朋友係愛酒之人,佢帶我二訪呢間wine bar。佢話呢到嘅品酒師健談,會了解客人喜好,再介紹啱飲嘅酒。另外,好啱我呢啲wine tasting beginner ,因為會教授基本揀酒知識,幫我打開品酒之門👍近排,呢間bar做埋Sunday Brunch ,包括三道菜套餐,加$298紅白酒任飲,價錢唔算好貴,坐得又舒服,裝修幾靚可以打吓卡,整個體驗良好。Starter義大利布拉達流心芝士配車厘茄橄欖油,黑醋,酸種麵包香滑的芝士及忌廉,富奶味,配麵包十分匹配~法式蟹肉可樂餅外層炸得脆身,內裏熱辣辣,滿滿的蟹肉絲,口感creamy。Main庫克太太三明治法式傳統的三明治,層次感豐富,第一次食三文治唔係軟綿綿而係酥脆的。鹹香美味,加埋那顆太陽蛋,食完後活力滿滿。法式甘地芝士火腿通心粉芝士香濃,做到拉絲效果,芝士控大滿足~最後,食埋兩款甜品,西班牙吉拿棒炸油條配朱古力醬&朱古力慕斯,享受悠然午後時光。
