千両係元氣既高級版，魚生及壽司質素確係新鮮D。試過食夜晚，但幾百蚊都唔夠飽，所以建議大家食Lunch Set.不過其他分店Lunch 都多人，elements 就少人d，而且話哂都係高價商場，質素應該比其他餐廳好，不過餐牌好似都貴過其他店。 點左兩個set,呢個係壽司烏冬set。炸蝦熱辣辣剛炸起，好彈牙，壽司都好新鮮，每一舊都有魚味同埋爽，而唔係一般壽司淡荗茂既橡膠質感。看似份量少，但加埋烏冬絕對夠飽，而且呢set係最平既飽肚set。而我就食左呢個魚生飯，蝦好鮮甜，而且非常黏口；吞拿魚有鮮魚味（而唔係一般平價餐廳味如嚼蠟既感覺）；三文魚肥美，但我而家已經無咁喜歡三文魚了；仲有蟹啖啖肉；帶子都鮮甜，不過略嫌細粒。

    First time to witness sushi chef dissecting the entire tuna fish (farm raised). Ordered the tuna combo ( maguro, chutoro, toro ). Can’t get fresher than this. However, the choice cut of the evening was the tuna collar sushi - marbeled with good balance. For me, the highlight was the grilled fish collar (Kama).     睇戲之前，多數在這吃壽司。

    以前吃過這兒的大拖羅壽司。是有很多根的版本，很失望。今次吃的很軟滑肥美，不俗。

    火炙左口魚很多魚油，好吃。

    最愛油甘魚腩，又是吃到一口油呢！

    蒸蛋是必點的，熱呼呼的，又滑又香。內裡有少量海鮮。

    I ordered the beef udon/ sushi set lunch, the waiting time was within 15 mins which is acceptable, and the first thing that struck me about the lunch set was the nice presentation.

    The salad was fresh with the right amount of dressing, the potato croquette was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the sushi was moist, wrapped well and had seafood taste. The size of the sushi here is generous and I thought the best piece was the tuna/spring onion sushi.

    But for me the highlight of the set was the beef in the udon, it was the lean, tender with beef flavor. Perfect for the cold winter weather.

    Finally the green tea here has lots of green tea in it, and it keeps being topped up regularly without asking. Would definitely come back again because of the food and good service
    and clean environment.

      雖然唔係friday，但都有藉口食好食既lunch! 是日lunch time有con call，所以唔行得遠，就去食岩岩搬左鋪位既千兩！價錢偏貴，呢D價位既lunch真係一星期最多1次好了... 不過，知到佢質素有保證後就放心地叫！﹣同事order既四色刺身don: 佢話D刺身好鮮甜，我雖然無試到但見到都覺得非常不錯。（<--視覺派)﹣我order既燒海鮮don：超好味！有左口魚、三文魚、大大粒帶子、吞拿魚同油甘魚，非常非常肥美！而且D魚肉燒既時候流出黎既油脂俾D飯吸左，飯粒又香又飽滿；連本身我唔多食既薑片都好爽脆，夾埋燒過既魚生一齊食超正！幸福到標眼淚... （如果我可以日日食咁高級既lunch就好了)開心開心～（短暫既）幸福係可以用錢買番黎架 （雖然現實但有時都不得不承認..)

        ELEMENTS的千両搬到上一層不久，想找一天午餐去食。最近工作實在太忙碌，工作上太多突如其來的事讓我整個人都十分繃緊，午餐就從公司逃出來，到ELEMENTS 走走。剛好(但都已經下午茶時間了)經過千両空間大了，座位也乎多了，便這天好好對自已一下吧。點了豐富的午餐定食，配上沙律和味噌湯。有我最愛的海膽﹑三文魚﹑三文魚籽和甜蝦。海膽很鮮甜，完全沒有苦澀腥味，食完口內還留在淡淡的甘甜鮮味。而三文魚籽份量很多，每粒都十分新鮮。甜蝦很大隻，肉軟CREAMY。在快要喘不過氣來的時候，好好食一餐，鼓勵一下自己。
