鵝肝漢堡係我成餐飯入面最鍾意嘅一個course 😋漢堡係mini size, 2啖食得完,漢堡包烘至金黃鬆軟,入面嘅layer好簡單,只係加左黑松露醬同煎鵝肝。鵝肝煎得岩岩好,油香十足,非常肥美。

✨Third Course - 楓糖叉燒 / 膜肉牛扒

餐廳將叉燒以西式嘅擺盤方式呈上,下面嘅綠色醬我一開始以為係牛油果,但其實係姜蓉,成個感覺都幾有新鮮感。 叉燒岩岩燒起,外層塗上咗厚厚嘅楓糖,味道甜甜地帶點焦香;肉質肥瘦相間,口感嫩滑,都幾好食😋

相對於叉燒,個牛扒就比較令人失望,成個牛扒煮得太熟,口感較乾身,勝在牛味重,但比起其他菜式嚟講都係遜色不少。

• 4 courses dinner🍴•💵 Price:$298-最近發現左間隱世既高質小店,就係呢間位於何文田既SHAO❤️其實地段黎講佢係旺角過少少,所以都算旺中帶靜,裡面環境好舒服,好岩三五知己黎傾計食飯👭🏻野食方面嗌左兩個4 courses dinner set 就已經試到好多野😆包括有前菜既牛舌串燒同龍蝦「他他」,個牛舌真係必食既!口感爽脆彈牙,上面既柚子胡椒醬清新得黎又帶點刺激感。主菜分別有明太子意粉同鵝肝漢堡,個意粉好唔錯,每條都沾滿明太子,撈埋個流心蛋蛋漿,入口滑溜又惹味。鵝肝煎得好香,外脆內軟,個麵包都好鬆軟,配上甜酸既無花果醬剛好中和油膩感🤍再黎有楓糖叉燒同hanger steak,叉燒用上西班牙黑毛豬作慢煮,配上炸蒜片同自家製既薑蔥醬。睇相都見到個叉燒色澤幾咁靚,肥瘦適中,肉質軟腍,個醬尤其岀色,有港式燒味既影子,香氣十足但又唔會覺得油膩。牛排相比起雖然無咁岀色,不過都牛味十足,同黑蒜醬味道都幾夾。最後個甜品揀左matcha affogato,抹茶味香濃甘醇,配上雲呢拿雪糕味道甜甘交雜,不過如果大家會飲咖啡既,相信揀傳統既affogato個層次感會更明顯。

叉燒用上西班牙黑毛豬作慢煮,
配上炸蒜片同自家製既薑蔥醬。
睇相都見到個叉燒色澤幾咁靚,
肥瘦適中,肉質軟腍,
個醬尤其岀色,有港式燒味既影子,
香氣十足但又唔會覺得油膩。
牛排相比起雖然無咁岀色,
不過都牛味十足,
同黑蒜醬味道都幾夾。

下一個主菜我地呢個set就揀左腹肉牛排,呢個望落好靚,大概係medium rare到。入面粉嫩偏紅,但唔會有血水,對我來講啱啱好😚牛味幾香,但唔係特別濃。邊邊位小小韌,但入面好軟🤓調味都偏淡,但點埋個黑蒜醬食,即刻好食左😆

我地另一個餐揀左鵝肝漢堡做其中一個course,呢個超好食‼️咁的價錢有鵝肝真係傻左😂 鵝肝煎得好金黃,食落點都會有小小騷。不過入面好creamy,加埋有小小鵝油,真係好滿足😋面頭有黑松露醬,味道唔會單調。夾住佢的漢堡包烘到好脆,上下脆中間軟的口感😆旁邊同底下仲有無花果醬,酸酸甜甜,絕對解到膩👍🏻睇得出佢地有諗過點配搭,讚😽

今次主菜係楓糖叉燒。呢個比牛扒更出色‼️總共7舊到,每舊都有燶邊❤️佢地用的西班牙黑毛豬肉
係半肥瘦,所以食落好腍,又嫩,但比較邪惡😜 真係見到肥膏的晶瑩剔透,超正。調味用左楓糖漿,類似港式的蜜汁,旁邊有d薑蔥醬,幾還原港式叉燒,不過係高級好食版😬絕對入到叉燒top3‼️

最尾的甜品係affogato/ matcha affogato,呢個就建議叫原味,因為比較重味,而抹茶比較淡。但值得讚的係舊雪糕連碟雪,所以好夠凍,唔會太快融😝呢間鋪頭呢個set超高質,拍得上好多更高級餐廳我相信🤩所以係💯推介,cp值爆燈🌟
