尋日我一個人去咗銅鑼灣維園行花展。去花展之前,我就嚟呢間由印度人主理嘅餐廳食lunch。入到去餐廳主要都係二人同四人枱,午市來講都算坐得舒適,唔使同人搭枱,或者膊頭貼膊頭咁坐。一望個餐牌,我簡直有選擇困難症,因為有好多種唔同嘅咖哩菜式揀呀!本小姐好鍾意食羊,所以最後都係揀咗咖喱羊肉嚟食。跟餐仲有小食,我就揀咗Tikka Chicken。叫完菜首先就俾咗兩塊脆餅,點薄荷醬同印色辣醬,小小辣、薄荷味又大美味嘅檸檬味,一食完就好開胃。到主菜加喱羊肉上菜,一嚟到就香氣四溢,聞到濃烈嘅羊味,完全冇比被咖喱蓋過。羊肉煮得非常之軟熟,一啲都唔韌,啖啖肉、黐住少少肥膏,香氣撲鼻。個咖喱汁非常正宗,辣得來又唔會令你要不停飲水,令我好飽嘅時候都仲搵跟餐嘅印度薄餅繼續點埋啲咖哩佢嚟食。而個Tikka Chicken燒得非常香口,雞肉好嫩,帶有陣陣rosemary嘅味道。結果,小女子將全部嘢食哂啊!買單連加一都只係$66喺銅鑼灣來講,坐得舒服又好味嘅餐廳,呢間一定冇走雞!
