我看到附近工作的地方開了這一家店,上網搜了一下,是新開的,我就進去了,進去吃了不用排隊,用手機下單。那家店的環境挺好的,那些東西放著都整整齊齊的,看著就很舒服,而且座位之間也不會太迫結,太多員工在我附近呢,所以不太好意思就沒有拍。很有韓國的感覺,有些員工是韓國人,而且洗手間的牌是寫著'解憂所',看著挺有特色的。這家餐廳有一個很大的玻璃,讓客人可以看到裡面員工的工作,我看到裡面有一個把面團壓扁的機器。面團由機器給壓扁之後,員工再把那個扁了的面團給切開一條一條的。我才知道麵條是現做現吃的。我叫了一個兩人餐(combo for two),可以選擇湯飯或者麵、還有兩個小吃,還有一份豬肉。這個面還跟了一小碗薏米飯。這個挺好吃的,除了紫菜之外不知道加了什麼東西,還可以加各種不同的配料進去泡菜、酸蘿蔔之類的,拌起來吃。我選擇了牛肉(肉絲)辣湯麵。除了肉絲之外,還有一些蔥花做點綴,然後裡面還有芽菜,還有雞蛋。這樣滿滿的一大碗。麵條的口感不錯,不會太林,也不會太硬,彈牙的很有口感,就那麼的剛剛好。另外一個是蜆肉湯麵。那個蜆肉超多的二十多個以上。小吃選了泡菜餃子,還有一個紫菜飯團。那一個紫菜飯團強力推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻超好吃的之前吃過差的,沒吃過這麼好吃的,這個紫菜包飯,那個紫菜被抹了一點麻油,讓它變得緊致的包裹著飯和其他配料,吃起來沒有松鬆散散的。配料有酸蘿蔔,蟹柳還有一個不知道是什麼東西的,整體吃起來甜甜的。還有一個叫做菜包肉的東西,感覺是蒸出來的豬肉。挺好吃的,點了一下他們配置的沾料和泡菜加在一起吃。我還額外叫了兩杯飲料,一杯是梅子汁,還有一個是甜米水。@seoulnoodles_mongkok continue reading

之前見到好多朋友推介呢一間韓國麵,今日可以試一試,店內不算好大,二人黎多數都要撘枱。我叫了Combo Menu入面Noodle combo, 辣炒小章魚拌麵來了,入面很多大章魚,味道少少辣,是熱的麵食,除此之外,還有拳頭咁大嘅豬肉餃子,啖啖肉,餡料豐富,這個餐還有前菜和少量紫菜飯,食完係大滿足😋 continue reading

筆者和朋友相約在旺角的Seoul Noodles 吃午餐,店面相當傳統,感覺就如走進了一間傳統的韓式小屋。筆者和朋友大約在下午一時到達,在門口的等位時間約為十分鐘。餐廳採用手機掃描二維碼下單。朋友覺得與鄰桌的空間略小,不算坐得十分舒服。約十分鐘後,菜式便上桌了。總括來說,朋友對這頓韓式午餐讚不絕口,味道正宗,仿如飛到了韓國首爾旅行。筆者和朋友點了一個豐富的二人套餐,包小食和指定主食各兩份,另外還有一份肉食。(有一些較為特別的主食需要付費升級。)Combo For Two - $3082 Noodle or 2 Rice Soup + 2 Side + 1 Special Dish📌辣拌麵 (含牛肉絲)Bibim Noodle筆者的辣拌麵上桌了,感覺精緻又豐富。辣拌麵的配料包括有牛肉絲、大蔥粒、細蔥粒、泡菜、雞蛋絲等。輕輕將所有配料攪拌均勻,便可以開動了。辣拌麵感覺清新涼快,吃一口過後,精神為之一振。套餐的份量充足,男士也能吃飽。。📌首爾牛肉醬油湯飯Seoul Beef Soysauce Rice Soup朋友則點了一個較為暖胃的主食,熱騰騰的醬油湯味道濃厚,感覺暖和,相當適合冰冷的冬天享用。醬油湯飯的其他配料有牛肉片、芽菜、白蘿蔔、香菇片等,頗為豐富。。📌小食:豬肉餃子/迷你紫菜包飯(Pork Dumpling/ Gimbab )筆者則較為喜愛一口一件的迷你紫菜包飯,表面撒了少許芝麻和麻油,香氣頗為誘人。。桌子上也擺放着小牌子,分享著各款菜式的享用方法。。📌冷白肉Cold Boiled Pork小牌子上建議冷白肉搭配特製醬油或泡菜同吃,更有風味。特製醬油能吊起豬肉鮮甜的味道,拌飯或拌麵吃也相當不錯。。Seoul Noodles📍旺角花園街1呀鴻禧大廈地下6號舖 continue reading
