母親節食飯時,居新界嘅契舅父講起話前排去過天后,喺一家叫「石記廚房」度食咗餐好有水準嘅客家菜。席上嘅長輩一聽到契舅父竟然肯專程坐咁遠車去食飯,食完仲讚不絕口喎,大家即起哄擇日,一星期後就去試試。入夜後嘅餐廳一啲都唔起眼。用餐大堂中間擺有幾張大圓枱,拍牆則排出一列卡位。私人派對被安排於隱蔽嘅廂房內進行,不過廂房面積唔大,一圍頂多坐八個人。店子並冇花巧嘅裝潢,牆身都只係簡單貼出餐牌供食客參考。原來當晚嘅菜式均為主人家一早預訂,大多更加係餐牌上冇嘅;由於自己飯前於歡樂時光已經飲到high high地,所以嗰日未有調查價格,還望讀者們見諒。炸子雞:原隻炸子雞皮層巧薄香脆,最難得就係連啲雞胸肉都白滑軟嫩,掂呀!石記螞蟻上樹:所謂「石記螞蟻上樹」其實係銀芽肉碎蛋花炒粉絲,用煲仔上夠熱又夠鑊氣。粉絲炒得好夠乾身,加咗芽菜可增添爽脆之口感,混入肉碎及蛋碎已能調出香味,簡單可口。油浸筍殼魚($268):細佬一向少食魚,飲咗成個幾鐘頭Happy Hour後當然更加係冇擔試啦,不過聽到舅父同大肥爸爸不停讚個魚皮香脆,啲魚肉又嫩喎,估計條筍殼魚應該都幾正。碌鵝:鵝隻上枱時,住家廚神契舅父介紹此道「碌鵝」為客家
