今日約左朋友去PMQ行下其實真係好熱,都未行到出大廈外都已經感受到了去到PMQ都係12點到,好多店都未開門既然係咁就去搵食先啦我地去左地下間Bread n Butter Cafe人唔多,坐得都好舒服不過食物其實選擇唔多我地叫左佢地個ALL DAY MENUFish And Chips~~~有三件炸魚,魚都炸得好香好脆GOOD,不過D薯條就唔太好食,其實仲差麥當當,如果佢係粗薯條會合理D囉!話哂個SET都88大元架Spaghetti Carbonara~~~味道唔錯,汁與意粉都份量剛好,份量都剛好,每條意粉都沾滿汁YUMMY食飽飽又坐夠了,就再去行下喇! continue reading

RacetteRaclette cheese with 20 year proscuitto ham and baby potatoes. First of all, the smell of the cheese was is just extraordinary when it was being broiled at the scene. The intense cheesy savoury aroma just rushes through the room! Crepe CompleteClassic French fillings including ham, cheese, egg and spinach. The savoury crepe batter is a bit chewier than the sweet ones. 話說係咁同朋友係中環搵午餐食。。。想靜靜地又唔好太貴竟然係pmq呢個旺旺地嘅地方搵到唔太旺的佢(...讚定彈....)點都好我地見價錢好合理,環境又開揚舒服同埋幾靜(lol), 就入左去呵呵呵,set lunch 有餐湯,法式蒜包,一個main course,飲品同甜品(約$80-100)我擇左卡邦尼意粉。。。well意粉醬汁係蛋黃汁。。。。。。。。。。真心覺得。。。淡而無味。。。。。。。。-_- 。。。。。。。。。。。。不過,有一個好滾動的驚喜哈哈哈哈就係餐牌上大部份嘅飲品都係唔洗額外加錢我呢d普通人叫返d普通野---熱朱古力點知。。。。佢賣相一D都唔普通!係咁!!!!呵呵呵呵,仲搭左幾粒果仁,誠意十足朱古力味唔係話好濃,較重奶味不過賣相點都值得一讚同朋友巧無聊咁堅持不摧毀個豬樣同拉花唔知你果杯又會係點嘅樣呢? continue reading

The 'pumpkin risotto' I ordered was far off being a risotto. This is simply some rice thrown together with not even well-cooked onions and pumpkin slices. Not sure if there was egg and/or cream added to the recipe but it just made the whole thing taste even more like a canned dish. As a desert I had a Crepe which was more or less a stale tasting pancake. This place is mainly made for selfie-obsessed tourists who don't really care about the quality but like to life the illusion that they are eating something very European. continue reading

第一次來到平日的PMQ,習慣了地下中庭擺檔的熱鬧場面,對於眼前的寧靜,反而有點陌生。法國品牌bread n butter在這裡開了一間概念店的cafe,將衣飾家品和美食放在一起。印象中,N年的聖誕節,曾經在這個品牌看中一條火紅色的連身裙,最後當然沒有買,現在甚至進化到不愛穿裙子了。品牌主打淑女風,Cafe的粉紅色裝潢充分迎合了這種少女的味道,整面的白色的牆身像雪一樣掩蓋了所有擺飾,感覺又多了一份型格的冰冷。個人還是比較喜歡木系、園林系,這樣的環境會比較有溫度。這兒需要客人在收銀處自行點餐,是日午餐有沙律、意粉、意大利飯等八款主菜選擇,配餐湯、甜品,另加一杯飲品,整個餐不過$118,還不用加一,其實很超值。是日餐湯是鮮蝦濃湯,味道不錯,那個顏色令人一度誤以為它是南瓜湯。比起餐湯,那片塗滿牛油的脆脆法包可能會更令人印象深刻,幾乎是整片麵包都吸收了牛油蒜香,邪惡得很。四月選的主菜是Carbonara意粉,雖然表面看起來份量不多,不過因為忌廉下手很重,吃幾口便很容易出現飽滯感。喜歡它混有蛋汁,加上煙肉粒獨有的香,簡單卻美味。友人點的Fish n chips,份量反而比想像中多。魚柳不是我的大好物,吉列方式的炸物也不特別喜歡,不過可能是因為店方所用的油新鮮,沒有暴露太多雪藏味,所以覺得還可以。甜品是法式薄餅,客人可以自選朱古力、草莓及香港三款口味。這種源於法國西北部的傳統食品,其實本來跟宗教節日有關,現在已經被流傳至世界各地,將它的口味和包裝發展得千變萬化。四月選的是香蕉朱古力,這個味道雖然沒什麼驚喜,卻是最安全的配搭。友人選的香港口味,內裡塗的是花生醬,沒有強烈的香港特色,如果是花生醬砂糖加煉奶的話,尚可以喚起一點街邊攤格仔餅的回憶吧。餐飲的味道以外,似乎細節位更值得一提。像熱咖啡,店員放了一粒粉紅色的糖粒,上面還壓了飛馬的模樣,令人愛不釋手。飛馬是bread n butter其中一個icon,代表夢想和才華,店內一些擺飾都會出現它的蹤影。另一杯熱朱古力則在杯碟上放了幾顆杏仁作點綴,不確定是否法式飲法,不過比較少見。鹽味和甜品混在一起,比起一味甜的綿花糖,更令人難忘。不知是否被LV等法國老牌荼毒太深,總覺得就算配上法包和crepe,粉紅和白色,似乎都不太屬於法國,它比較令我聯想起的始終是可愛日系的Hello Kitty哦。 continue reading
