臨近聖誕, 老闆請食飯,黎到呢間門面裝修比較樸素嘅日本餐廳, 入面同樣簡樸,其中一位店員更是真正日本人, 即時期望刺身和食等應該質素唔差兼有日本地道風味。而且價錢亦唔平,簡單一個定食, 都要過百,什至過二百幾。我order咗個F餐北海丼定食,包括有北海道帶子、三文魚、甜蝦, 配有小食、味噌湯賣相唔差, 三文魚厚切, 但質地好林, 冇魚嘅彈性, 亦欠缺魚油香;北海道帶子稍為用小小力夾起, 都爛;  甜蝦總算鮮甜唔腥。小食唔知咩黎, 好似薯仔絲但又唔係,林pat pat….個丼飯微暖, 飯質很黏, 有d實…講真呢個質素咁都要過百, 完全唔值!!唔會再幫襯! continue reading

鰂魚涌朋友對呢間野唔陌生,我走個時,大家都對我好好,但我發覺我都係掛住同大家吹水食野冇咩點同“人”或唔係餐餐影,所以就算食左唔同野都只有呢兩張...呢間野已存在多年,咁多年都仲係到就知咩料啦!由日本師父主理,味道無容置疑,刺身新鮮好味,份量都唔少,可惜位唔多,大家要“準時放飯”去攞位XD我好似仲冇有叫壽司定食$163,雜錦魚生飯定食$147,刺身定食$190,香蔥吞拿魚腩飯定食 $138,菖蒲丼$172等食日本野不外乎刺身夠新鮮,壽司飯醋味調得好,麵豉湯唔會太鹹咁,所以無左Shiro大家就迫埋呢間XD 但其實好多都話佢比Shiro好~ continue reading

我唔知發生咩事, 可能太耐無食日本刺身所以我居然番工嘅Lunch揀咗個2品刺身+網燒和牛定食258, 計埋加一都280多元, 對我呢個小職員唻講唔平架(主要係番工Lunch 又趕係好小食呢個價錢嘅食店, 佢係一個應該係日本開嘅小店, 我喜歡日本式小店係因為佢可能會有另一個意想不到嘅風味.唻到佢個湯係熱辣辣又有料好唔錯, 不過去到食佢個刺身三文魚(雖然佢個2品刺身圖有影三文魚, 但得八X魚或三文魚揀, 帶子就一定要, 但其實可唔可以多小小揀, 話哂咁嘅價錢, 最幣佢個三文魚有筋, 都己經失望, 帶子係甜嘅但個網燒和牛係我最唔開心好想叫呢D係和牛? 佢好無牛味得唻我咬落去係咬唔斷, 因為佢有好多根筋, 我同人地食咬又咬唔斷, 我成舊吞咗落去, 個感覺係好唔好受, 仲要4件都係咁果度先慘, 點解我要比錢食D咁嘅嘢, 我想寫好耐, 不過無咩時間, 我就唔會再嘗試了 continue reading

從鰂魚涌地鐵站A出口行三分鐘,在某處轉角位會看見一間擁有暗酒紅色底招牌的日本餐廳 - 菖蒲亭。一進去就是日本居酒屋的場景,招呼我們的是一位日本女侍應,在很久沒去旅行的情況下,一瞬間彷彿置身在日本。舖內地方不大,只可容納十數人,正值星期六晚上,可能時間尚早,客人不多。我們叫了三品刺身+蒲燒鰻魚飯便當和牛肉蕎麥麵,後追加一杯自家浸梅酒梳打。先說便當,刺身新鮮,味道濃郁,鰻魚肉質較軟,不會過硬太乾,加上醬汁,配飯一流;至於牛肉蕎麥麵的牛肉有牛味但略硬,蕎麥麵則太軟,口感不佳;等候期間,看見店內放住自家浸梅酒,少喝酒的我亦忍不住叫了杯梅酒梳打。建議大家可先攪拌並置放一會兒,讓酒味與梳打融為一體才品嚐,入口先有酒味,然後梅味慢慢滲出,十分好喝,適合平時少喝酒的人,最後把梅子都吃了,酒味完全滲透進梅子裡,非常好吃。他們有散樽裝可買,我也購買了一小瓶內有兩粒梅子的回家,打算自製梳打。整體而言,食物味道整體中上,價錢不算貴,可以一試。 continue reading

經朋友介紹今日終於嚟咗呢度食午餐老實講見到門面嘅時候唔係抱好大期望開門招待嘅係一位日本女士一行入去真係好似去咗日本小店😭😭真係好掛住日本嘅美食呀!午餐餐牌有好多選擇見到我最掛念嘅日本食物之一牛舌!!!一見到個套餐眼啲碗碟好靚一望到麵豉湯個樣就知道係有心做份量足夠,擺盤簡單精美牛舌厚度適中,煙韌好味係日本嘅味道呀!套餐仲配有三文魚刺身三塊大大塊又夠厚嘅新鮮刺身好滿足呀!一般唔能夠食曬全個套餐嘅我都全部清曬! continue reading
