預先一日係電話約咗星期六六點半5位,伙計回答話有位。到達現場,佢哋有3間鋪,先入A鋪問攞位,伙計話冇位,叫我哋去問B鋪,去到B鋪再問,個伙計問都冇問清楚,就大大聲話 - "冇book就冇位!" 我哋話已經book咗位,於是佢又叫我哋去C鋪問,跟著C鋪伙計又叫我哋去番A鋪,最後A鋪伙計揾腦細,個腦細就掹口掹面,勉強安排咗一張5人枱,不過張枱對正廁所門口,樓梯口,看似貨倉嘅出入口。最後我哋决定放棄啦,吾要位走人啦。呢間嘢,客人book咗位好似無處理過,無組織安排可言,伙計粗聲粗氣,個腦細個塊吾耐煩,不洩一顧嘅表情,相信對所有客人,除非係名人或熟客,都係一樣。今次真係一次深刻體驗咩叫做一出名就巴巴閉。

老字號,有水準。潮洲菜愈來愈小,先黎個豬紅,好滑,好香。隻魚係馬友,好多黃油,小小淋,有魚香。鼓椒炒蜆就夠惹味,但有啲係霉霉地,整體ok。蒸鱔食過兩次,上次陳皮,今次豉汁,都係麻麻地,好實。一定要試嘅係紅燒魚翅,係一排排的,超濃湯,超滿足,加埋火腿,香味一流。又唔漿口,真心正。蠔仔粥一窩兩份食,啱啱好,傳統味道。重點係個糖水,清心丸綠豆邊,煲到起晒沙,甜味適中,可以添食呀,無敵。最後飲啖功夫茶。滿足。

桶蠔甜甜地,應該係先用蜜汁醃一醃,再用大量薑蔥爆香,鑊氣好夠,而且蠔蠔既份量都多。價錢比其他熱炒貴,但係用料,味道同份量都比較優勝!

但是尚興的凍蟹吃起來就是跟其他家的不一樣,
除了凍蟹,檸檬蒸烏魚,蠔餅,炸豆腐,雜菜粉絲煲,芋泥條,
這些都是非常推薦的菜品,總之說到潮州菜,絕對不能忘記尚興,

我哋嗰日好早去到去到飯店,時間都未到5:30pm,喺門口見到餐廳內嘅員工還在休息,我哋就問佢哋開舖未,佢哋一見到有客人就即刻起身開工,招呼我哋上咗一樓。

鹹菜同功夫茶 4/5⭐️

一坐低就會有鹹菜同功夫茶自動上枱,功夫茶細細杯第一啖飲落好似普洱嗰啲紅茶,但之後就有啲回甘嘅味道都幾好飲;鹹菜佢哋醃得味道適中唔太濃味,但係又會令到你好想繼續食下一塊嘅感覺🤣



白灼螺片3.5/5⭐️

聽聞呢度嘅白灼螺片係招牌菜,Menu寫嘅係時價,個日售價係$1100一片我哋於是就叫咗一塊諗住share,相片係半塊嘅size。因為員工已經好勤快幫我哋切開左一半同分埋碟,一人一份。味道鮮同爽口,完全冇腥味,配埋佢哋嘅蝦醬又有另一番風味,不過價錢嚟講覺得偏貴,所以俾3.5⭐️🫣



滷水鵝片拼墨魚 4/5⭐️

Menu無雙拼同冇鵝片,我地問員工可唔可以做到佢哋話冇問題👌🏻味道方面,鵝片同墨魚唔韌同爽口,另外仲有幾件鵝肉,配埋醬料,好味道。醬料,仲要係一人一碟,夠晒衛生,抵讚。墊底嘅豆腐吸晒佢哋嘅滷水汁唔太鹹又嫩滑,好好味。



紅燒大鮑翅 5/5⭐️

今日嘅主角,紅燒大包次,湯底夠熱,味道濃郁,入邊嘅翅一梳梳有啲真係好似筷子咁粗;另外配埋芽菜同埋芫荽仲有金華火腿絲撈埋個湯一齊飲,又係另一種味道芫荽真係為呢個湯底生色不少。


潮州紅燒魚翅 4/5⭐️

我哋特登帶咗另一個唔同嘅翅,想同個紅燒大鮑翅比較一下佢嘅湯底同翅嘅分別,個湯底有啲唔同有啲回甘嘅味,幾特別,但係佢嘅翅同紅燒大鮑翅比就真係幾大分別,冇一梳梳同埋個粗度都爭幾遠。



韭菜盒 3.5/5⭐️

嗌嘅時候以為個餡料係韭菜,上到枱食既時候先知道原來佢個韭菜係撈左入個皮度猜,入邊嘅餡料係海鮮餡料。個皮有少少煙煙韌韌,唔係脆卜卜嘅感覺,調味唔咸,幾特別,可以一試。


糖水清心丸鬥豆爽 5/5⭐️

差唔多食完我哋諗住嗌糖水,因為好鍾意食潮州糖水,特別係清心丸。員工就話有豆爽糖水送,即係好似人哋紅豆沙細細碗咁飯後甜品。我哋問可唔可以加埋清心丸落去🫣,叔叔員工話冇問題就即刻去煲糖水👍🏻👍🏻佢知道啲糖水就嚟煲好,但係佢幫緊其他人落單都特登叫同事準備糖水俾我哋,非常上心❤️❤️豆爽糖水味道唔太甜,清心丸煲得透徹,煙煙韌韌配埋豆爽一齊食,有口感又好味道。



總括嚟講,今次老飯店嘅體驗非常之好,完全冇諗過店內嘅員工做事上心態度殷勤超級抵讚,食物方面,紅燒大鮑翅真心推介。
