今晚突然想食燒肉0係openrice search到呢間韓國店就黎試下呀點左~醃牛肋骨其實佢牛肋骨都幾隻都係random 揀一隻試下staff 會過黎幫手燒肉既份量係剛好填滿個爐好fit size好好笑口感幾好唔會UN又唔會有牛肉蘇味(本人其實唔好牛但都接受呢個呀)~蔬菜藍由於本身無包埋菜習慣用菜包住肉食感覺無咁油膩一黎到係嘩一聲佢D 菜擺到好靚而且睇得出好新鮮仲包埋青瓜蘿蔔同蒜片~燒帶子呢個有六隻但其實好厚身我地可以將佢一開二黎燒所以份量唔少味道一樣無失望新鮮果隻但就比較難掌握燒既時間太快又怕唔熟太耐又怕會UN同干

今日突然想食冷麵,查到這間餐廳就過來了,一人來吃只order了一碗湯冷麵,沒想到照有四個小菜,冷麵也很地道,配上特別的酸酸的醋非常好吃!餐廳老闆是韓國人,chef應該也是,聽到他們韓語對話。周圍人都在吃烤肉,服務的好像不錯,服務員偶爾會過來親自幫忙烤,下次會再來吃烤肉的~

昨晚同朋友一行三人上去食,book 咗7pm, 我兩位朋友大約6:50pm 上去拎位先。我地叫咗燒五花腩,冷麵,雞翼同餃子,都幾好食,尤其是係個冷麵。店員有大部份都係韓國人,要以英文溝通,但係啲英文好好,所以溝通冇問題。食到7:40我哋明明都未食完,每個碗都剩返大約五份一嘅食物,店員就想收我哋碟,成日問我哋食完碟嘢未。去到7:50 ,不斷收我哋啲食物碟,去到8:00甚至我哋有兩碟明明仲有食物,都是修咗我哋啲餐具,同埋上左生果(橙)。跟住去到8:10 ,我估係店長,用英文同我哋講話,「唔好意思,因為星期五晚出面有客人排隊,你哋介唔介意……」所以我都叫咗埋單,我哋都好唔開心,因為如果有一個半鐘頭用餐時間都會好啲,一個鐘頭都未夠就開始俾人收碗收碟,趕我哋走。

人蔘雞湯可以話係韓國傳統名菜之一,不論係冬天定夏天韓國人都會食人蔘雞,所以都想試試呢間韓國餐廳嘅水準🤓配料只可以稱得上可接受,有人蔘、紅棗同糯米基本材料。人蔘得一細條,尺寸只有大概女性尾指咁幼同食指嘅長度,人蔘其實應該要多同大條,先有補身或補氣之效。雞偏細隻,但都算多肉,可惜成隻雞煲得太耐,過腍過爛,食唔出雞嘅鮮嫩,反而似食緊雞絲嘅感覺🤨 而雞骨都煲到淋哂,所以成日都食到碎骨,要小心啲吞。糯米太少而且都有同樣問題,煮得太爛已經完全化開,變左一攤嘢咁唔再係呈粒狀,無哂口感。本來糯米應該係軟綿好似粥咁, 但呢間就做唔到呢個效果。湯頭方面都算清澈,屬偏淡嘅雞湯,但就完全無人蔘嘅味道。整體嚟講佢同係超市買到果啲即食蔘雞湯差別不大,失望至極。唔知係咪銅鑼灣得呢間有賣蔘雞湯,所以先稱佢為「銅鑼灣最強人蔘雞湯」呢?☹️

差唔多食完嘅時候,店員上前俾左兩舊橙我地作飯後果,都算貼心。而橙亦幾甜!

試完都幾失望,無諗過餐廳價錢唔平但水準咁差,韓國傳統名菜做得唔出色都可接受,但若連最普通嘅豆腐鍋都可以無味,都算係神級奇蹟。只能安慰自己,或者餐廳可能係主打烤肉呢!😩
