早上去火炭工業邨工業大廈的貨倉,先去食個早餐,餐廳在商場地下樓層,但在桂地街是要搭三層扶手電梯上去,上次食過一樓餐廳,今日試試地下的瑞榮餐室,店內明亮,坐位整齊,坐下卡座看餐牌,早餐選擇好多,有多款麵餐,多士、三文治、菠蘿油、麥片餐、仲有吉列豬排,朝早食有點邪惡。點C餐,瑞士雞翼(兩隻)出前一丁(加5元),火腿奄列及脆香奶油豬半件(加3元),瑞士雞翼外表瑞士汁甜甜的內裏嫩滑,出前一丁剛好但湯底是餐廳自家的,奶油豬香脆加3元值得。

今日去火炭參加活動,全日都會喺火炭區遊走,當然係喺區內搵食,時間一分一秒過去,又到肚餓的時候,遠望山尾街盡頭有一公共屋邨,一於行上去,條路都幾斜有啲氣喘,入去係巴士總站,側邊升降機上G樓。瑞榮餐室店內光猛,大部分卡位,我坐下看餐牌,叫了特餐。瑞士雞翼即食麵,瑞士雞翼咸甜適中好入味,火腿奄列,蛋漿包住火腿絲煎成,還可以,加3蚊轉奶油豬,外脆內軟牛油味濃加練奶好食。凍檸茶有驚喜,個茶底夠茶味無苦澀味, 檸檬清香冰凍好飲。

好耐都未去過屋邨茶餐廳食午餐,撞啱經過瑞榮冰室,喺門口見到餐廳都幾光猛,裝修都幾好,加上餐廳都座無虛席,所以就決定去依家餐廳食午餐。等咗10分鐘有位,望到餐牌發現有個飯係好耐好耐都未食過嘅,就係椒鹽豬扒飯,見到椒鹽豬扒覺得好吸引,所以即刻叫咗個。椒鹽豬扒飯香噴噴嘅椒鹽味,蒜頭炸到非常脆,加上辣椒嘅嘢味,令到人非常開胃,將大大件嘅豬扒切件切得大細適中,肉質鮮嫩,加上豬扒嘅骨又唔算係好多都可以叫做啖啖肉,令我諗返兒時食嘅椒鹽豬扒飯嘅味道。
