雖小,還是挺有咸香味。埋單時佢仲送左張coupon俾我下次在另外兩家尖咀的千両用,真係唔送唔知原來咁近都仲有多兩間千両呢。 continue reading

係誠品睇完書,又行完街,已經9pm,唔知食咩好,就諗起去食手握壽司「千両」,一來想食之前食過既特盛壽司拼盤,二來儲緊分做會員。千両特盛壽司拼盤(二人用)$360有九款壽司加甜蛋,每款兩件供二人享用,比一般壽司店貴少少,但全部都係貴價少少的款式,如帆立貝、拖羅、三文魚籽......味道又幾好,所以覺得性價比高。赤身魚味重,肉質細膩,壽司飯握得實在,但入口鬆軟,醋飯調味不錯。帆立貝壽司賣相好看,用原粒帆立貝切開,好大件厚身,鮮甜嫩滑。佐口魚邊?!呢款白身魚,其實魚味都重,但口感更吸引,好爽口好有嚼勁,越咬越開始溶化,魚脂都香。甜蛋微暖好香甜,鬆軟口感亦要讚,可留最後當甜品食都得。油甘魚好肥美,魚脂入口散發香味,雪白魚肉唔使點咬就已紅化開,同樣美味。三文魚亦油脂豐腴,顏色鮮豔有油光,比一般的三文魚壽司好食好多。蝦肉鮮味爽口,肉質有彈性,入口亦甘甜滑滑溜。開始食更濃味的款式,脆卜卜又晶瑩剔透的三文魚籽,真係鮮味係口中爆發,咸鮮味令人想食多幾口飯。京蔥吞拿魚腩蓉,切成魚蓉所以入口脂肪更快溶開,一野爆發的滿口魚油香,仲要魚味濃重,配京蔥辛辣的惹味,完美最後食拖羅,同魚蓉有點分別,雖然都係好重魚脂香又味道濃,但呢款味道慢慢出來,餘韻的魚味長。每款味道都好好,價錢亦合理,所以會來第三次、第四次........再回味一下。 continue reading

今晚去左千両食壽司,揀左最有保證的特盛壽司拼盤,價錢合理,分量足夠二人享用,而且有10款不同壽司,絕對滿足想食日本野既食慾。千両特盛壽司拼盤 $360,總共20貫,分別有10款壽司。蛋壽司鬆軟香甜,蛋味突出,煎得唔算油膩。帆立貝壽司好大件好厚身,鮮甜嫩滑。吞拿魚壽司有如中拖一樣肥美,魚味濃郁。三文魚壽司油潤豐腴,魚脂香又啖啖肉。蝦壽司大隻爽甜,肉質充滿彈性。佐口魚裙邊壽司肥美得黎有爽口感,有點咬口,味道較淡。吞拿魚腩蓉壽司配京蔥微辛味道,更惹味更有油香。油甘魚壽司非常新鮮,油光顏色都好靚,入口溶化的油脂,有油香得來魚味亦重,好滿足。三文魚籽壽司粒粒飽滿,爆開鮮味十分驚人。大拖羅壽司最肥最多油的,留最後食,唔使點咬就有如口中化開成油一樣,嫩而香,令人回味的滋味。十款都超好味,性價比高,必食之選。炙燒極上佐賀和牛卷 $68,炙燒和牛溶化牛脂,其實幾油香幾正,但個面好似燒耐左,有點焦黑,影響左味道。和牛刺身食其鮮味,牛味較淡,壽司卷口感有層次,青瓜爽口還有脆脆地好似蝦殼咁,味道不錯。 continue reading
