上到去地方好闊,完全冇壓迫感,三五知己邊吃邊喝,感覺都寬廣,地理位置梗加係超就腳,地標Times Square 後邊就係了!

我地一行四人梗係食個四人餐,佢個餐有:

🐔古法雞腳:引用酸辣味去做個汁,令平時雞腳既「漏」消失了,食完一舊再一舊都好醒神!

🍲明爐老火湯:每日唔同住家湯,飲到原汁原味。

🥃威士忌酒香鵝肝:呢個係冷盤來,淋上威士忌撞埋鵝肝食落去好香,除了鵝肝本身爽口,威士忌亦令到鵝肝本身既肝味淡化,感覺佢配合得好好!

🐟潮式凍魚:肉質爽甜,魚肉有彈性,夏天食好夾,配埋普寧豆醬點一點,帶出鮮味!

🦐招牌海鮮拼盤:四款海鮮既冷盤,重點係白滷水熬煮而成,帶有醋味,挺醒胃的。全部海鮮淨係就咁食都好鮮甜,當然點埋配上既酸辣醬更提鮮!

🥬上湯時蔬:時令蔬菜,少油製作。

🍢經典滷水三併:我地揀左鵝肉、鵝腎、元蹄,全部炆得入味,淋身至極,滷水汁香濃。

🐦花雕醉鴿:濃濃的花雕酒浸透乳鴿,師傅更起埋肉,啱哂我呢啲懶人,而酒味都入哂味!

🍜潮式炒米:好特別,豐富的蝦仁配上幼身米粉,炒得既乾身又入味,可點埋佢地既潮州辣椒油!

🍱另外我地order 埋「九品味」,呢款九宮格每款食物都各有特色:話梅車厘茄、酸菜蘿蔔、五香牛展、清酒秋葵、芥末雞腳筋、滷水豬舌、滷水鵝腎、鮑魚 同埋 墨魚。 樣樣都好出色同特別!

佢地都有好多款signature 既cocktail, 例如薑蔥味、抹茶豆腐花等等,啲款式都幾爆😆我哋幾個一致認為,首先喺度食嘢,再坐到宵夜時間飲杯Cocktail,唔使轉場,好方便喔👏🏼

今次呢個體驗真係好有趣,餐廳氣氛好好~出面有張𝚋𝚎𝚎𝚛 𝚙𝚘𝚗𝚐嘅枱,食到尾段嘅時候燈光開始變暗,見到有人喺出面玩𝚋𝚎𝚎𝚛 𝚙𝚘𝚗𝚐,仲有好多射燈同噴霧嘅視覺效果,疫情之後真係好耐無入過酒吧了,想同朋友有夜生活嘅感覺又想食餐難忘嘅晚餐的話,𝚂𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐真係一個幾唔錯嘅選擇😎

今日放工約左女友銅鑼灣行街食飯,自己揾左陣,度度都多人,都要排隊,所以最後都係open rice 下,睇有冇新餐廳未開發,揾到間酒吧竟然係食潮州菜,新到連食評都冇,唔知好冇食,不過睇環境相唔錯,所以最後就決定試試。餐廳唔難揾,就係Zing嗰棟大廈入面,去到時餐廳冇乜人,所以唔洗排隊就入得,個環境係酒吧餐廳風格,但食物真係潮洲菜,幾新穎🤣我哋揀左tasting menu食,人頭計388,食物有古法雞腳、明爐老火湯、潮式凍魚、威士忌酒香鵝肝、招牌海鮮拼盤、滷水三拼、花雕醉鴿、潮式炒米粉。食物好快就到枱,份量唔算好大份,但都唔少,個雞腳滷得比想像中入味,又冇乜雪藏味,唔錯;潮式凍魚就反而一般,條魚本身冇乜味,要點醬食先食到條魚既鮮味;至於滷水三拼、同埋花雕醉鴿,就有驚喜,三拼包括滷水雞、元蹄、滷水鵝,滷水汁唔錯,甜甜咸咸咁,幾開胃,肉質都鮮嫩,不過女朋友就覺得個滷水雞肉有雪味,但我又食唔出,所以大可不妨一試。花雕醉鴿,個花雕酒味好濃郁,個整法令到隻鴿好嫩滑,好食😋 海鮮拼盤,雖然望落份量唔多,但無論係海蝦,鮑魚、蟶子、定海蝦,食落都好新鮮,肉質鮮甜,就算唔點啲醬汁都好食,推介👍🏼不過講到最有

食物好快就到枱,份量唔算好大份,但都唔少,個雞腳滷得比想像中入味,又冇乜雪藏味,唔錯;潮式凍魚就反而一般,條魚本身冇乜味,要點醬食先食到條魚既鮮味;至於滷水三拼、同埋花雕醉鴿,就有驚喜,三拼包括滷水雞、元蹄、滷水鵝,滷水汁唔錯,甜甜咸咸咁,幾開胃,肉質都鮮嫩,不過女朋友就覺得個滷水雞肉有雪味,但我又食唔出,所以大可不妨一試。花雕醉鴿,個花雕酒味好濃郁,個整法令到隻鴿好嫩滑,好食😋


海鮮拼盤,雖然望落份量唔多,但無論係海蝦,鮑魚、蟶子、定海蝦,食落都好新鮮,肉質鮮甜,就算唔點啲醬汁都好食,推介👍🏼


不過講到最有驚喜,就一定係威士忌酒香鵝肝,之前未食過唔係煎既鵝肝,仲擔心會好怪,上枱嘅時候仲會有煙燻效果,聞落去好濃郁酒香味,同埋煙熏味,點知食落去鵝肝嘅香味完全冇被冚過,三種咊互相配合,令到成個食物味道升華咗。真心推介。

第一次見食潮州菜嘅酒吧,我同朋友選擇左食餐廳嘅二人餐,$228每人&另收加一,菜式擺盤非常靚又好食😋鹵水係餐廳自家調製嘅白鹵水,同海鮮比賽特別夾,而且仲係米芝蓮名廚主理😍頭盤上陣嘅係老火湯同埋酸酸甜甜嘅醃蘿蔔!首先試左啖老火湯,一入口就有種家的味道😂好似細細個呀婆煲嘅湯咁,好夠味,零味精🤤醃蘿蔔第一下食落去會有好酸嘅感覺,但食多幾啖就會食到甜嘅味道,作為頭盤嚟講令人好開胃🤣第二道菜係威士忌酒香鵝肝。上菜果時見到waiter哥哥拎住一個機器,好似係用嚟整煙燻水煙泡泡嘅。之後果個細杯威士忌就有個好大嘅煙燻泡泡係上面,waiter哥哥話係蘋果木煙燻味。咬落去第一啖完全食唔到腥味,取而代之嘅係威士忌味,同我想像中好唔同!我初頭都勁啲威士忌味會好濃好嗆嘴,但竟然完全冇!反而有淡淡嘅威士忌味!由於口感同味道實在係太奇妙,我覺得好難可以用最貼切嘅文字去表達,總之兩個字:新奇!好味!🤣之後有脆炸拼盤配黑松露醬!入面有炸薯條、甜嘅炸南瓜芋頭仲有炸薯菜。全部都係即炸!熱辣辣脆卜卜!😋除咗醬汁入面有真材實料嘅黑松露碎粒之外,薯條上面仲沈咗乾身嘅黑松露碎粒!簡直係雙「松」享受!大大陣黑松露味正到爛!🤪仲有果個

之後有脆炸拼盤配黑松露醬!入面有炸薯條、甜嘅炸南瓜芋頭仲有炸薯菜。全部都係即炸!熱辣辣脆卜卜!😋除咗醬汁入面有真材實料嘅黑松露碎粒之外,薯條上面仲沈咗乾身嘅黑松露碎粒!簡直係雙「松」享受!大大陣黑松露味正到爛!🤪仲有果個甜嘅炸物,入面有南瓜溶同芋頭溶!咬落去唔會好黏口,有可能因為加左少少麵粉嘅關係,口感好好,甜度適中唔會太甜,食一粒真係唔夠喉😖對比起上面嘅兩樣炸物,炸薯菜反而就略顯遜色左少少🤏🏻唔係點食得出蔬菜嘅味,味道相比其他食物就普通左少少,不過都可以接受到嘅!😻如果再加多少少菜係入面有可能會更加好食!

金牌滷水獅頭鵝肉!!呢個不得不說真係「高汁」!汁好夠味,再加上本身肉入面已經夠入味,唔點調味醬,就咁點佢本身有嘅醬汁,甚至唔點就咁入口已經好夠味!佢仲好巧妙咁用豆腐墊底,驚肉索得太多醬汁會太鹹!同時又可以令豆腐索得入味啲,唔會冇味!豆腐唔似平時係街食嘅潮州菜咁硬到好似豆腐乾咁👻好軟好滑!第一口食落去果時我都嚇左一跳😂

上湯時菜唔潮食炒米粉終於都到,上湯時菜普普通通,冇咩特別,但都食得過🙈去到呢個moment 我已經食到好飽個肚脹曬,就嚟生得出咁款🤣點知食左一啖炒馬粉之後真係番唔到轉頭!就咁睇同埋聞個米粉真係冇咩特別,但一食入口真係不得了😈好香好香,成個口都係果陣炒米粉嘅香味!我第二個胃即刻開左!於是我係咁塞曬啲米粉入口!我一邊食一邊諗,到底係用咩炒先會炒到咁香!配料都係啲細蝦仔同蛋,仲有小小細細粒嘅海鮮仔,點解可以咁香🙈

總體嚟講,呢間鋪頭都值得一試嘅,位置好闊,唔會話坐得唔舒服!而且佢有吧枱,食完野仲可以同friend 去飲下野chill下,都幾正🤤有幾個大電視可以一邊食一邊睇!啲野食overall都係above average,好好食🙈哎!食完今餐又唔知要肥幾kg喇!

聽餐廳侍應講啲菜式係由米芝蓮主廚主理,整體我哋識落嘅感覺都真係好高質,估唔到喺酒吧入面可以食到咁有誠意嘅菜式。下次大家經過銅鑼灣,又多個中菜嘅選擇啦🙆🏼‍♀️☺️
