好多年冇食元朗的勝利牛丸，做完嘢經過入去食，感覺差了好多，與同事點了牛丸米及淨3併，米粉好大碗，牛丸彈牙但冇乜味，牛腩鞋口咬唔到，還好牛筋夠淋，湯汁不過不失但偏淡要落辣椒油調味！食物質素以這價格就偏貴了，看餐牌其他種類也貴，係應該要注意同改善下去留客了，晚上的晚餐時間也人不多，同以前相差很遠！淨3併$52 對比牛九米粉$47，3併抵食啲，份量算ok。這店不設電子支付，只可付現金，唔係咁方便🤣, 希望下次去會有所改善啦！

This store has been in Yuen Long for many years and I finally tried it today. I saw some prevoius reviews and the amount of beef was not too sufficeint for the noodles. After seeing the menu, since I can pay $5 for a pure bowl of brisket/tendon/beef balls, I decided to order it.For $52, the bowl was filled with all the beef I mentioned. The tendon and brisket was really tender with the beef balls being quite springy. The soup was a tad salty but since it originally should have been served with noodles, this might be the reason. I would suggest unless you really need your carbs, just add a few more dollars to skip the noodles and have more beef products here instead.

今日黎一間之前飯堂既粉麵店，好耐冇黎了 ，因為對比起之前實在太貴、過黎只係回味下，例牌叫呢樣野牛丸牛腩米；味道好似唔同左小小 但講唔出有咩 分別，可能只係太耐冇食唔記得左個味道掛，又或者係之前食慣左，牛丸係正常既 但係而家大家既牛丸都好出色。牛腩不過不失，湯底幾好既 。但比之前淡左。價錢貴就出哂名。份量要食兩碗先夠飽。同好到底有得輝。環境都係咁老店咁。唔洗諗住食裝修。姐姐服務態度係正常既。有冇下次。會有既不過唔會太快再黎😅
