今晚老闆請食飯,嚟到29樓食日式鐵板料理入到嚟就見到窗外係跑馬地馬場靚景,有埋賽事嘅話一定睇得好清楚!師傅即場為我哋烹調多道菜式呢味鐵板金鯛燒到兩邊脆卜卜,連埋魚鱗食,金香脆口!仲有「西班牙紅蝦四食」,係呢間餐廳嘅重點推介,你睇吓啲紅蝦幾大隻?師傅用盡紅蝦每個部份,分別為我哋整唔同嘅菜式先嚟蝦腳炒到脆一脆,用嚟做小食佐酒。原來蝦腳真係食得架!不過我牙力軟,比較少食。再來蝦身做「鐵板西班牙紅蝦」,師傅話只係落咗好少鹽,蝦肉彈牙結實,仲好原汁原味!再來師傅將蝦頭同蝦膏分開,超多膏!蝦膏用嚟做「西班牙紅蝦燴稻庭烏冬」,每條烏冬都好有濃郁蟹膏味,我超喜愛,而家諗返都係咁回味無窮!最後蝦頭用嚟做麵豉湯,再食埋日本蜜瓜,呢餐超滿足!相片篇幅有限,出唔到太多相。我好想講日本A5和牛厚燒,入口鮮嫰多汁,佢仲配埋炒蒜片,好似食緊薯片咁爽脆,正呀!因為太多好嘢食,相反「大蝦皇飯卷」就變得一般了~
