平時都唔係成日嚟圓方,今次過嚟做完嘢就諗住食埋dinner先走🧐行行吓先發現原來個商場仲有3樓🤣上到去見到個環境都幾chill,有幾間bar,但係今次想食個proper dinner,所以就揀咗間食英式印度菜嘅restaurant bar😋環境好輕鬆,好闊落有足夠空間比每一枱客人feel free傾偈😌staff都好nice同埋唔會hard sell👍🏻入到去先發現原來係有兩層,而今次我哋就被安排坐喺下面,因為2樓有人租咗個場嚟做gathering🤭Menu其實得一頁,但係菜嘅款式都算多。我哋今次兩個人比較肚餓,所以就諗住食一個full dinner,叫咗Masala Garden Salad ($108)做前菜,Prawns Pakora Basket ($118)同Chicken Tikka Skewers ($128)做小食,Lamb Shank Rogan Josh ($238)配Basmati Rice ($48) & Garlic Coriander Naan ($30)做主食,最後叫咗個Pistachio Burnt Basque Cheesecake ($128) 做甜品🤪🫶🏻 首先個沙律整得非常清新,而且用嘅材料都好新鮮👍🏻香脆嘅蔬菜配埋小小辛辣嘅印度香料油醋汁,作為第一道菜非常開胃🤤Prawn pakora🍤係用薑、大蒜、辣椒同檸檬汁醃製嘅甜大蝦,再用熱油煎炸。睇落好似好簡單,但係沾埋餐廳特別自家製嘅印度酸辣醬,成件事就唔同晒🥹大蝦好爽口,仲有啲炸洋蔥薯仔圈做side dish,非常適合同朋友分享一齊食😌雞肉烤串亦都係另一道有豐富多層次嘅開胃菜🙂↕️雞肉食到有酸橙汁同埋香料味,再加埋獨特嘅煙熏味,配小小清新嘅醬一啖食,所有口感融合一齊,真係好難抗拒🫡傳統Rogan Josh係印度餐廳嘅重量級必叫菜式之一😎 用咗好多唔同嘅香料同羊肉一齊慢煮,配上奶油番茄咖哩醬嘅味道,口感非常濃郁多元化👍🏻羊肉非常軟嫩,用叉就已經可以切開🙀印度風味嘅羊肉配埋印度香料米同經典印度薄餅真係全晚嘅highlight!! 💯開心果巴斯克芝士蛋糕🍰結合咗經典巴斯克芝士蛋糕嘅奶油魅力同開心果嘅堅果風味😌蛋糕嘅頂烤到焦糖色,有小小烤焦甜味,中間配上光滑奶油狀嘅軟熟芝士蛋糕,加埋開心果,超級獨特,非常適合開心果愛好者😜

這次在香港的印度餐廳用餐體驗真是令人驚喜。這家餐廳以傳統與創新結合,餐廳有兩層 上層設有Private Room,下層有露天和半露天坐位,非常Chill~ 菜式推介Arancini Tikka Chaat:這道菜真是開胃的驚喜。外層酥脆的土豆球裡面藏著令人驚喜的布里奶酪,入口即化。搭配上濃郁的鷹嘴豆咖喱、酸甜的羅望子醬和清新的薄荷醬,層次豐富,口感多變,是一份非常有趣的開胃菜。Keema Masala Tacos:這道菜將印度的香料與墨西哥的taco結合,真是一個大膽而成功的嘗試。香料豐富的碎羊肉,融合了番茄和新鮮香草的味道,包裹在taco皮裡,每一口都充滿了香氣和美味。既有家的味道,又帶來了新奇的體驗。Afghani Ribs & Chips:這道慢煮的羊排真是令人難忘。經過24小時的慢煮,肉質軟嫩,香料的味道浸透每一個纖維。加拉姆馬薩拉、芫荽和薑蒜的香氣相得益彰,配上薯條,讓這道菜不僅是味覺上的享受,更是一種視覺上的盛宴。總的來說,這次的印度餐飲體驗不僅僅是對味蕾的挑戰,更是一次對印度風味新解釋的認識之旅。強烈推薦給喜歡嘗試新鮮事物和對印度料理有獨特喜好的朋友。
