我大約有既壽司,全部有種等緊一件令我嘩一聲既,但都係無……同埋飯今次太濕

今次我都係話無野唔食,出小肌同秋刀。小肌似剛食完既志魂一樣無令我偷吐😂正正路路忍到。但秋刀好腥,趙到魚入面近內臟既肉差啲想吐返出黎
(不過呢兩件都係我個人口味嘅,好似有人唔食苦瓜青椒。但食omakase,我就想試下,俾到咁既價錢,可唔可以令我改觀。食到質素好嘅,夾硬食都算得落個種😂;但如果你要我食啲心理上仲未接受到既野?我真係食唔落,好似是但up既話……白子?鯨魚肉、牛鞭之類)

頭兩件白身都係正正路路同偏薄,佢又唔係近來食完雲隱咁俾我同舊飯一齊趙完既感覺,呢度食落只係偏薄身咁。意思係舊飯比例我覺得過大而舊魚好薄😂 但呢度我食落,我瘦&細食都係覺得細飯
同另一半去,又係我叫一個680,佢叫1280既,問左佢叫唔叫酒,佢話唔洗
(今餐佢都覺得好一般,仲話好彩無叫酒送壽司;笑死😅)

佢個份餐嘅刺身,無試無興趣,侍應仲要介紹錯魚😂。(師傅當日好低氣壓,副手上慢左薑、侍應介紹錯魚、上錯豉油碟:男女唔同色個種。都當下&負負地面&低氣壓&嚴肅但又當住客面唔想直罵又要表達好嬲既情緒……。咁令我有啲尷尬⋯⋯甩碌冇辦法,如果有下次都係之後同下面嘅人講返好啲,當住客唔洗太「chur」)

我都係好求其,是但食唔去認(要認既話食個下係電話mark低咩魚、熟成、產地、點特別處理,師傅講一粒字mark一粒字😂。我鍾意睇關注組既長文但又無個人輸出因為我hea😂。同埋個人都唔算多食omakase,一星期?至兩星期內一次個種……如果來回唔使兩個鐘左右會多啲🥲。 食自己最愛既手拉麵同水煮魚要搭車係慣晒同值得😂😂😂😂😂😂)


侍應係返緊工既話,刺身壽司來來去去都係個啲,我有啲唔係好理解去到咁樣嘅價位,啲侍應仲係唔記得😂

Came here in the early days of its opening, with so many new ones opening during Covid that omakase is the new norm now!Each piece was quite good, neta and shari. The more interesting combination is awabi with mochi with liver sauce for its different level of chewiness. Dinner was on the higher price range, while I don’t recall anything extraordinary that wow-ed, overall I think it was not too bad. Looks like lunch would be a much better deal though.

相比起晚餐,中午的確性價比高,
$680一位,十二件壽司,品質跟晚上相似,
可惜今天中午的飯有點硬,
否則會吃的更開心 🙂

壽司,好睇佢醋飯係點,Adachi san 既醋飯比較淡,但亦是我喜歡的。我非常怕那些很酸的醋飯。而最最最要睇既係玉子燒!一句:絕!

我地食完成個course.原來都幾飽。不過都決定再來,即場問最快晚餐幾時有,原來都要去到8月呢。好期待下一次。

近排小編心情好低落😞、又冇乜衝勁!好彩有好食神家姊、姊夫、老細一齊氹我開心🥳,咁就大家一齊食食食😋前年(19年)去睇容祖兒演唱會時係第一次去舊舖試Adachi San 手藝,他非常之細心又留意客人的反應,點解咁講呢?話說姐夫食食吓嗰陣時突然有個重要長途電話要接聽,Adachi San 立即轉慢節奏,等我姐夫快速收線後,才送上手卷!要知道食手卷係一項重要環節,說是快那時慢嘅時候就要立即放進口中來品嚐香脆紫菜😋😋唔講咁多睇相啦😋😋😋後記:如果一定要找負面事件,只能說在洗手間內,一般日本人開舖頭嘅洗手間一定會用日本式座廁(有洗pat pat嗰種及體貼用品,但係呢度就用咗好普通嘅座廁及洗手間內沒有牙線、女性衛生用品、漱口水⋯等
